I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!
Hey, hey, hey, welcome to episode 18. Before we get in today, guys, I am so happy to announce the Applebaum Incident's first sponsor, Coherence. I could not be more aligned with the mission of Coherence as a company and the product they provide. In fact, in order to get this sponsor, I basically harassed their founder with DMs asking them to sponsor me because I loved their app so much. I use it every day, as many times a day as I can, and I'll tell you my little productivity hack I do with the app in a second here. First of all, Coherence is a phenomenal tool. It's a breathwork app you can download right now to your phone, which easily and visually walks you through ancient yogi breathwork practices which promote different states of being, whether you want more energy, more focus, calm, vagus nerve activation, anti-aging, parasympathetic activation, or they even have one that you can do before you sleep to enhance your sleep. The truth is, nearly all of us don't know how to breathe properly, and because we were never taught from our poor education system, and thus we can all benefit greatly from the techniques Coherence has to offer on their app. The breath is the foundation to emotional regulation, healing, and clarity of mind. What I love about the app is the unique breathing patterns I have never even heard of and how they make me feel. I feel phenomenal after using their app and get much better results than if I'm doing breath work on my own. The problem I have with breath work on my own is I never know if my timing and counting of my breath is right. And frankly, I don't have to think about the timing while I'm doing it. I want to be able to look at a screen showing me the exact timing so I can shut off my brain and just really focus on my inhalation and exhalation. Coherence solves this exact problem as it gives you a visual timer for the inhalation, for the hold, for the exhalation, for each breathing exercise they offer, as well as an overall timer for how long you want to practice the breathing pattern. So it allows you to just focus on breathing and turn off your mind, which allows you to inherently go deeper into the practice in the healing. It's incredible. So my favorite patterns on the app are the tumo method, better known as the Wim Hof method, and the vortex pattern, both of which stimulate the vagus nerve and allow you to enter a deep state of peace of mind and calm. I use coherence before I go into meditation, which I do not use an app for, uh, as an enhancement to my practice. Everything has gotten better since using the app, my meditation, my focus, my writing, my work, everything. And my favorite hack of all, I'll tell you right now, is I open my two favorite apps at once. I open coherence and get going on a longer 15 to 20 minute practice that they have, these preset practices, which allow me to really reset my nervous system. And then I open up YouTube and tune into an audiobook or a podcast that I'm dialed into. This allows me to enjoy my favorite content and really retain it and focus on it and go deeper than I would have otherwise while benefiting my biology and my mind. It's the ultimate pleasure and productivity act. Who says you can't have both? So you can get a free 30-day trial to coherence to see for yourself all the incredible benefits of breath work by using code AppleBomb in the promo section when you sign up to get 30 days for free in their app. I promise you you'll want to continue doing the paid version, which is only $10 a month afterwards. That's code AppleBomb. When you sign up for the three free, excuse me, 30-day trial. Happy breath, happy next steps. Go download the app right now, coherence. Code AppleBomb. Alright, guys, welcome to episode 18. Disease is a business because chaos and war are profit. This is a really important episode today, and I'm excited to get into it. So today's episode is all about business and how many of us look at business and how many of us look at this thing called money. And um, you know, really just starting to examine that from more of a spiritual perspective. We live in a world where those at the top benefit greatly from your disease. And the word disease, of course, meaning physical ailments and physical issues, but also dis-ease in the mind and the spirit. They benefit greatly from this. They benefit greatly from your ignorance, from you not knowing what is up from down. But the irony is you, you do know up from down, and this is precisely why we see so much unrest in the world today, because we are betraying ourselves and who we are at our core. But we don't know exactly how or why, and that is what this episode is all about. It is also about the fact that the irony is also in the fact that they don't actually benefit greatly from this. And we will get into that. And how many of us, essentially, don't know what is up from down or aren't, excuse me, we do know what is up from down, but we aren't acting out of that knowing. And so, how do we act out of that knowing? And what is up from down? So, up from down is our first memory. Our first memory is that there is more to life than meets the eye, and there is a creator who made us, other than our parents, with all the knowledge of what is up and what is down, what is true and what is false. The program they want you to believe in, the one in which many of us have bought hook, line, and sinker, is the program that you don't know what you know, and they know all. The betrayal of yourself. So, of course, you're upset. Of course, you're upset in an exponential fashion. You're betraying yourself, and you're also, you know, buying their products which cause disease and uh do not actually heal you. And so we all are upset in this society if you really look around. Um, there's a lot of unrest if you really look around, and rightfully so. So there's two things going on here: you're betraying yourself, and you're also buying into a system which is betraying you. So, of course, the knowing that they provide is not true knowing, it is a false knowing, like lies and propaganda. Also, they can satisfy their what? Their greed, which of course is also extremely unsatisfying, ultimately. And we all have that knowing as well. However, the irony here is of course they believe they benefit from this, as I said a moment ago. However, due to the true existence of life and therefore karma and spirituality, as well as the nature of the spirit of the subconscious knowing of all things true, those in power have to deal with their own disease as well. The further line of irony here, please follow me and listen closely. I know this is a little complicated right off the bat, is that they also is that they is also us ourselves. So they is us. See, it is actually within all of our hands to choose to feed the greed within our ego or the true nature