I want to paint pretty pictures in my mind. Why you want to die? Do you like to lie? Imagine change of my stuff for you. Imagine change of my software. Magic off we are. That's 40 man, you lovely man, I'll try and don't be afraid to be defeated, man. That's how you get back up and be the leader, man. That's 101, that's 101, that's all. Love, that's all, love, I swear, that's all I got. You hate me because that's all I got, but that's terrorists. You're not supposed to do it, man.

SPEAKER_00

God created me, he created you. God created everyone you admire what you think he did with you. When I respire.

Sponsors are super important to me, and I take them very seriously. There are so many great and valuable products in the world which genuinely provide value and I believe in. And there's also so many people who take advantage of people due to their unhealed spiritual damage and greed. And I use this time in the podcast to highlight the beautiful businesses that provide true value back to the people who invest their time and money into the business. I spend a lot of time and energy vetting the things I use and even more time and honesty coming to you all with a sponsor for the show. So, no, anytime I have a sponsor on the podcast, it is something I use, highly recommend, trust, and have vetted rigorously, almost like I'm an investor in the company itself. I will also stand behind the vision of the sponsor, the founder, and their company's values. I will not have any sponsors on my show which do not meet this criteria. Thank you for listening and recognizing that sponsors allow the podcast to grow and allow me to spend more time and resources in making a better show for you guys. So thank you to our sponsors and thank you to you guys for tuning in. Today's sponsor is Coherence. Coherence is a wonderful breathwork app you can download to your phone right now. Guys, you have to know I could not be more aligned with the mission and vision of Coherence as a company. The concept is simple. Breath heals you when done properly. Proper breath work is healing the spirit. How long have I been saying this? In fact, in order to get this sponsor, I basically harassed their founder with DMs asking them to sponsor me like they were my seventh-grade crush. Shout out Natalia. Because I love their app so much. I use it every day, four to five times a day. The truth is, nearly all of us don't know how to breathe deeply and properly because we were never taught from our education system, which is supposed to teach us the right things. Like maybe how to breathe properly. But we never worked the muscle of our breath. See, many of us are breathing shallowly, and when we get into the app, you'll see you could be so much more relaxed, breathing so much more deeply, and it really challenges you to go further with your breath. I love breath work because it's one of the ultimate revealers we have in our tool belt. What I mean by that is it allows you to see issues in both your breath, your focus, your posture, your health, your body, and your life in general with a lot more clarity just by breathing it out and coming back to center. The breath centers you into the moment. I do this before I meditate, before I sleep, before I eat. It enhances everything. You have to deeply breathe to allow your cells, your body, and everything to function optimally. Coherence is a phenomenal tool. A breath work app you can download to your phone, which easily and visually walks you through ancient yogi breath work practices which promote different states of being, whether you want more energy, focus, calm, vagus nerve activation, and an overall tool you should consider if you want to optimize health, stress, and anti-aging. What I love about the app and why it's better than just doing it on your own is when I'm doing breath work, I often lose count of my inhales and exhales. And frankly, I don't want to have to think about the timing while I'm doing it. I want to be able to look at a screen or hear audible cues showing me the exact timing so I can shut off my brain and really just focus on my inhalation, exhalation, and breath holds. I want to know I'm doing it right and getting the most out of it. Also, I want to be able to know how long I've been doing it so I can stay on task if I only have two minutes or five minutes, or if I have 20 minutes. Coherence solves all these issues by providing you with a beautiful visual and auditory cue on when to breathe, as well as giving you a timer and many different patterns you can use. So it allows you to just focus on breathing and turn off your mind, which allows you to go deeper into the practice and healing. It's incredible. Coherence has all kinds of patterns I've never heard of, which get me into crazy states of calm, peace, and energy, like the vortex pattern, a personal favorite. And my favorite hack of all is I open my two favorite apps at once. I open Coherence and get going on a longer 10-minute, 15-minute practice, which allows me to really totally reset my nervous system, and then I open up YouTube and tune into a video I'm dialed into. This allows me to enjoy my favorite content in the most relaxed and focused state while benefiting my biology and my mind. Imagine doing this while studying and watching a video of something you need to retain and learn and understand. Forget