...
Welcome to Designing Success from Study to Studio. I'm your host Rhiannon Lee, founder of the Oleander and Finch Design Studio. I've lived the transformation from study to studio and then stripped it bare and wrote down the framework so you don't have to overthink it. In this podcast, you could expect real talk with industry friends, community connection, and actionable tips to help you conquer whatever's holding you back. Now, let's get designing your own success. I recently did the two week private coaching with Rhiannon, and honestly, it was exactly what I needed to do for me and my business. I was able to take some time away from my business to work on it not just in it, which was nice. And it was. Definitely worth the investment. I feel so much clearer and more confident about moving forward. When we first started, I didn't even have a proper SOP in place. So when we started working together and chatting about how my systems work and we were able to map it out together and it gave my business a structure. It was missing, which then in turn made me feel so much more confident about running my business. Rhiannon also shared her AI assistance with me, which have made my life so much easier. Hello, Clancy. I wish you were real. But that. Has just taken a little bit of time off me thinking about writing emails and focusing on the design work, which is what I love to do. We also got to review my pricing, which I apparently really needed a refresh on. And we ended up doubling it, which is awesome for me. And there is still potential for me to keep growing in that sense as well. But it's been really nice. To have real conversations with someone who gets the ups and downs of running a business. And to have a laugh in the meantime as well, whilst we're doing it it was nice to have that friendly banter. So I'm so glad that I signed up with you Rhiannon. It has been a real eyeopener. And for anyone listening, I would absolutely recommend working with Rhiannon again. Today's episode of Designing Success is a bit of a strange one. I've been running a 12 week business sprint for the last 10 weeks. It finishes in two weeks time, and I decided that I was going to immediately jump into another 12 week business sprint, and I think it's because I've loved it so much more than I thought I would. This was the beta round, so I was like, look, just see how it goes, see what you think. It was all new to me to even offer anything that was like. Targeted week by week topics, and I haven't done anything like that before. I'm usually a lot more rogue like, tell me what you need. Let's workshop it, let's work it out. And this way I actually went and sat down for a long time and planned out this 12 week sprint based on over 300 interior designers that I have helped over the last couple of years. And what are their common questions? What are like, what do they need? To properly understand and implement to scale their businesses. And so that's what I did with the Framework Express. Anyway, today I wanna walk you through what that looks like week by week. Because I'm launching it again on the 2nd of June. I still have some places left. It is a very small group. I will be capping it around the five or six mark depending on the designers. It is not suitable for emerging designers. It is only for established designers in this course, we. Kind of reconstruct what you've currently got, make it stronger, make it better. Look at all the ways that you can harness opportunity and all the things that you can do, and then we do that. We make sure that you can go forward from September onwards in this business with so much more capacity, so much more confidence. With your pricing, and truly stretch beyond your comfort zone with your offers, the strongest that they can be, your messaging in the market, the strongest that it can be, and your mindset really healthy around being the CEO and what that looks like for your business. So I've loved every minute of the framework express thus far this. Session. And so I wanna talk you through it because not everybody will want to join a group membership. And if that's you and you have absolutely no interest, it may still be of interest to you to write down what I talk about in the next half an hour on this episode of designing success and focus on those parts of your business because chances are. Those are the parts of your business that actually need the most amount of help from you or from a coach or from a group. These are just definitely the same topics that come up time and time again, and with just a few tweaks and a bit of focus, they could look completely different for you. I'm not gonna keep you here at the top of the podcast. I just really wanted to make sure that everyone has equal opportunity to. Have impact in their business and everyone has the same opportunity to grow. And so regardless of whether you do it with me starting on the 2nd of June and the group of girls that get involved in that, and that by September you are looking at a totally different version of your business or whether you just write this down, go and get your notes and your phone out or your notebook if you're old school, og, and write this stuff down. And then. Give this some focus, and I promise you won't be sorry. Oh, this is actually, incidentally, you can't tell any different, but this is my very first week of recording the video as well as audio. I just