of purpose and value which reside in our spirit. Because it is not just a select few who have the opportunity to be greedy. The truth is we all have the opportunity to be greedy at times, just as we all have the opportunity to be hateful at times. We are constantly at war with the angel or the devil inside of us, and simultaneously, we are constantly also picking up on and looking outward at what other people are doing. So we kind of are this social creature that really picks up habits and mindsets from others, which is why this episode is so important, and it's why when we see greed, we have the the main way to fight greed is to not be greedy yourself. It is that is the only way to fight greed because you're not going to uh necessarily so easily convince those at the top to not be greedy as much as you with your you know uh fighting and your rhetoric towards them as much as you will by showing them your true nature of joy and peace through not being greedy. Those at the top have to use a facade of lies, which frankly does not hold up to the true knowing within them. Yet those who are not at the top, all of us, have to do the same thing. This is the true spiritual warfare at play, the spirit versus the ego. They have to live with the fact that they accumulate resources due to your ignorance, which is the opposite of fulfillment. It is the opposite of purpose, and therefore it is the opposite of peace. Yet we all have to contend with this same battle within ourselves. Right? You likely have more resources than someone. Right? They take advantage of you the same way an abusive person takes advantage of someone with less power than them. Yet we all have we all are often given the same choices ourselves. What we must remember is the abuser knows no peace because the abuse is not true love. Love is the truth. And abuse of power always comes from a place where love does not exist, not even within and for oneself. Those at the top have absolutely no peace of mind other than the little peace that an accumulation of resources may provide. How many times does someone with resources who is honest needs to tell you that those resources did not give them peace and happiness? We always think that this is not true. We don't believe them. Oh, uh, you know, you'll I'll be happy once I have money, I'll be happy once I have money. The person with money, you won't be happy once you have money. You will not be happy once you have money. You need to have meaning in your life. Oh no, I'll be happy once I have money, I'll be happy once I have money. You will not be happy, you know, like this is like the constant battle. And then once we finally get money, then we think we have to be greedy with it because we spend our whole lives and then we're unhappy. And then because we're not listening to what I'm saying right now. They, you know, they have to live, everyone has to live with the fact that karma always catches up, and the fact that the entire existence of the human experience here on earth is a spiritual one by nature. The very first memory we all have. There is more. There is this beauty that I can't put my words on, that I can't put my physical body on, that I can't touch. There's this beauty within me. There's a mission, perhaps, there's a purpose, there's meaning. But this episode isn't as much about them as it is about us and what we can do about this. We live in this time right now, 2026, where the spiritual awakening has never been more ripe. See, I'm gonna give you a pretty good example of why I believe uh the spiritual awakening is is happening right now. So God speaks in irony. Look around you. What is happening as I record this podcast? Wars wage, bombs drop, governments lose faith and popularity from their civilians. That's what's happening. They lost trust because they broke the very agreement we speak of now of not being greedy and actually providing value, of not acting out of ego and protection of one's resources and telling the truth, even if it temporarily feels like a free fall. Right? When you when you give, it it can temporarily feel like a free fall. Right? See, our leaders were too weak to take this free fall. They were too maligned with their greed and their fear. Look around more. Look around more at the ground level. Where is the culture right now? Where is the youth? While many of us realize the profound awakening we must take on a deeper level within ourselves, many more of us fall for the TikTok trends that we see today. Like looks maxing and use that as their core belief of life. Looking as good as possible. Bombs drop. Remember what I said, God speaks in irony. I'm not saying that looking good is not important, but what about looking God? I'll come back to that. Of course, looking good is not a crime in and of itself. It feels good to get dressed up and hit the town with your friends, take photos, and create memories in your favorite outfits with the appearances many of us work hard to cultivate so that we can be presentable, have good hygiene, have good health, have good sex, get a good job somewhere. You know, you have to look good and presentable to get a good job, usually. But somewhere in these pursuits is truth, and somewhere in these pursuits are falsehoods. Do we really want to look good for ourselves or are we trying to get back at our ex? Furthermore, is looking good really a belief system in which we should get behind with all of our might at all extenses? Like it is our main goal in life. Have you ever watched a movie or met someone in real life, and this character in the movie or in real life, may have had the best looks you could fathom. Beautiful on the outside, cunning, and perhaps even on the surface level, very charming. Yet over time, the true nature of who they were on the inside revealed a much darker truth, which you had wished you had realized sooner. This is a classic lesson many of us learn, whether in the movies, in the books, or in real life. Vanity is not the end-all be-all. Looks are important. I'm not downplaying the satisfaction of physical appearance, whether in yourself or your sexual partner. But I can think of 50 to 100 more important things, perhaps even thousands of more important things to cultivate in your life. And I know for sure that putting looks maxing as your main prioritization and value in life is a false path. Because the truth is, no matter how good we look on the outside, what really matters in the long game of life to both others and even to ourselves, if we are truly asking ourselves, it is who we are and who we are not. And and who we are, excuse me, and who we are, and who we are is not defined at all by our looks. Isn't that crazy to think about? Who we are is not defined at all by our looks. Right? We and and and we've lived, it's it's come to this kind of peak here. Now we're now we're at looks maxim. Now we have millions of uh