about Adderall, you have nature's Adderall, your focused and concentrated breath. It's the ultimate pleasure and productivity hack. Who says you can't have both? Okay, so you can get my free 30-day trial to coherence to see for yourself all the incredible benefits of breath work by using the code AppleBomb in the promo section when you sign up to get 30 days for free in their app. Normally they only give you 10 days for free, I think, or seven days. And no strings attached. Feel free to cancel any time. But I promise you, you'll want to continue using the app as much as you can. And it is only $10 a month afterwards. That's code AppleBomb, A-P-P-L-E-B-A-U-M, my last name, when you sign up for the free 30-day trial. Happy breath, happy next steps. And now into your episode. Welcome to episode 19, everyone. You were born to create inner peace and therefore peace in the world. What a wonderful time to be alive. It is 2026, and the moment has never been more ripe for spiritual awakening. I hope this podcast and others like it can help you walk your path to your higher spirit and highest truth of love. See, we live in a time where the next move isn't complicated. Our adult world, modern technology, and the overwhelming hustle and bustle of the world and our peers may make it seem like there is so much we don't know and so much is out of our hands, but the truth is, the next move for all of us, individually and therefore collectively, has actually never been more simple. It's literally as simple as moving a chess piece into the right position and boom, the game will be over. Checkmate. However, we have overcomplicated this so much with our ego, both our negative and positive ego. Our ego actually blinds us to the correct move we need to make on the chessboard. We cannot even see it. It's not even possible with our ego. It's not possible to make this move because we are completely and utterly blinded by our ego. But there is a move to make when the ego is removed that can put the king in checkmate. One simple move, and that move is to become peaceful internally. Everyone. To become at peace internally. See, throughout history, even now, it is always the man or woman in their spirit, who has no peace in their heart and mind and spirit, who creates chaos. Right? Whether it's on a mass scale, whether it's just in a household, whether it's in a community, whether it's at a governmental level, this is the lesson. It's 2026. We this is the lesson we have learned, and this is the moment we have chosen to fully embody this lesson right now, at the highest level. The obvious lesson that in 2026 could not be more obvious. So we need to create internal peace. That is checkmate. So, how do we create peace? Of course, many of the healing strategies that I've already spoken about in this podcast, and of course there are always more, allow us to create internal peace. But one part of our internal peace, which nobody talks about, and I spoke about briefly in the last episode, is the external peace also required for our internal peace. And this is why it is the checkmate for each and every individual to create internal peace. That's the move we need to make. So we need to be both simultaneously going for our own internal peace and allowing and helping others find their internal peace, which creates an external peace. That is the importance of this entire episode. Brothers and sisters, we cannot achieve the peak of our inner peace without any semblance of outward peace. That's just life. That's just the interconnectedness of life, nature, and everything. This calls on our spirituality, our very morality, to ascend to a new height of inner peace. So we can create and see external peace. You may disagree with me and believe I used to think this, and I could be wrong. I'm open to disagreement, I'm open to different perspectives always, of course. But because of the oneness of our spiritual collective and consciousness, I believe I am onto something just in the fact that our internal peace at least partially is dictated by the external peace around us at all times. For example, you may say, well, let me go just live in the middle of nowhere, meditate all day, completely disconnect from society, uh, survive off little to nothing, don't consume much from the ecosystem, and boom, I just proved you wrong, David. Well, first off, you still are consuming something. Didn't you just say that? You you need to consume something to survive. And that something is consuming something else, and that something is else is consuming something else, which is attached to the overall ecosystem and environment, which is attached to our actions, which can be impacted by things that we do, like pollution or uh damaging our environment, uh, which can cause all kinds of man-made disasters and atrocities, due to essentially our lack of inner peace and um spirituality, right? And I keep mentioning inner peace, and so why do we need to find peace? Because peace, and I'll get to this more and more, but I want to just start off really clearly: peace is the recipe to morality. You if someone is not at peace, they will not create peace for others. So morality is the recipe to not making man-made disasters and atrocities, right? If you are a moral person, by definition, you are not going to harm society, the environment, the world