thought, Hey, I've got the software. You may have noticed I've shared some of my guests. Little snippets lately since I have gotten around to it and I thought I might share some of the solo too. So I don't know if I'll record every time, but I am today and I am excited. I am almost wrapping up a 12 week sprint with five established designers. They're a really small group. They are well and truly into their business journey. We've had a really good time. I launched the 12 week sprint thinking, okay, 12 months is a lot for some people and specifically thinking about businesses where they are busy enough that it can be really difficult to find time to work on our business instead of in our business. So that target audience there was really going, look, I know you don't have a lot of time, but if you give me an hour and a half every Monday, I will give you a big transformation. And we will make sure to address a different pillar or foundation in your business every single week that needs a complete shakeup. And you know what that looks like sometimes is that we go through and that week's theme of the week, we just learn how to lean into AI a lot more and in that, under that pillar and explore all of the options available to us. And I've really surprised myself. I've really enjoyed it. The group are lovely. But the focus is really great. And. I won't lie. I feel like I mocked 12 week programs before, like six figures in six weeks. And that is not the promise, that's not the tagline. I feel like this is a little bit more like un bleep your business and it's very focused, which means that I was able to meet all of the girls in week one. So week one we did a reset and created roadmaps for the. Following 12 weeks, and so this won't be a great fit for everybody. Not everybody wants to do a group membership. Some people actually just love working one-on-one with me, and I love that too, and it doesn't fit everyone. But what I specifically wanted, or why I specifically wanted to bring it onto the podcast today is you might not be working with me, but you might like to follow this same trajectory and focus on these same pillars over the next 12 weeks and see what you can get done yourself. I think that the 2nd of June kickoff is a. Really good fit for property stylists. It's not overly advertised, but I actually do work with property stylists privately a lot. I always talk about interior design business or creative business, small business. I don't usually specifically just call out stylists, but if you are someone who stages homes to sell, if you're a property stylist, you'll know you're about to go into a quiet period, and that is a perfect time to work on your business. So please know that this is. Something that would be extremely relevant to you. All right, so let me talk you through the 12 weeks so that you can quickly scribble down the topics and have a think about whether you want to do a little 12 week sprint in your business as well. So in this episode, I wanna walk you through what actually happened week by week. There were breakthroughs, what systems we fixed, what bottlenecks we removed, what we actually got done, what surprising shifts happen, and the biggest differences I've seen so fast. So let's get into it. All right, week one. Audit and alignment. We did a reset and roadmap. I needed to get to know everybody's businesses. There were two girls inside of the group that I had private coached previously or worked with previously. One had previously done other courses of mine, so that was great. I had a bit of a, had a bit of a working idea of where they were at. And a little bit more intimate knowledge of their business. But there were three designers that I met for the first time inside the Framework Express, so I hadn't really followed them before. I didn't really know them, and I didn't know their businesses. We were able to go in and did a full business audit evaluation, looked for opportunities, little bit like a SWOT analysis, but I really took the reins on that, asked a lot of questions, got some information, and we had our hour and a half meet and greet. Got to know the group. But really we're looking at how do we. Plan and strategize for the next 12 weeks. And what are we going to do to take you from this point a, this picture to the picture that you've just painted of who you actually wanna be in three months time? I really liked week one. I liked getting to know the group dynamic. I liked getting to know a whole bunch of new businesses, and I really enjoyed hearing what it was that they were looking to get out of a quick business sprint. So I hadn't done one before. They hadn't done one before and I had already given them. The full 12 week plan. So they actually knew what each week was gonna be focused on. Like all the framework express start dates. If you've signed up, we'll actually talk to you beforehand about any topic that you really need to address in your business.'cause I'm very flexible and it's designed to the group. So I'm okay to bin something that isn't relevant to the next five or six people that go through the course. Okay, let's get into week two. This one was what everyone was waiting for anyway, and this was around the staff room of AI assistance, how to use them, just setting up their AI team, which is. Completely changes a business if you've not used a custom. GPT is, I don't wanna say game changer like AI would, but I'd say it's