young kids talking about looks maxing and mogging on the haters, right? Mogging, which essentially means for those uh older folks or those not on the trend, mogging, I I believe this is what it means. I'm not positive, it means like showing up in a room and like uh like basically being better looking than someone, and because of that, the the less better looking person has to stand down to you and you you have the power now because you are mogging them, right? And we've seen this kind of build up to this point where we're we're kind of like before, like maybe you know, eight, nine, even seven years ago, we've been kind of building this culture where we're like, well, like if if if someone is uh you know uh a certain race or a certain gender, that is like who they are, right? And it's like a lot of us start, we're like, okay, like yes, like we we don't want to, and and then when when you push back on that, it's like no, and then and then they're like that's offensive. And it's like, well, a lot of us were like, for a second, we just kind of kept our mouth shut during that time because it's like, well, yeah, like that is a a part of your physicality, but the truth is the spirit is who you are. Who you are on the inside is who you are. It does not matter. I'm a white man. It does that does not matter one bit. It does not matter one bit. You could be a black woman, that does not matter one bit. Of course, your culture and your uh your past matter of like when because we have made it matter, right? Because we chose hundreds and hundreds of years ago to make people who looked like us different, differently slaves. So we made it matter, we have been making it matter, but it is actually never mattered. We give meaning to the outside, but it actually has never mattered, right? If so think about the wars going on across the the the seas right now on the east co uh part of the world, if that's where you live, or uh if you excuse me, if you live in America like I do, think about the wars going on overseas. Does it matter what who what gender or what race or what you know if if they're the best looking, if they're Brad Pitt and they're dropping a bomb on your uh, you know, your your your home? Does does it matter if they're Brad Pitt? No, what matters in the world is that the bomb is being dropped. What matters in the world is that we chose to have slaves and that was wrong based on how they looked. What matters is the physical actions we take. What matters is there's lead in the pipes and it gets into our water. What matters is there's cell phone towers that people live right next to. What matters is that our health is being attacked by big food and big pharma and all these things. That's what matters. It doesn't matter if the person in in in whoever is the best looking person alive. It doesn't matter if, you know, and so we we have we have hit this peak here. This is why I say God speaks in irony. We have hit this peak here where we need to realize right now that what matters is not the appearance of people. And we've all had this lesson, but we need to collectively come to that lesson. The appearance of people does not matter. Of course, it matters, it it matters in the sense that you know you wanna have you wanna get a good job and you gotta like wear a suit sometimes. Of course, it matters in the sense where you wanna take good photos at your wedding and you wanna wear a jacket that you like. Of course, it matters where you got this new chain that you like and you you wanna take photos of it and you like the chain. Of course it matters in the sense where you you uh you know uh are going on a date with this girl that you really like and you wanna dress up and you wanna smell good and you wanna be clean shaven. I mean, of course it matters in those scenarios, guys. That's not what I'm saying. What I'm saying is, in the grander scheme of society, looks maxing as your main prioritization and value in life is a false path. Because the truth is, no matter how good we look on the outside, what really matters in the long game of life to both others and even to ourselves, if we truly are asking ourselves, it is who we are and who we become. It is the surface level identification, it is the below the surface level identification, yet it is the spiritual movement of our life which is what defines us to others and to ourselves. It is this growth within ourselves because as we age we begin to deteriorate our physical appearance, but we can as we age become wiser and begin to grow our spiritual, uh spiritual uh who we are inside. Right? How kind we are, how much do we grow? How much do we push ourselves to be kind? How much do we push ourselves to grow? How much do we learn? How much do we humble ourselves to be the student instead of the teacher? So that one day we can become the teacher. How much do we care about others? How much are we truly pursuing our path? What is our path? What value are we providing? What is our level of internal peace? What external peace are we solving for? Who are we helping? How are we helping ourselves? Right? These are much more important questions to the spirit, to who you truly are, than becoming uh, you know, Brad Pitt uh physically. And like I'm not saying you shouldn't try to maximize your appearance. Again, like uh that is, you know, something we all probably have a desire to do to look good. And even I have a desire to look good. A lot of the times I work on muscles in the gym that don't necessarily have as much of a functional purpose, but they help my body look good, right? It's gonna be hard to convince people to, you know, not put on makeup, right? Or women, right, specifically. Um, you know, we all wanna look good. There's nothing wrong with that. So, but again, how are we helping ourselves? Who are we helping? What value are we providing? Much, much more important. See, again, where we are in 2026, end of winter as I write this precisely. What did I just say? We are at the end of a long, long, brutal winter. Funny, because it snowed a lot this winter where I am and it was really nasty and cold at times. Much like our society has been for far too long. And how did we get here? What got us here? Was it because we were all ugly? Was it because our jawlines weren't defined? I guess you're right. Looks maxing is the key ingredient. No, it was this precise thing that we are doing right now, again, on the grand stage, for one last hurrah, in the most theatrical and obviously false way ever, in order, thank you God, for us to learn and move past this falseness. We are again glorifying our poor prioritization of what matters. Looks physical, outward. Right? It was Hitler who said looks matter, physical matters, right? It was the slave masters who said looks matter, physical matters. It was the police who beat the crap out of Rodney King who said looks matter, physical matters. See, if