around you. And the only way to become a moral person, spiritual person, you could say, is to access peace. Right? It's very, very simple. And we overcomplicate it with so many different things, with so many different attachments to whether it's religion or beliefs or politics or science, right? It's very, very simple. We just need to find peace. And remember, you are always part of the world. You will always have neighbors, even if they are several hundred miles away. You will always be subject to what your neighbors decide to do. They could decide to blow up your portion of land with a bomb. That would obviously be a very poor decision, but hey, we have made poor decisions before, haven't we? Now that is the most isolated example. Let's just take the everyday average person as an example. We live in a city or a suburb reliant on and connected to our local grocery store, reliant on and connected to our local uh water systems, our water tower, our water towers, right, relying and connected to our plumbing systems, our doctors, our neighbors, our community members, people who live in our city, our farmers, to harmonize with us, right? We rely on everyone to tell us the truth, right? To align with us in synergy so we can become highly effective at enhancing our lives in internal peace, which, as I've stated in many episodes, our number one desire is internal peace. Yet, how many times are we actually met with our desire for external peace from those around us? Not very often. I was driving by uh our water tower, local water tower where I live, and they so that's I I'm assuming where we get our water from. They have a literal cell phone tower on the water, on the water tower, like a a massive, massive amount of cell phone receptors on the water tower, right? Let me ask you a question. Would you put your would you uh let's say your phone could could survive um you know being dunked into your your uh bottle of water? Let's say it could, let's just say your phone, you know, just can't take that out of this hypothetical. Would you put your piece of technology that is radioactive, that is constantly transmitting radio signals into water that you drink? Guys, water is an extremely malleable sub uh piece of uh of of nature. It responds to everything. It's very malleable. It even responds to words. They've studied this. Water will change its structure completely based on words. So um water is very adaptable to what you you put in it. So this is why I think it's crazy and potentially diabolical and criminal and potentially even intentional that we put cell phone radio radio towers in right on our water. Guys, even if you think that's the craziest thing you've ever heard, and oh, there's no science to prove that David, blah, blah, blah. Why at a certain point we have to ask ourselves, well, what's what could that be the case? You have to first you have to say, well, could that be a possibility? Could that be damaging our health? And if the answer is yes, which I think it undoubtedly is, yes, that could be damaging our health. Um, and and uh uh you know, you you could you could say that it could be damaging our health with a probability of you know at least over 10%, at least over 20%, I think. Where am I getting that? I don't know. I'm just intuitively putting together the fact that water is malleable, and I'm putting together the fact that radio signals, cell phone signals, work. Your cell phone sends signals, it moves signals throughout the air that you can't see. Just because you can't see it doesn't mean it's not doing anything. So what we should do is we should conduct studies on this. We should figure out how if if water is malleable to cell phone radiation, radio, radio towers. Certainly our cells are. Certainly, if you sat next to a a uh cell phone tower, your your your mind would uh basically, if you if you stayed there for a long time, you basically would lose your mind, you'd you'd lose your your body, and and uh uh you would degrade yourself rapidly, right? We know that non-native electromagnetic frequencies are bad for the human biology. We know that. If you don't, if you're in denial about that, you're just afraid to look in the mirror, you're afraid to look at the truth, and you're afraid of being called, you know, crazy, right? Crazy is being afraid. And at this, and we've we've hit the point now where the crazy people are not the conspiracy theorists or the the people who are who are thinking deeply. Those aren't the crazy people. The crazy, the craziness, and nobody is actually crazy, but the the illogical rather people are the people who are unwilling to look at the science because they think it is preposterous, unwilling to test things because they think it is preposterous. The illogical people are the ones who are unwilling to think about cell phone towers potentially harming human health. Of course they harm human health. Do you think that we had cell phone towers when our biology was evolving thousands and thousands of years ago? Go sit next to a Wi-Fi router for uh, you know, 30 minutes. Put your head right next to it. Please don't do that, actually. But if you did do that, you would have a tremendous headache, undoubtedly, without any question, you would have a massive headache. Why? Why? You have to ask why. You have to keep asking why. And then when you keep asking