Sept 9 - Day 252. The God of Hope will fill you with joy. Romans 15:13*

 Romans 15:13 Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

Good morning, everyone. rejoice and give God praise for another day. Welcome to another episode of our EBC Prayer Podcast. God is in control, like the songwriter said, so we can have joy in the Lord. He have been so good to us.

Remember, I am your host. I am Dr. Victoria Haddad, the first Lady and Co-Pastor of Elyon Bible Church Apostolic in New Jersey. I feel joyful today, and I want to rejoice and give God thanks during our prayer.

Our scripture will be taken from Romans 15 verse 13. And it reads, “Now the God of Hope will fill you with all joy and peace in believing that he may abound in hope through the power of the Holy Ghost.”

Today, the Lord, wants us to have joy and peace and believe that he will give us hope, even when issues are coming our way that we're not pleased with. 

So let's rejoice and give God thanks and pray with assurance. 

Father, we thank you for another day. We thank you for your grace and your mercy. We thank you for your power. We thank you for your joy. We thank you for all that you have done for us. We thank you so much, Lord, for waking us up with a mind and a heart to pray, a mind and a heart to worship you, a mind and a heart to give you the glory that's due on to your holy name. 

Father, today we are rejoicing in joy, and we are thanking you for another day that you have made. We are thanking you, Lord, for not giving up on us. We are thanking you, Lord, for giving us joy, waking us up this morning with a joyful heart, a joyful mind, a joyful spirit to praise, to worship you and to surrender to you during our prayer. 

God, you have been good for us.

Lord God, we know life at times is not perfect, but in the midst of distraction, God, we can have joy. In the midst of trials, we can have joy. In the midst of testing, we can have joy. When things are not perfect, we can have joy. 

And so today, God, we are praying to the God we serve, and we are having joy in our relationship to you during our prayer. 

Lord, thank you for reminding us that we can have hope in you, because you will fill us with joy and peace.

Lord God, we thank you for your scripture. We thank you for encouraging us. And Lord, we are praying for ourself. We are praying for our family. We are praying for everyone who are listening to this podcast. We are praying, God, that the anointing power of God will take hold over us, Lord God, and fill us with joy and peace as we go to this day.

Remove every distraction, God. Remove everything that's not of you, Lord. Everything that keep us focusing on the things of this world.

Oh God, help us to re-struggle our attention. Refocus our attention on you and pray with joy. Pray with peace, because you promised to fill us with joy and peace if we believe in the God that we serve.

And so, Lord, we are praying today. Help us to fully believe, fully trust you, fully depend upon you. Oh God, so that your will can be accomplished in our lives.

Help us not to drift away from you. Help us not to get caught up in the things of this world, that we lose focus on you. God, you know this day, you created this day, you created us, and you know the plans you have for us, Lord God.

So Lord, we asking you for help us as we go to this day. Guide us, protect us. Cover us under your blood. 

Remove every distraction, every doubt, everything that's not of you, Lord. Remove it, and set us on fire for you. Fire so we can pray and surrender fully to you, because you're such a mighty God.

Lord, thank you for everyone who are listening to this podcast. God, you see every need. You know every thought.

You know every action. You know everything that everyone is going through. And Lord, we also believe that you are a God who can do more for us, that we can do for ourself.

So, Lord, we are praying and asking you to move in the life of all your people. Intervene, God, and let your will be done. Lord, we thank you for all the hope that you have given us.

The abundant hope, abundant mercy, abundant guidance, God, because of the joy and peace you're sharing our way when we believe in you and trust you. And so, Lord, we are praying and asking you for help. Help us to hold on to you.

And, God, you are promising us the power of the Holy Ghost. You have the power of the Holy Ghost placed within us, Lord. And you know how to strengthen us.

You know how to give us hope, to give us guidance. And so, Lord, we are praying today for all those who have not yet received your Holy Ghost. Oh, God, we're praying that you pour out your Holy Spirit upon each and every one who have not yet received it.

And Lord, those who already receive it, God, pour out more Spirit upon us. And Lord, let the anointing power move in our lives. Take control of each and every one of us.

We want to be holy because you are holy. We want to rejoice in the joy of the Lord each and every day. We want to trust you.

We want to believe that God is powerful, he's holy, he's mighty. The God we serve can take care of us. The God we serve can use us mightily.

The God we serve can open door for us and bless us unconditionally. The God we serve is a mighty God. And so today we are praying with joy, praying with happiness, shouting hallelujah, because all the glory and honor belongs to you, Lord.

Please take care of us as we go to this day. Let no weapon that fall against us prosper, but let your will be done in our lives. We thank you for everything.

And Lord, please remember all those who are listening to this podcast. Let your power take hold of every one of us and keep us safe. In your mighty, wonderful name, we pray. Thank you, Lord. Amen. 

I want to encourage every one to rejoice and have joy in the Lord. And thank him, even if life is not perfect. Just let God will be done in your life. Ask him for help and surrender to him so he can have his will in your way.