life changing. It's certainly business changing. Takes you from, my gosh, I feel really overwhelmed to, oh my gosh, there's a person for that. Oh my gosh, there's a person for that. Oh my gosh, this person sees me. Or they're writing exactly like me. And the feedback that came back after week two was really good. I was really excited that nobody held back. Everybody went, okay, show me again. Yes, I'll get into chat. GPT. I'll watch, I will watch tutorials. When I need to watch tutorials. I will meet each and every person. I will memorize their passwords. I'll really give it a go. And I love that because sometimes in these courses I've given custom GPTs and people have come back to me a year later and said, oh my gosh, I just met Otis and I wish I hadn't held myself back, and I wish I'd actually gone in and used these tools. So we were really. We were really intentional about this AI training and I taught certain things like where do we stay ahead of ai? Where should you look for updates? How can you embrace it a little bit more in your business? And we did some live demos. We all had a go. We got in there and I shared a few things specifically around, organizing your workspace inside of Chat DPT and focusing on the types of prompts that you wanna do. So a lot of the stuff that's similar to the four part audio series, and that way everybody had instructions and knew exactly how to use these AI staff members for all the other weeks. There was additional AI prompts, as I mentioned, and all of the people in my staff room were included inside of the Framework Express. You do get the entire staff room, so everyone was very excited. We got to meet everybody. Lots of mic drop moments, especially for the designers that were in the Express that had never really used church a PT before. I really enjoyed watching them have that. Come to Jesus moment or what? Whatever they say because I could see, they could already see just implementing a couple of these custom GPTs would give them exactly what the 12 weeks sprint promised around having a bit more capacity to take on more work and or. Or to not take on work, having capacity just to have breathing space in your brain. So I loved that for them. Okay, so week three and four is where we, where it got a little bit juicy. I think this stuff is really important and this is where we restructured offers and we absolutely got into pricing. So we got into pricing that actually works and I taught quite a few different profitability strategies. We looked across the interior design industry reports. That I created around that time. And I also workshopped some example pricing. We looked at competitor matrix. We really looked at pricing that made sense for their goals, and we just went through a whole bunch of different models, different ways of doing things. I taught some really simple pricing calculator and gave them the calculator and I felt. Like the feedback from that pricing week was like, oh my God, I feel such relief that there's now just a bit of a plug and play like I just do. This goes into this template, and then it gets calculated this way and rinse and repeat, and obviously review. Look to raise your prices where it's appropriate. But having that kind of. Support in systems and tools in the background was quite welcomed by the girls. I certainly felt that pricing was a week where we all went. Cool. And it was nice to chat amongst us. There were some people who maybe were making some assumptions about what people would pay them hourly, where the other girls could be like, oh, wait a second. I actually charge almost double that and I have half as much experience. So I do always like. And I do think group memberships work really well when people can be transparent and they can grow and share from discussions with each other about their things like price points and offers and other things. I'm gonna interrupt you there because I really wanna talk to you about the AI skills lab. Some of you who are on my email list will have already seen the pre-release of this four part audio series come out last week, but is now open to the general public. So it's$222 plus GST or four part payments if you like. And you have four one hour lessons where I'm talking you through everything, ai. I will actually pause and allow you time to. Type the prompt in. Obviously, I'll give it to you so you can copy and paste it. Pop the prompt in. Play around with chat, DPT. Learn at your own pace. I will be in your earbuds telling you exactly. How to use certain functionality like filing, like projects and naming configurations. How to master using custom GPTs. And I'll give you my BFF Bennett who's gonna help unpack your brand voice. We're also going to learn about content and conversion and using AI for marketing. And then the fourth episode is about big picture thinking and CEO move. So how to use AI to propel your business. Forwards, I've already recorded them. It's not live classes or anything. They're prerecorded. They come with a full notion, headquarter with all of the guides and all of the prompts and the clickable bits so that you can explore at your own pace. But this is for you if you are still a little bit concerned that AI is just something you haven't really sunk your teeth into yet, or you haven't got. Because this is a really great way for you just to listen to the private podcast, practice at home and get on top of things. I will