why, you get to answers that are truthful, okay? And then the truth, that is the basically same resonance as love. So I may sound like I'm angry right now, but I'm actually just trying to figure out the truth, and the truth has the same resonance as love. So I'm actually just trying to not harm human health and create peace. So that's what actually peace looks like. It actually looks like figuring out the truth. And it may, um, and then allowing others to be externally peaceful, right? So if like if you're uh if you're a uh if you're a uh uh contractor and you're you're setting up an apartment building over by uh you know, in the projects or wherever, in a in a low-income area, and you're like, well, we can just put it here, this will make money, uh, even though there's a cell phone tower literally right next to the apartment building. What you have to ask yourself is that is that actually gonna be the right thing to do long term? And the answer to that is always no, because A, we know that cell phone towers at this point. Even the government has studied this stuff, guys. The government has papers out on the uh the Navy has done a lot of uh studies on EMF um radio waves being harmful to human biology, cell phone waves being harmful to human biology. So you have to ask yourself, am I am I am I, by harming people, going to have peace? Are they going to have peace? No. So you're you're not you're not only uh killing other people's peace because you're killing their biology, but you're also killing your own peace because you know that you are doing something that is not right. All we have to do is build something else there, right? Or or not build anything there, or build the cell phone towers far away, right? But don't put the cell phone tower on a water tower. Is that that hard to do? Is isn't there another place we can put a cell phone tower that's not on a water tower? Isn't there a way that we can construct um our infrastructure where cell phone towers aren't on top of residential properties? Isn't there a way that we can um do that in a more uh creative way that doesn't harm human biology as much as we're doing it? Um and the answer to that of course is yes of course it is of course there's a way there's no there's no stone unturned that we need to take in order to create peace because guys that as I what did I start this episode with I started this episode with the checkmate right I started the episode with checkmate and now we always want to negotiate with checkmate right we always oh no no no and that's the ego that is the ego trying to know oh it'd be too good to be true it's not gonna work or whatever screw those people they don't deserve it they're you know they can live on a cell phone tower right blah blah blah so and and we're we're we constantly get in our own way when we do this so remember the check made how did I get on this i i got on this by talking about my my uh uh the the water right and so not very often we are not met with peace in our external world that's how I got on this our water towers have literal cell phone towers on them for literally no reason some of our apartment buildings have literal cell phone towers on them much of our grocery stores are riddled with chemicals instead of food some of our neighbors may be deeply spiritual damage spiritually damage and decide to harm us in some way whether just light or extremely we have to contend with the world around us constantly and the world around us is shaped by people right the dogs didn't um you know wake up one day and built put the cell phone towers on the on the on the water towers right you know the giraffes did not construct the world around us they are a part of the world but we decided to construct and we were given the tools to construct given our capacity to think deeply and use the tools to build things people did and those people were either at peace healed in core of truth and spirit or they were in a lot of cases likely not and the likely answer for many of us unfortunately due to our you know just due to a variety of factors a lot of different factors many of us we we are we grow up and we just want you we just want to be able to provide for our family right that that that's that's really a very common reason that people get into businesses that aren't and do things for money that aren't moral or ethical right is they're they you know you grow up you you have a rough upbringing or whatever money's hard to come by and you're just like here's an opportunity to make money period there's no there's no further thought there's no well it'll do this and X, Y, and Z. Oh, here's an opportunity to make money which allows me to have more resources. Period there's no second thought there's no tertiary thought on what value that is actually providing and so this is how humans have created um issues in the world essentially um and unfortunately this is due to a lot of different factors as I was just saying it's it's due to that environmental factor it's due to um even a genetic epigenetic factor of our ancestors and how they grew up potentially in the trauma that they have endured lack of healing andor lack of education all of this aligning with the fact that we are not aligned with where we are spiritually aligned to arrive at. So we find ourselves here in this magnificent turning point where we