Beth completed her Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science at Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland. She has been in the hospitality industry for over 40 years. In 2005 she founded the non-profit, Chesapeake Culinary Center whose mission is healthy, economically stable families through job training, youth education and economic development. She has been a Food Service Supervisor for Caroline County Public Schools since 2011. She is a strong proponent of farm to tray and tray to farm in the school system and addressing poverty in her community. Beth lives in Denton, MD.