looks, physical and outward are a poor prioritization, what could then be the correct prioritization, you might ask? Inward, spiritual, who we truly are, how we move, the actions we take. See, as bombs go off in the Middle East, innocent civilians die again and again after years and years of generations and generations of war and war and lessons, and then forgetting the lesson, and then lesson, and then forgetting the lesson, and we're all met with the same obvious question and obvious answer. Why do we keep choosing to do this to ourselves? The question which has the answer inside of it, we choose, we choose. We choose, we choose to do this. Right? And the wars in the Middle East, why are they if you even extrapolate a little more? Why are the wars in the Middle East going off? Because they look different than us and they're different than us, and blah blah blah blah blah, they're different, they're on the outside, they're different on the outside, they're different on the outside. Right? A choice. A decision must be made from each and every one of us at this pivotal moment in our world. A decision to be true or a decision to be false, in every which way. Think of someone's physical appearance. With technology, makeup, we can actually deceive others on our true looks and how we truly appear. Not that that is inherently bad, it is a metaphor for the choice we have to be true to our spirit or false to our ego. So again, what really matters? Some of us have to learn this lesson the hardest way possible. One can one can possibly learn that in a in you know in what is happening right now, uh, what has happened in the tragic genocides, in the tragic uh other wars, in the tragic slavery that we've had to deal with, right? It's it's it's this prioritization of how people look. Right? And then um and you and and you may be like, but but how is that connected to looks maxing, David? Well, it's looks maxing, the theory of looks maxing is is to say that basically looks are the main thing that matter in life. And of course, physical uh, you know, I think the looks maxing people would of course try to uh you know not align with genocide and and like deciding um people who look differently than them should you know be uh discriminated against. I'm sure they wouldn't agree with that, but it is the connotation and the underlying meaning of what the prioritization of looks maxing means. It's it's a misprioritization, it is a poor prioritization to put that above what really matters. Um, and then you have you a lot of other people have to learn this lesson, like if you don't get it through the movies, through like a divorce, right? Think about all the people who get divorced with people because they're like, oh, this person, they appear so good, they they have everything I want on the outside. But who they were on the inside, oh my god, who they were, who they grew into over time was not aligned and healed to the point where they could provide value to the relationship. Imagine the pain of that. That happens to a lot of people. Then they then then they have to learn that looks don't matter. They matter to an extent, right? If you go to a 95-year-old uh shaman, the most wise person in your village, whatever, they're not gonna probably look uh more beautiful than the 21-year-old uh you know girl that you're you know talking to, right? But they may have extreme wisdom. They may be the nicest person ever, and they could heal you incredibly, right? And they could become your favorite person, right? My great-grandmother is one of my favorite people ever. She's a beautiful person, even on the outside until she was, she was, you know, until she died. But it wasn't who she how she looked on the outside at all that made her one of my favorite people ever. It was who she was and how she made me feel, right? So, our society can choose to learn this lesson now, as we have needed to learn this lesson for hundreds and hundreds and thousands and thousands of years before. How do we do it? All of us. Those at the top, those in the middle, how do we move forward with proper values? Well, we simply have to just do two main things. And these two main things may seem like a lot. They they seem like they're very hard and troubling, and oh my god, but when we keep in perspective the main lesson and the teachings of the of this spiritual world we inhabit, we remember, well, this hard thing is actually the easiest thing I can do because it can lead, it will lead to the path of least regret and least, therefore, least resistance. So it's actually the easiest thing you can do right now versus continuing to forego and push off the lesson which our world has done, which will inevitably find me and all the people I love uh having to deal with it, right? So you don't regret is like basically pushing off lessons for the next generation. Then you're like on your deathbed, you're like, God, I should have just done that, I should have just taken on the load, I should have just found my purpose, I should have just done it, I should have just done it. That's regret. That's regret. So we all have the decision to be like, all right, I'm not gonna push off the load, I'm gonna just take it on right now. That's what that's what we're here to do. We're here to take things on, we're here to grow spiritually and take things on and align with proper values. We first have to remember the first step is that we all have a strong negativity bias. And when we are in an unhealed state of fight or flight, spiritual damage, this is way stronger, even. Basically, our entire society, including the elites at the top, especially the elites at the top, with all the resources, to those in the upper class, to those in the middle class, to those in the lower class, we all have one thing in common. We have a tendency to think very negatively, and what does that look like? You know, it it allowed us to survive, which is you know was good back then, but now, you know, we're not being chased by saber-toothed tigers as much. So we have to realize that we're being negative way, way, way too much, guys. We have to like we're constantly being negative. And so what that looks like is is like constantly thinking that things would be too good to be true. We think many of our higher aims and goals would be impossible. So we never reach for them, right? We have to remember that everything anyone great ever did came from this belief that they could do it. They did it because they kept believing and they never gave up. It's literally as simple as that. No matter what it was, they had the tenacity to believe and the resilience to keep believing. Right now, this is seldom found in our world, which is really at the root of many of our issues not being solved because people just don't think they can be solved. So they give up right away, right off the bat. It's like you're the leadoff