have decisions to make. We find ourselves in a place where we have built systems, ideologies, philosophies from a place of not having peace. This creates the imbalance that we see today. The person who robs the store has the same lack of peace that the person who created the prison for them to go into for their crime has. The drug addict has the same level of peace as the person who created Big Pharma's most insidious reputation for shilling pills and all kinds of drugs to anyone who wants them, all for financial gain. So what do we do? What do we need to do? And you could even say that Bernie Madoff has the same level of peace as you know financial institutions who rip people off and don't uh actually provide value. So what's the key word that I'm kind of coming to here I'm not actually coming it may sound like I'm coming from a place of all or nothing but I'm actually coming from a place of balance. We need to find balance. Besides many of the healing strategies that I've spoken about we need to mentally and philosophically and ideologically and systematically wrap our heads around balance and better ideas of where to go. So that's what I want to talk about now. So we need to first realize that internal peace actually comes from purposeful value. You cannot work a job your entire life realize that your company is actually ripping people off when you're 25 and then continue in that same company for the next 35 years and expect to be happy and peaceful. It is literally impossible because literally your entire existence to do the exact opposite of that to align with abundance and to align with the beauty and love within you and others and to align with providing value to the world. This is why you see alcohol and drug usage become so high. This is why you see relationships at an all-time low of divorce rates and things like that. This is why you see mental health epidemics you see today. Because people think that the world is so messed up and cold when in reality what is messed up and cold is the systems we have built that have made up the world and we continue to prop them up because we don't simply understand that we need to actually just abolish the old frameworks and create new ones. The same way if your couch was positioned in the wrong way in your living room so you couldn't see the TV and you were just like well well you know I d I think it's fine where it is I'll just I'll be fine I'll be I'll be I'll be I'll be fine two years later I'll be I'll be I'll be fine I'll be fine don't worry about it five years later I'll don't worry about it I'll be fine tears burst out I'm fine I'm fine this is literally what the McDonald's CEO is doing coping. This is literally what the General Mills CEO is doing coping. These guys are selling junk chemicals garbage to our society for profit cope. That is cope. We push our problems away instead of facing them head on and wonder why we don't have peace and then and then don't even get me started. Then people want to get political then the the general mill CEO wants to tell me who he's voting for or whatever. You know I don't even know who the general mill CEO is but the you know it's brother figure out how you can provide value to the world then your opinion is actually taken seriously you know anyways peace doesn't come from running away from your problems. That will only make them grow and fester until one day you have no choice but to look at them in the face and face a much larger monster than you would have ever had to face before just by simply tackling the issue head on and the issue you have to actually make money ethically. You have to actually find a purpose in a job um sorry um lost my place uh you have to actually find a purpose in a job where you can support yourself in a way that doesn't harm or take away from others in fact it actually enhances others' lives truthfully so simple yet so powerful and many of us function in the framework that doing this would be too good to be true or that the world is too cold and too brutal to change so they might as well just make money as much money as they can now then they wonder why they don't have peace think about becoming a parent towards someone you love so much your child perhaps your multiple children perhaps you're already in that position now actually life is exactly like this whether you want to become a parent or not life is always like this life is you are the parent at all times you are constantly evaluating yourself and how you're doing on your baby and what is your baby your baby is your actions your baby is what you manifest in the world you are constantly evaluating this when and when you lay down at the end of the life end of your life or at the end of your time here and you think about the effort you gave to be the best parent you could be did you give the next generation of you the best chance they could have this will ultimately be one of the most important questions you ask yourself when your life is over from a bird's eye view which is the true spiritual vantage point. This is the question you will ask this is the ultimate question we will all ask. And it will build on itself as I said you constantly are asking this question whether you realize it or not but the voice will get louder and louder and louder and louder and louder. And whether you choose to pick up the