put all the details in the show notes, but it is for sale to the general public now, and you guys can just go in and grab your four episodes and get learning. All right, let's get back to it. During week three and four when we were restructuring offers and pricing, another little thing that got a glow up was we. I was able to identify, there are a couple of businesses just by getting examples of all of their documentation. There were a few businesses that I was like, Hey, these documents are starting to become a little bit dated, or they didn't have the information that's needed, or the font needs changing, or your branding's not very clear here. So giving really constructive feedback helped. Those designers, there was, most people, everyone got a little bit of feedback and there was a few that I really saw their proposals go from pretty standard word docs to really polish PDFs that they were proud of, that were very on brand that had just had a very different feel about them. And that's a win in my eyes. Like I just, I love when people will give me that constructive criticism and I can grow and I can actually implement that into my business. So that was a big win for me personally, watching a few of them be like. Aha and just like tweak proposals and think about, there was a couple of template, like very easy fixes in their business as well. A couple of documents and templates that a few of them didn't have in their business. A weekly project status report or thinking about a quick scope of work document to do backend calculations and stuff. So it was good. There was a lot of new things that I think people adopted into their business that they possibly didn't have before. Week three and four, I also saw some really. Tangible changes in these weeks because I saw one designer raise her consult fee, triple what she was charging in her local area, and then go on to just book some straight away at that pricing. No one blinked an eyelid. The pricing wasn't right before, so it's really important that we could make that quick change. We had someone else that we are looking at just getting. A whole new phase built into the offer so that you can upsell everybody into that new additional phase. That's a five figure phase, so that's an instant revenue win. Anyway, I'm not gonna get into anyone's specifics too much, but I just know every single person that I spoke to, there was enough of growth in week three and four that it felt really good. Like I felt like those were some of my favorite topics because you were really seeing them break open their office suite and look at. Signature services, like we're at a time, can we do something new to market? Is there a gap in the market? Are we pricing correctly? Are you still pricing hourly? When you could pull together these beautiful, juicy value pricing that would really support you hitting your goals faster? I also talked them through anchoring your pricing and everyone got really excited when they. Fully understood what that meant. So we made quite a few commitments to changing the style of the investment guide, but also the way that things are publicized on websites and all sorts of things. So understanding more around pricing psychology in week three and four was really helpful. I think inside these weeks as well, I, we went through. Quite a bit of mindset work around boundaries and saying no and why no is a perfectly acceptable and how to filter our inquiry and how to strengthen our boundaries and even mindset around pricing and presenting proposals and other things like that. So that was all I feel like I've stayed in week three and four for quite a while now, but it's,'cause I think these were weeks where we. Did a lot, and I'm remembering back that there was big changes for every single person. So these weeks were really fun, but we must move on. Get into week five. In week five, we did website and brand positioning audits, which was really good. I went in and just personally audited everybody's websites, looked for opportunities, gave commentary on things that I thought could be stronger. Also, things that were. Doing really well. Like not everything is like me going through and saying, do it better, do it different. Some of it was like, this is amazing. I wouldn't change anything. Keep going. We also looked at brand positioning, personal branding versus overall branding and visual recognition. So basically just everything to do with your brand and your website. Not everyone feels they need this until we get into it, and then I felt like a lot of us, myself included, I'm in the middle of a rebrand. I shouldn't say that. I have just completed a. Rebrand. I have soft launched it in my email, so you might've seen that in the Friday framework that went out last week, but it's coming very soon because it is signed off, finished. It's in my inbox. I'm a loving it sick. It's amazing as all refreshers and rebrands tend to be. You get really excited about those. But yeah, I did feel that there was a few people like, oh look, I probably don't need a website audit. Or I'm not rebranding, so I'm not sure ultimately. It's a good reminder of what your brand means. What is your vision statement for your business? What are your values? What does everything you do say about who you are and what you deliver? So it's never too often to review and discuss your brand positioning in market. Okay, and then we got into week six, standard