batter, man, and you're and you're like, you know what? I'm just gonna I'll just take a strikeout. You don't even swing the bat. I'll just I'll just take a strikeout. That's what night that's what our world does. They're the leadoff bat, everyone is the leadoff batter, and they're like, I'll just take a strikeout. You know? And then it's the few people that are like, no, F that. I'm not giving up. And then they they go on and change the world. It's literally as simple as that. A common expression you hear people say, well, things are just the way they are, or the world is just a messed up place, right? It's just a messed up place. Let me let me ask you this. If your bedroom was a mess, would you just say, well, it's just the way the way it is? My bedroom is a mess. Or it's just, God, it's just the way it is. Or would you eventually, after years and thousands and thousands of years of saying this, just take the time to clean it up? I'll tell you what, you would never, ever, ever clean or organize your bedroom if you kept saying to yourself, my bedroom is just the way it is. That's just how it is. This is exactly what we're doing on a grand scale. So, this is point number one, to solve our society's poor prioritization in all aspects, is to just believe we can reorganize our prioritization. Just to take the step of belief and hold the belief. Never give in to the opposite belief, never let the negativity within us to win. Be relentlessly positive. Think about it. Everything in our lives works this way. We have to think from a place of possibility versus negativity and gloom. Right? It's like that one experiment where they did where the guy, um, I'm I'm gonna butcher this and this is huge paraphrasing, but like, there's an experiment where, like, if you set a deadline for yourself that I have to get this done in six months, like a 10-year goal, I have to get it done in six months. Well, you'll most people will get it done a lot sooner than they think they can because of it stems from that belief. If you give yourself no way out, if we give our society no way out of this misprioritization, and we say, you know what, no, we're gonna re-prioritize. I don't care how different it looks, I don't care. Like right now, this misprioritization is what is causing the bombs to drop, guys. It's what's causing societal collapse. So you can't have it both ways. You can't be like, well, you know, um uh, you know, uh, I really care about the world. I really want things to, I really want peace in the world, but the world is the way it is, and this misprioritization is here to stay. That's what we're all doing right now, guys. That's the problem. You have to cut off one side of that equation, right? If you care about the bombs dropping, if you care about innocent people dying, you have to say, well, we have to change our prioritization. We have to think from a place of possibility versus a place of negativity and gloom. Everything works this way. Everything. Then we have to remember what is truly important, right? Then we have to prioritize after we after we just believe we can reprioritize, after we believe in a better world, then we have to be like, all right, what does a better world really look like? And we have to remember, remember, keyword remember, ourselves and what is truly important, much of which I've already talked about in my podcast previous episodes. Go listen to them if you haven't. But what is truly important to all of us is this peace and internal peace, right? But internal peace requires also external peace. This is what um I believe is really missing from our spiritual understanding right now is this external peace. Peace is what we all truly desire, but you know, how do we get that? Internal peace, of course, external peace. That's the equation that's missing part of the equation that's missing, external peace. We think we can get internal peace, we think um we can get all of our peace internally, but I've spoken about this at length in many other episodes. External peace is also a part of peace. It's it's because the world outside of you is unavoidable. We are all living in the world outside of us, and therefore, we all affect each other, and therefore, what other people do affects us in ways which could impact our peace, right? If you're living somewhere and you're meditating all day, but all of a sudden a bomb goes off, you know, you're not gonna have much peace. So, how do we get there? Internal happiness, external happiness, fulfillment internally, externally, harmony internally, externally, purpose internally, externally. This is what we all want. It's these things right here. We don't want more and more and more and more Lamborghinis. We want resources from which we can attain the above. We don't want more and more and more money. We want more, we want money from which we can attain the above. This doesn't involve more and more. Rather, it involves more and more for everyone, including ourselves, which means it actually centers around your purpose, because purpose is the thing that you give to yourself and you give to others simultaneously, which gives more and more to everyone, including yourself, versus the greed we see today for many of those in positions of money and power where more and more does not even satisfy them or give them peace because that's not what peace comes from. Peace doesn't come from satisfying yourself alone, it comes from satisfying yourself through the satisfaction of others. Let me say that one more time. Peace doesn't come from satisfying yourself alone, it comes from the satisfying, comes from satisfying yourself through the satisfaction of others. I want you to think about that. This is profoundly deep and in touch with what we are going through today. Right? See, our problems come from the fact that many people, whether it's the elites, the corrupt businesses, the big business, big pharma, big food, big medicine, big finance, big tech, all these companies which do not provide real tangible value and often take things away from people through the reasoning of internal greed, which comes from the ego. And then we call that the global economy. Right? And I'm not saying that all these industries are corrupt, rather, I'm saying there are many bad actors within these industries who give them a bad rap and a bad name through their corruption. And that corruption stays because of point number one I just made, which is we think it would be too good to be true to change it. And then we want to care about the bombs going off. Guys, that is the epitome of uh arrogance, honestly. To care about the bombs going off while you make money in a greedy and corrupt way. That's the point of this episode right now. You can't care about Jack until you change how you operate from a place of greed into a place of purpose. Then you can start to care. There's bad actors. I'm not saying all