sword and fight that question right now in your mind now and slay the dragon now that will determine your level of peace and this is why so many spiritual people say that life only gets better as you age why why would someone who's very spiritual say that well because they are choosing to slay the dragon each and every day and life should get better and better as you age and if it doesn't there's a major problem that should be your your your your uh uh red alert and that's not to say that you know you're not gonna have issues and and and challenges in life because you are but overall your life should be getting better and better because you are actually asking this question did you give everything you had to your ascension and others' ascension and if your answer is no which provides you the opposite of peace it provides you with regret then you know life is gonna get worse right it's pretty simple if you if you if you have a lot of regrets your your life is not gonna be that great right um we all have the ability to vanquish this regret actually quite quickly and that is the beauty of the spirit all we have to do is choose to cultivate peace and provide it outwardly this involves a balance as I've mentioned a nuance knowing that there is a way in the gray in other words I don't have to completely abandon who I was before or you know growth uh monetarily monetary growth capitalism right we don't have to we don't have to reinvent the wheel I just have to look for genuine truthful ways to grow and provide going forward which will always show up if you look for them can you grow right now can you choose love right now can you figure out how to actually help someone today can you get yourself out of your own head and your own problems and be kind to one person today can you send a text message right now right now to someone you love and just just remind them that you love them can can you heal can you meditate can you breathe can you move can you take purposeful meaningful action can you go outside and listen to the birds can you surround yourself with people you love can you think can you think can you can you can you have thoughts right you can do all of that right hopefully and can you become attached to these things which actually fulfill your spirit and give you peace if the answer is yes then you are walking your way back home to center to balance you know I was thinking a lot about this word balance recently see I think in many ways this is what we are being called to do is to to be balanced in our approach yes we can make money but we have been making money for so long and what have we been doing we have been making money doing the wrong things and so it has created this imbalance that's what I'm getting at that's the key so we have we are called to figure out where we are imbalanced and to focus on healing this that's that's it. See one thing I've spoken about before is when it comes to business is we are best uh utilized our utility of time is best in business in my opinion and many others have written about this by focusing on our strengths and capitalizing on our strengths and that's all great and so much of our culture and our teachings and our books have highlighted this focus on what you're already good at. But I think we forgot the other side of the coin in order to be balanced and to be peaceful which again is what we all want we must actually round out and focus on our weaknesses. It's almost like we have to spend half of our time focusing on our strengths and the other half focusing on our weaknesses. I'm not saying to you know take your eight hour workday or whatever 10 hour workday at work and and you know think about your weaknesses. No I'm saying maybe on your time off you you figure out you heal you meditate you you you round yourself out a little bit see because if we never we never attend to our weaknesses which we all have both strengths and weaknesses we're born this way with a unique purpose and gift we are subject to creating the cycle and the systematic problems we see today which give us no peace because it gives nobody else any value see in order to fully tap in to our purpose we have to provide value and in order to actually provide value we we can't you know be really good at communicating but lying right or we can't be really good at uh you know uh uh football but then like you know beating our girlfriends up right we can't we can't be really good at uh you know um poker or whatever it is whatever whatever we're here to do we can't be really good at uh um I'm gonna go back to football we can't be really good at football but then realize that football is causing tremendous amount of brain damage to everyone and uh who plays the sport and it is actually a bad societal decision to allow the sport to continue right so some of us are actually in dead end career paths right football is a dead football won't be around for much longer. It's it that's the science is too uh concerning perhaps there will be an alternate version of football like flag football which I would or some kind of um version of that but we can't continue to have members of our society play this sport which causes brain damage it's it's just just the same way boxing or UFC the you may say oh well what do you mean people can do whatever they want guys yes people can do whatever they