operating procedures or SOPs and workflows and making a business that can run itself. So standard operating procedure, like having an SOP library is so many people's absolute dreams, right? Like I know before I had one, I would always wake up at two or three in the morning and think, oh gosh, imagine if I got hit by a truck tomorrow and Aiden had to just. Take over the business, he would not know anything. I'm still making it up on the fly half the time. So this is like in the early days, and then it's been like my mission now that I have AI assistants who write SOPs and we can get this done really quickly, like this is not a difficult task. Everyone in the framework express leaves with an OP library of 120 standard operating procedures that they can use to guide their future staff members to just click. Check the checklist and follow through the operations procedures, and nothing else. Nothing lives in your head anymore. Once we get the SOP library, we've completely fixed it. We build out this amazing, easy to use onboarding, like workflows, absolutely every touchpoint with clients, every behind the scenes process. And when we're assessing all of those workflows and we're using AI automations and other things inside, tweaking it so that. A lot of things get delegated or eliminated or tidied up. This is the area that you almost guarantee to save 10 hours a week just by your SOPs all being really the best that they can be, and learning some of the softwares that you need or the systems that you need to make sure that you know the old way is there a better way. And we just really assess each SOP and then sign off on it. And then you have this. Beautiful library. It's not the sexiest part of the framework express, but it's definitely feels like a very valuable part. It feels like a very tangible, every person that has been in this last 12 week sprint can honestly walk away and be like, look, I came in, I didn't have any operating procedures in my business. I've walked out with a full library. I've walked out so that I can hire people, be it an offshore va. Here in Australia, I can give them these processes. They can sit down and get to it, and they know exactly what I expect of them and how to go about achieving it. So that brought us to the halfway mark, which it may not sound like much in, 15, 20 minutes on a podcast, but it was a lot of work and it happened so quickly. I cannot tell you every single week I'm sending an email out saying, oh my God, we're halfway there. Or, oh my God, we're at week 10, or whatever it is. So I think it just flies and sprint is a very good word for it. Week seven, we focused on content planning and executions, understanding the methodology of showing up and, planning content and executing content on whatever platform is right for your business. So we looked, we unpacked what type of content you need to have, what good content looks like, the difference between growth content and conversion content. We went right through. Just how to organize your GPTs, how to work with them, where to record stuff, how to then go on there's a tracker. There's a lot of things, a lot of templates in this framework Express don't exist in any of my other courses or private coaching. They have been built for this particular week by week growth, and so things like the content trackers and things that I share in here, they're specifically for the Framework Express Girls, so that was quite handy. They had a really good. A really good working understanding of okay, what kind of content would best suit my business and where should I put it and how do I do it and how do I make it sustainable? How do I show up with the frequency and consistency that I can actually cope with as opposed to, yeah, let's post every day and whatnot. So we did that. Then week eight we got into digital marketing and we really un. Packed what that means, around SEO, there's a four step Pinterest strategy that is my own methodology that I teach that I think just makes it, Pinterest not so scary anymore. It just, it makes Pinterest accessible and makes you look at it and go, yeah, I could actually add this platform, which is a very important platform if you're an interior designer. We went through our lead magnets, email marketing, just everything that's digital, paid ads, automations, funnels, everything that you can think of that you might need to know about digital marketing. And everybody's business was, had a different digital footprint. There was even some experienced business owners in this course who didn't have a website. And then we had some people who really get a lot of. Inquiry digitally or a lot of online inquiry versus others that felt that local area marketing was absolutely their strong point. So that's where we headed next. So week nine, we did local area marketing and how to attract high ticket clients, and we really looked a little bit more into what are some of the things that you have to have in play to maximize your local opportunities? And then we brainstorm some future possible. Slam campaigns and activations insane. This is my wheelhouse. This is what I love doing. Just sitting and going, tell me about this. Okay. How can we do this? I really enjoyed this week because this week, because I got to go deep into, we did like hot seats for a couple of the girls and pulled out a full local strategy for them, and that was really exciting because there was a few