the industries and we need to. I'm not saying we need to go from a hundred to zero. I'm saying we need to get rid of the bad actors within ourselves, guys. This is a spiritual internal awakening that must happen in our society. See, doctors don't heal, they figure out how they can profit off your disease. Bankers don't advise, they figure out how they can profit off your ignorance. Pharmacists don't heal, they figure out how they can profit off your disease. Grocery stores don't care what's in their food as long as it goes off the shelves. Restaurants don't care what's in their food as long as it goes in their guests' mouth, customers' mouth. Big tech doesn't care about your privacy as long as they can sell your data. So, what is the solution? The solution is for all of us to take a good hard look in the mirror at ourselves and stop believing change would be too hard to do while simultaneously aligning and realizing what we truly want and what will truly leave us with the least amount of regret, which is to fulfill our purpose and our lives with something meaningful, which means externalizing peace through our actions, which allows us to find internal peace. Let me say that one more time. What is the solution? The solution is to take a long, hard look in the mirror, stop believing change would be too hard to do, while simultaneously aligning and realizing what we truly want and what will leave us with the least amount of regret, which is to fulfill our purpose and our lives with something meaningful, which means externalizing peace through our purpose and action, which allows us to find true internal peace. See, the doctor who puts you on medication after medication for 30 years, always, this the same doctor always knows every single time there's not one doctor in the world who does this who knows that they aren't solving the root causes of your issue. They all eventually realize it, and then they're 70 and they're like, dang it, I missed, I missed it. I didn't actually help people. And then they'll try and judge, well, I helped that one guy that one time in that one way when I didn't give him medication. Right? See, the root cause of your issues would be for you to look in the mirror and wake up to the fact that you have demons and monsters and spiritual damage and you need to slay them yourself, which would take a different form of healing than a psychiatric drug, which actually doesn't do any healing. If anything, it just harms your liver and puts synthetic chemicals into your brain, which you could have otherwise generated naturally through many different things, including ancient breathing practices, meditation, proper diet, proper movement, fascia release, exercise, purpose, a lively social life, accomplishing goals, reading books, learning a new hobby, spending time in nature, living in purpose. Right. See, there's many ways to heal ourselves and find peace. And when we avoid the inevitable, look in the mirror we need to take. When we keep avoiding that look in the mirror, despite the knowing that we should, we never get to the root cause of our issues. Then we construct a lie based on lies, which is so dangerous to ourselves and even everyone around us, because we then influence everyone based on this lie we told ourselves.
unknownRight?
SPEAKER_00Remember, I said at the beginning, like we're social creatures and we we the beliefs that we construct help construct others' beliefs. And many of us have beliefs that are based on not getting to the root cause of our issues, which constructs this lie, this facade of lies, which becomes dangerous to ourselves and every and people around us because we influence people around us with our beliefs. There's no one-man island here, there's no one-woman island here, right? We're all in this together. And we fortify this lie with the protection and fear of the ego because we are afraid to look in the mirror at ourselves. And this is why I harp on the medical industry a lot, because I think it um for a lot of reasons, actually. But the reason that medications are so detrimental is because they perpetuate this lazy mentality. They perpetuate this cycle of not finding real answers towards our psychology, towards our mental state of being, which is truly our spiritual state of being. Perpetuate the cycle of not finding the root of our spirit of truth because they literally do not get to the root, which is the truth of the issue. So when you're hooked, because when you're hooked on medications, you sadly, and I'm saying this very sadly, and I'm also saying this from a ton of experience. I don't just say this because, you know, I met one person on medication. Oh my god, I just met one person on medication, and all of a sudden I have this extremely opinionated take on medication. No, guys, I've met hundreds of people on medication. Some of the closest people in my life that I've loved more than anything are on medication. And it's it's ruined their understanding of truth. And it breaks my heart. That's why I talk about medication in the healthcare industry. I don't just talk about medication in the healthcare industry because I don't want you to be happy. I talk about medication in the healthcare industry because it has ruined the happiness of the people I love the most. When you are on medication, you stop looking at the truth and you stop finding it wherever you go. Because the truth is a spiritual truth. It is not a chemical truth. It's not, you know, the truth is not Molly. The truth is meditation. Right? That's what medication is. Medication is basically Molly and the festival and being on Molly and thinking that that is peace. No, the truth is meditating. Going internally and finding a peace and a nirvana that is much, much more deep than that 15 minutes of you know, fame that you'll get at the festival on Mali. And my heart is broken when people do not follow this true nature. And it leads to so many other issues in so many other ways. And everything is kind of a metaphor to this. When we don't look at the root and we take the lazy mental approach to things, then we end up in the society that we're in where bombs are going off and things are crumbling. Not getting to the truth in the root and looking in the mirror at our own BS is literally, ironically, the root cause of all our issues ever in the history of time. It is this shortcut way of thinking, thinking life doesn't matter, thinking nothing matters, except my happiness in this precise moment, my revenge that I want in this precise moment, my serotonin that I want in this precise moment, which causes so much pain for so many people. Think of war, the war general, thousands of years ago, never wanted to look at his tribe and his people and himself as the potential issue or potential solution, and instead chose to wage war over the competition competition, over resources, instead of being creative