want but when but but they are taking away chipping away day by day at their own internal peace by playing these sports and these athletes know it they know it too the only people that don't know it are the fans those are the people who are gonna argue with me that I guarantee you the athletes will not argue with me. It is the the fans and the the people who argue with me the most is the people who are making money off football like I don't know the NFL or I don't know this sports industry who talk media sports industry those guys will wanna will want to kill me right those people for for saying something like that but but because again but they're not they're not thinking about exactly the checkmate that I'm talking about checkmate no this is this is not like taking the rook and like you know taking a pawn guys creating peace in the world is checkmate it is not a a a a a a a you know minimal move it is the move it is the only move we have to make and we all want to make it but then we oh but the sports but I want to watch sports bro you can still watch sports nobody's I'm not saying you can't watch sports I'm not saying we get rid of sports I'm saying get rid of sports that destroy brain health just the same way that I'm saying get rid of food that destroys brain health we have to we have to realize that our brains are important mechanisms to our internal peace and our internal peace is the catalyst to our external peace so a lie doesn't provide value greed doesn't provide value this is your purpose what provides value to both yourself and others is telling yourself you know what I'm actually going to challenge myself here in this to be as creative as I possibly can be to make money to provide value to do to do it ethically and to love my life and the people around me to be kind. What weaknesses do I have towards doing this what is preventing me from living in my purpose for many what is preventing me from being loving to everyone for many of us it is this intense focus on safety fear or even trauma that we've experienced from other people taking things personally it is an intense inward focus on ourselves instead of seeing the whole we get lost in this fear solely or this hurt solely focusing on how we can just get by and be safe and from this trauma that is often you know environmental but also ancestral right in many ways. We pick up on the genetics from our ancestors they've studied this epigenetics which isn't even half our fault. So we must heal then we must heal we must find balance and realize that there is a shadow as some call it that we must integrate and bring to the table to our negotiations. We must actually in my opinion not value the shadow's input as opinion but rather realize what the shadow is telling us to kill within the shadow may be telling you hey get rid of my ankle get rid of my arm get rid of my leg and slowly but surely we will kill off every part of our shadow and our lower selves to transcend ourselves back to balance and equilibrium. This is our task I don't think again in my opinion we're we're here to like hang out with our shadow some people I I hear talk about the shadow a lot and they're like it feels like they want to like hang out with them and be best friends with them. Guys no we're we're here to kill that part of ourselves we're here to transcend the lower self we're not here to you know become best friends with it and and uh say hi to it every day you know we're here to say bye to it every day for example I think many of us right now are actually being called to integrate our opposite gender strength and relinquish our own gender weaknesses let me explain if you are a man what in my opinion right now is required of the masculine on our planet and on our society is not to toughen up, get ready for war, hit the gym uh the fighting gym and become battle ready, right? Guys we we have bombs we you don't need to be battle ready but rather what is required of the masculine is to become loving become nurturing become vulnerable to show our emotions to lead with our love and our vulnerability and our caretaking rather than our sword as we have done for so long. The world needs men to do this rather than the ways of the past of men who hide all their feelings all their vulnerability until one day they have so much pent up undealt with thoughts emotions that they blow up and don't even know where it came from. It became because you lost balance. You forgot to integrate the feminine within you. Now take the other side if you are a woman what in my opinion right now is required of the feminine in our society is to actually guess what then toughen up and to have courage and to have faith and to be able to stand up and not be afraid to grab the sword and slay the dragon by our own conviction. See I think women are very very strong actually and they never needed men other than to reproduce just like men never needed women other than to reproduce the same way. But by this nature it is very important that our women stand up for what is right and what they believe in. To not be afraid of being the outcast saying the crazy thing that is only crazy in the moment but is actually the right and truthful thing, right? Someone like Candace Owens comes to mind who is embodying the masculine where many women need to follow suit. That is not to say they need to