opportunities there that even though one had operated in that. Local area, which was an area I was very familiar with. So I had a lot of specific ideas of collaborations and places that they could get amongst it. And then another was in a regional area. And I quite like that because I think there's a lot of opportunities regionally that. Get left on the table or that we don't see as, I guess we don't always see them as opportunities. We can feel like they hold you back like I'm only in this small town or this, that, whereas actually a small town's rock yay for small towns because they will get right behind you if you know how to market yourself correctly and get. In and amongst the right circle. So we went all through that and that was lots of fun. Week 10 has just completed, so week 10 we just did on Monday and we went through automate or delegate, how to free up your time to obviously have capacity to either scale your business and take on more business, more projects I should say, or how to scale your business. Not take on more projects, just make more money, be better, be faster, be cleaner, be able to delegate to staff members that maybe you didn't have before and then, take a long lunch in the sunshine. That'd be lovely. So I taught my three bucket framework, which is taught inside the Framework Express and really went through things that. Eliminate, automate, delegate use. AI agents, use GPTs. We did more hot seat stuff and talked about hiring staff, having people work with you in house or outsource, and what kind of software was available that had built in automations. I think that this week 10 that we've just had, this is where it pulls together a lot of the stuff that we looked at with the AI staff room and a lot of the things that we've talked about in every week in the lead up to this is the week that sort of gives you permission to map it out. Slice off a huge chunk of responsibility that sits on your lap. So when we talk about business growth, I feel like this is an area now that we've built marketing, diversification. We're omnichannel. We know all these things that maybe we didn't know when we started, and we are really looking at targeted lead magnets, paid advertising, all the things. Then this week was a bit of a culmination of that, and I. Specifically liked a lot of mindset shifts this week around control and trust and understanding, what parts of the business need you to move forward and what parts you just think you need to be involved in, but probably don't. Looking at that at such a deep level, I could see so much opportunity and I did see a lot of the girls be like. I'm doing that, like I'm getting rid of that, or I'm going to commit right here and now that social media just isn't my thing and I'm going to. Take everything that we've got now'cause we've got all these procedures that I can share with someone else, and I'm gonna get someone else to do it. Next week is week 11, so we will be activating our CEO mode. So this is where we'll all move from Worker Bee to Queen Bee, which I often talk about, but we'll be tackling a lot more boundaries, burnout. Big picture thinking leading like a boss, understanding risk assessment, but then probably taking the risk anyway, looking at the longevity or the long-term planning, not apologizing for any of it. And I would just be working on a lot of mindset stuff with CEO as well as some data analysis and understanding like some next level reporting that you may not be looking at yet. And then week 12 is our wrap up and our future focus and just making sure. I'm not just handing over homework and off you go. There'll be more of a graduation social type week, which I love, and we will reflect on. You've now got all these chat GPEs that exist in your business. They're trained on your. Voice, they know what to do. You've got new systems, you've got procedures. You've got digital marketing strategy, a local marketing strategy. You've got everything set up to basically just smash the second half of the year. I'm really excited. The timing was really nice for them to finish in like the last month of the financial year. Wind up with. That little offboarding action plan and then hit one July, and that new financial year will look totally different to what it ever has before. So if you're listening to this and you're thinking, that's probably what I need, just, I think the best part is probably the accountability and the kick up the butt to be like, I just need to be there every Monday morning at 10:00 AM It goes for an hour and a half. There's not a huge amount of homework. You do have to do some, and I'd say that an hour and a half. Present on the call and an hour and a half homework a week would cover it. It's not that much, but it is enough just to wanna stay focused and stay on track because we are moving so quickly. It's nice to get things done while you're still in the like head space of digital marketing or you're still in the head space of. CEO mindset or what, whatever that week was. So if you are listening and thinking, yes, I want to join something where there's a start date and an end date, and there's actual transformation in all of the middle, focusing on all of them pillars and getting it all done, then the next round. The 12 week sprint kicks off on the 2nd of June. There's only a couple of weeks to go. It's literally just let's just say, yes, let's get in there and I'll see you at 