and figuring out a way they could all share the resources, and instead of just believing it was possible, believing there was a way they could all get along, believing, believing, that's the first step. Remember, believing whatever they were fighting about could be solved. Instead, he chose to destroy the lives, pillage the opposing villages, and kill innocent people wherever in his tribe went. What a great decision. Bravo, dude. Nice. Think of Hitler, think of any cruel dictator. They all have the same quality of not actually getting to the root of what is going on. Hitler is basically the king of looks maxing, bro. Oh god. That's funny. Hitler is the king of looks maxing. All you looks maxers are praising Hitler. Because what did Hitler care about? All Hitler cared about was what you looked like. If you had blonde hair and blue eyes, you pass a test. Oh, that'd be a good tweet. Bro, me and Kanye should tweet that out at the same time. That would go viral. One day, my friend, one day we'll do that. Hitler is the king of looks, Maxon. Because that's not what matters. Right? And we all think Hitler is what? The epitome of the villain. Right? And what did he believe in? He believed that looks were what mattered. Not the root issue. He looked at the surface and the shortcut and the quickest way to blame and activate the ego instead of the long-term bird's eye view approach of the spirit. Asking oneself, how can I be more creative? How can I be more loving? What really matters in the long term? How can I get through this challenge with the grace of love? How can I choose to love myself and others? What can I learn from this problem? How can I grow? Instead, it's boom off with their heads. See, this is quick judgment, which is the opposite of the spirit. The spirit always wants us to be patient, to be slow and deliberate in our movements, especially when making big decisions which involve other people. This is because the spirit, who we truly are, is a source connected to God, which is infinite intelligence. In other words, we can always be more creative than wanting and calling for the death of others over resources. We never need to sell pharmaceutical drugs because otherwise we won't have any income. Oh my God! As a doctor. There's always another path. There's the path of true healing through nature. We can choose to be a doctor still, we can choose to help people, we can choose to heal, but we we we can't choose to heal and help if we're not actually helping. Right? There's so many, like guys, I'm not even going into details on this episode, but like, because and and some people are like listening to me, like, oh my god, what do you mean? Pharmaceutical drugs that help everyone, they're the best. It's like, guys, there's come on, there's so like I could I could have taken the time, I don't have time right now, one day I will, to go in to all the pharmaceutical drugs that are basically full of side effects, do not help. I mean, just think of like or not even getting to the root cause of the issue. Get people hooked on this stuff, like pain meds, even, like like acid reflux meds, anxiety meds, these these things don't get to the root cause of the issue. And and they don't, therefore, they don't heal. And there are alternatives which do heal, which don't have side effects, and which actually are long-term sustainable, and they are provided to us via nature, via our body. And you could be a doctor, you could be a healer, who could figure out what those are, start a business based on that, and you'd still probably be able to drive the Lamborghini if you really wanted to. You would just have to figure out how you could upscale your business. Oh my god, how hard would that be? How hard would that be? In fact, that is the easiest, least resistant path a doctor could take. And I'm not being black and white, some pharmaceutical drugs are, of course, helpful in some scenarios, right? If you get your uh arm chopped off, god forbid, uh, you know, you're gonna be in a lot of pain. You know, you're probably like gonna take the pain meds at that point. But guys, these pharmaceutical drugs must be used as a last resort, right? That's what the beauty of uh modern medicine and technology is, is they are here to save us in last resort cases, but they are not to be prescribed as a and as a blanket to the entire youth of our world, which is what has happened. See, so many of us think we have to uproot our identity in order to fulfill our purpose. The truth is we are always in a state of being able to uproot our identity because identity isn't even a real concept. You are a spiritual being, you are not a doctor. Your goal is not to stick to doctor, your goal is to stick to purpose and spirit. And if there is clear evidence and signs that your prescription is no longer beneficial and healing, it is time for not only others, but also yourself to change. See, if you have to uproot your identity, your path, your life in order to fulfill your purpose and spirit, this is not only a good thing, it is quite literally what you came here to do. It could not be more obvious at this point in time, in 2026, that this is what we all came here to do. We're all alive at this exact moment to make this exact decision in our exact unique way that I speak of on today's show. To be someone of actual, genuine value and to take a long look in the mirror, which may seem daunting, it may seem hard, but I promise you it is actually the path of least resistance. Not doing the hard thing will actually be much, much, much, much, much harder in the end. Is the classic phrase. Easy life, hard choices, hard life, easy choices. Easy life, hard choices. Hard life, easy choices. The goal is for you and us to realize that hey, if I'm the CEO of McDonald's, I should probably not be the CEO of McDonald's anymore. Bro, I'm hiring I need a I need a videographer. If the CEO of McDonald's, like that's gonna be my new uh I wanna hire like CEOs of like General Mills and like people that are selling children like poison. I wanna I wanna hire those guys. Guys, I can't pay you much at this point, but I am hiring the CEO of McDonald's. You need you need a new job, bro. You need a new job. Or you should change the menu to actually sell food, actual food. Sell actual food, which is healthy and not full of chemicals. I was watching the uh Joe Rogan uh RFK podcast recently, and it was a great podcast. Uh, I didn't even finish it. I will finish it. Uh it was the most recent one that dropped, um, and I'm a big fan of both of those people. Um, but they said something on there though that that that rubbed me the wrong way, and uh not that you know, it's just guys, we gotta be a little more aggressive here. And and I love Joe and I love RFK, but like, and like I hope to work with both of them one day on on all this stuff in our in our country and our world. But they're they're