agree with Candace. I don't even agree with Candace a lot of the times I don't even know what she says a lot of the times because I don't I'm not on social media like that. I just post on social media to be honest. I don't really follow a lot of you know people. Or listen to a lot of people's content. I read a lot of health books. I, you know, I read a lot of books. But, anyways, I, you know, I don't even know what she's saying. But I when I do see her talk, I'm like, dang, that is a woman who is embodying the masculine because she is not afraid uh uh of what and she's unapologetically herself and not afraid if you don't agree with her. She is slaying the dragon she thinks ought to be slayed and has moral conviction in her beliefs. She backs herself up, she she talks about it. This is the path for the feminine to have this moral conviction be the grounds of their their beliefs and their decisions, not, you know, just what everyone else is doing as the grounds for action. See, men and women beautifully in this moment have to integrate the strength of the other gender in a state into a state of balance and not weakness of their own. I'll say that again. I said that a little weird. See, men and women beautifully in this moment, 2026, have to integrate the strength in the other gender into a state of balance and not weakness of their own. It is this balance which is so beautifully asked of us in this moment to see clearly and to be peaceful. Balance of killing the shadow within us and the path towards the higher spirit. When we are balanced, we are clear in our bodies, minds, and spirits, and we can then make decisions which help alleviate suffering and provide outward peace, which in turn provides more and more internal peace. So, my question to you to leave today, to leave today's show is this Where are you off balance? Is there somewhere you can find more balance? Perhaps it is being more kind rather than judgmental, judgmental. Perhaps it is using your money in a more judicious way, which actually provides value, or making money in a more judicious way, which actually provides value. Perhaps it is standing up and speaking your truth to yourself, even, about what really matters to you. And when we take these actions of balance, we can then release the bond we have with our shadow of ourselves. We can detach ourselves from the third, excuse me, from the thing pulling us down and causing us to make worse decisions, which only build and build on more and more internal chaos and less peace, and therefore external chaos and less peace. This is the key. Where can you restore balance in your life? So we can restore balance for the world and you can feel peaceful. Perhaps it is not about relying so much on a medication, on a drug, on a stimulant, and instead relying on yourself. Relying on natural remedies such as breath, go download coherence, or meditation, code Applebaum, or forgiveness for the 30-day free trial. Perhaps you are just being too darn negative with your self-talk. Perhaps you are constantly blaming other people instead of figuring out how you can grow and what you are meant to learn from this. Perhaps you are eating too fast, eating too much, not chewing your food enough, like I have recently tried to pull back from. Perhaps you are eating too little. Balance is a key path to spirituality and to peace, and therefore morality, because it is akin to being able to stand still and see clearly versus being wobbly and not having the proper discernment of what is true and false. I encourage you to find balance, and I also encourage you to remember that you were born to find inner peace. In other words, you were born with specific strengths and weaknesses, and in order for you to find inner peace, you actually have to look and tackle those weaknesses head on. We all have specific strengths and specific weaknesses. We all have specific genetics, epigenetics, ancestral trauma, trauma from our environment. And we can't ignore them. Otherwise, we're constantly just focusing on what we're good at, and then we're pointing the finger outward at what other people are bad at, right? We have to point the finger inward and look at our weaknesses. Otherwise, we are just getting lost in the ego, and we become someone who creates more issues than they help alleviate, which is not peaceful long term. That's the stuff that starts to add up in societies and in your own life, right? When you're 30, when you're 40, and by the time you're 50, and then you think it's too late, and then you're just, you know, dead weight. But remember, my love, you're never dead weight. It is never too late to call upon your higher spirit and act with love towards yourself and others, despite the weaknesses, despite what you think, despite the negativity. The game is played in transmutation. Just like the game of basketball is played in scoring points, the game of life for us, you and me, at all times, every single moment, even in our society, especially in our society, because it's played individually, rather, the game is transmutation. Transmuting negativity into posity. And this involves looking at the negative and squandering it to either zero or to a positive lesson for us to transcend with. This creates balance. This creates spirituality, and this creates morality in the meaning of your life. Peace manifested.
