I run through five reasons you should consider changing your home improvement business to a home performance company. It is less stressful for one. I don't have to deal with some of the problems that come with the aesthetics of exterior remodeling. Those were the problems that would keep me up at night. I don't think you can prepare for all the possible complaints when you start working on the parts of people's houses that everyone can see. What I do now does not have to look good so long as it is effective.