having this conversation, and in the conversation, they're talking about how um RFK is talking about the Snap budget and uh you know taking things off Snap. So basically, Snap is like the the um budget where low-income people can get like cheaper groceries and stuff. And basically, RFK was like, well, we're gonna take pop and soda and candy off of Snap eligibility. So if you're poor, you don't have a lot of money, and you want to just use your your uh government card essentially to get cheaper groceries, you can't buy pop on that. Um because that is adding to the diabetes and the healthcare costs, which is affecting the taxpayer, right? The average taxpayer, which makes sense. But then he says, then he says, right after that, he says, um, he says, but it, you know, we live in America. If you want to buy a pop, you can buy a pop, right? You can buy a soda. We're not gonna take away anything from anyone, but you just have to pay full price for that. And then immediately it's it's it's so funny, immediately after this, like 10 seconds later, they go into like this whole rant, this like long rant, about how food affects people's mental health, and like makes people angry, and makes people like uh you know have all these mental ailments and like how it causes all these societal problems to have all these people with these poor diets because you know it affects their mental health and all this stuff, and you know, the prison prisoners get uh poor uh diet, and uh uh and uh that is a safety issue that makes them more angry and more violent in the prisons, and then they did this study where they get put they isolated certain prisoners and gave them healthy food, and then there was a 40% less violence. But then a moment before RFK says we're not gonna take anything away from Americans. If they want their soda, they can have their soda. So the question then becomes for our society is what is more valuable to you? Your soda or your peace? Because again, your internal peace comes from the external world. There is no debating that. The entire world is not going to choose to go to the most remote, safe, bomb safe place in the world, which there is no bomb-safe place in the world. If someone wants to bomb a certain mountaintop in the Himalayas with a bunch of monks, they could probably do that. Right? If some government wants to blow up a monastery, God forbid, they could probably do that, you know? So we all, even if, and and there is no scenario where the entirety of the population of the world goes to become monks. There's no scenario where that's happening. That's not possible. Just like it is not possible that um, you know, I'm going to fly. Uh uh, well, that's not necessarily true. One day we may have jetpacks and this and that. But um, and one day we may become we may all become monks in a monastery. And but I'm saying, like, when it comes down to choosing our beliefs and believing things are possible, we have to also have a sense of like realism in that, in in that, uh, the physical constraints of of that, guys. The physic the physical constraints of what is possible in the sense of um, well, I'm not gonna be seven feet tall and I'm not gonna play in the NBA. That's a physical constraint. However, a spiritual constraint is there are no spiritual constraints to who we can become as a society, to how much greed we can eliminate as a society. That is what I'm saying when I'm saying we have to choose what is possible, we have to choose our beliefs, we have to make our beliefs based on a on an infinite spiritual uh abundance. Not not I'm not saying if you know what I'm you know what I'm trying to say. So, where I was going with this is we have to, because our peace is external, there is no avoiding that, because part of our inner peace is external peace. At a certain point, we have to ask ourselves what is more important, our our our Coca-Cola or our peace? Right? Our our our McDonald's or our peace. Because filling our civilians with chemicals is making them angrier, it's making them uh emotionally damaged, it's making them unhealthy, it's making them diseased. When you're diseased and unhealthy and angry, you think you're you're just a bottleneck in the system? No, you are affecting everything and everyone around you. So we affect everyone and everything around us. So we as a society have all these decisions we must come to individually and then collectively. We must come to these decisions individually and then collectively. We must. We have to prioritize what is important and what is true healing, what will lead to true fulfillment and purpose, and that peace that we all want. Guys, there's so many creative solutions. Like, I remember, here's a great story. I remember this is like one of my favorite stories to tell. I remember when I went, I was like 23, and I had to, I took a food allergy test, and um the food allergy test, I was like concerned that certain things in my diet were causing inflammation and this and that. So I took this food allergy test and it told me that I was allergic or intolerant to gluten. I've told this story before: gluten, dairy, eggs, and soy. I remember that was like the worst like 48 hours of my life. I was like, oh my god, I can't eat gluten, dairy, eggs, and soy. It's gonna upset my stomach. And then I like went to the grocery store and it was like, oh, like as I went to the grocery store, I was like, wait, wait a second, wait a second, this doesn't have that. And then I started to like cook, and then I started to like go out, and then I started to like eat all these things that didn't have those things, and I was like, holy crap, this tastes so good, and it doesn't have gluten, it doesn't have dairy, it doesn't have eggs, it doesn't have soy. See, we think like we think that like there's no replacement for food a lot of the time. There's no replacement for this. Oh my god, I need this soda, oh my god, I need this this dairy, oh my god, I need this and that. And then we go out to eat all these incredible foods and all these incredible things, and not only do they taste incredible, but they make us feel so good afterwards. And there's nothing more priceless than that. And that is a metaphor, my friends. That is a metaphor to everything I'm talking about in today's show. This is why you are here today, my friends. It is here, you are here today to realize that things aren't too good to be true, that you can make these changes, and once you make these changes, that's where the true essence of who you are will be realized, and that peace will come. Your entire purpose is to figure out how you can alleviate disease within and without because you have realized chaos and war are not profit. In fact, chaos and war are making us bankrupt. And they come from the disease within and the businesses we prop up. Have an amazing day. I love you so much. I'll see you in the next episode.