10:00 AM on Monday the second, and we'll be doing, it's literally the same weeks and it's just different businesses because this. Works. This methodology absolutely works. The things that I will teach you along the way. Obviously I'm not gonna share everything on a public broadcast because it's just here I have my course, but I wanted to share as much as I possibly could.'cause some of you won't get around to doing the 12 week business sprint, and you could literally listen to this and write it down on a piece of paper, plug it into your calendar every week and go write. This week I'm actually going to do some research on Larry Marketing. It's gonna be all my focus this week and every every topic, you focus on that for a week of 12 weeks. And you could also get a transformation. It may not be the same as the girls inside the Express that have access to all these private templates and support, but it's still a transformation, right? It's still, you're focusing on it, one standard operating procedure is better than no standard operating procedures. So if you need to. What did I say? Unbe your life. Unbe your business. If you need an accountability buddy, if you need someone to kick you up the butt, but also be like, yay, let's go. Next week is this topic and this is what we're doing. You can just. Check out the link in the show notes. I'm just gonna pop it in there and you can go directly there. It is a small group. It will absolutely close when there's 5 0 6, depending on the businesses because I, yeah, if there's a couple that are the same, then I can take the six away that I have it right now.'cause it's been really nice. It's been a good group size. So if it sounds like it's for you, jump into the show notes. I'll put a link to book an alignment call too, in case you wanna have a chat about things. But ultimately it's over to you. It's really just a matter of like you say, yes to yourself, to your success, to 12 weeks of focus and come out the other side. What is it? June, July, August, come out by springtime feeling like, oh my God, I'm under control. I've got everything organized. You've got all the AI assistance in your business, you've got all the standard operating procedures in a big master library. You've really focused on your digital, your. Local marketing at, you've restructured your offers, your pricing, your CEO mindsets, your diversification. Everything is done and only took 12 weeks. Alright. That's it for me. I just really, I feel like this course has surprised me. It's something that I thought, oh yeah, I think it would be good for people to. Do because it won't take them a year and they can just get quick results. But the big results have really surprised me and I've really enjoyed watching all five of the girls inside this beta round me. I've seen so much growth in them in just 10 weeks, and so that has been incredible and I can't wait to meet the next group. Before we go, I'm just gonna read you a small excerpt. So inside of this group, I have gotten them to share with me their wins each month, March wins, April wins, and may wins. And I thought that I would just read one of them out just so you can get it. I guess a sense of their own reflections of what's been going on during the framework expressed. So throughout March I've been getting into pricing, documentation, product strategy, service structure, and here's what that looked like in practice pricing and offers. I work through pricing that actually works for me and for the value I deliver. I feel more confident presenting my services and it's all feeling way more aligned with the real work that I do. AI and automation. Yes, I gave in. I've started using some of the AI tools from rhiannon's staff and honestly, such a game changer. I was in a bit of denial at first. See, I told you people are like that, but it's saving me time, helping me get outta my own way with content and has brought so much clarity to how I present myself and my brand, refining my voice and message. One of the biggest shifts has been, look. One of the biggest shifts has been locking in my tone of voice and weaving it consistently throughout my proposals. Social cap, social captions, and client documentation. I've also made big progress on my unique brand position and my sales copy feels really me and really clear, confident, and connected to my services. Overall. March has been foundational month. Lots of behind the scenes work. That's setting me up for stronger intentional growth. Thanks again for all your support. It's really helped me connect the dots and take actions. That's really nice. And that's just one of them. Being able to see all their wins in real time has been really incredible. Like I'm just looking through them and some of them are like excuse me. I just asked AI to help me very quickly make up a full Excel spreadsheet of all of my suppliers and I'm now using AI to aid with. Sourcing from those trade suppliers. This saves me so much time procuring and searching for items. So that's something that, obviously that was a big win for them in April. And I agree, anything that can save us time is a huge win. Speaking of time, I've taken up a lot of your time. I just really wanted to make sure that. If you are out there and you're listening and you've been thinking about business coaching and you want it to be in a very small group and very targeted, this is probably the exact right solution for you.
