Jan 20 - Day 20. Pray – God Will Not Failed. Deuteronomy 31:8

“The Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.” (Deuteronomy 31:8)

Welcome to another daily prayer. Keep on praying. The Lord will not fail you, forsake you, or cause you distress. “The Lord, it is He who goes before you, guiding your path with unwavering strength and wisdom. He will remain by your side every step of the way, steadfast and unfaltering. You can trust that He will never abandon you or leave you to face challenges alone. Therefore, do not be afraid, and do not let discouragement take hold of your heart.

Good morning, everyone. We thank God for another day. And I want to welcome each and every one of you to another episode of our EBC Prayer Podcast.

Today is the 20th day of the year, and God is still blessing us. Remember, I am your host. I am Dr. Victoria Haddad, the First Lady and Prayer Warrior of Elyon Bible Church Apostolic in New Jersey.

Our scripture today will be taken from Deuteronomy 31:8. And it reads, “The Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.” 

Today, we can pray with assurance. We can pray with joy, for the Lord is with us. He's going ahead of us. He's protecting us. He's keeping us safe from danger seen and unseen, so we can have joy as we go through this day. 

Let’s pray.

Dear Heavenly Father. Our righteous God, our Lord, our Provider, the one who knows more about us than we know about ourselves. Father, we thank you for this day and thank you for the privilege to come in your presence another day, another moment to pray. We are so grateful for the privilege that we can surrender to you, that we can worship you, that we can honor you, and humble ourselves before you each day.

Lord, the songwriter stated, ‘We got, Jesus,’ it is a blessing when we know we have you in our midst. It's a blessing when we know that you are protecting us. And so, Lord, we are praying and giving you thanks and worshiping you and honoring and glorifying your holy name. Because none can be compared to you, none is as great as you. Thank you for always staying beside us.

Thank you for always protecting us. Thank you for going ahead of us and prospering us, Lord. Help us not to fail or forsake us, Lord. We are so grateful and thankful for you.

Lord, today we can pray with assurance. We don't have to be fearful or dismayed because you will never leave us nor forsake us.

Help us, Lord God, not to get nervous and cumbersome with the issues of this life, but help us, Lord God, to trust the Holy God that we serve. And so today, God, we're asking to help us to pray, help us to seek you, help us to surrender to you. 

We know you woke us up today with a desire to pray. You woke us up with a mind and a heart to worship you. You woke us up, Lord God, because you want us to humble ourselves so you can direct our path. 

Lord, we know that this life at times has issues that we don't have control over. At times, we don't know the outcome and the direction that life will take us or what's coming our way, but you're reminding us to pray. And Lord God, be available to you. Surrender to you and let you power move in our lives, because Lord God, you want to take care of us.

Lord, you're encouraging us to pray with confidence, pray with assurance, pray and surrender ourselves to you so you can deliver us and intervene in our lives when we never thought possible. Thank you, God, for helping us, Lord God, to become more like you, helping us, Lord God, to be determined, helping us, Lord God, not to give up on you. 

Lord, we thank you for saying that you are God and you will go before us. Please go ahead of us, Lord God, and prosper this day. Please go ahead and take care of us as we go through this day.

Lord God, you said, you will be with us. Sometimes we don't know what is coming along our way, but we are so grateful that you're encouraging us and reminding us that you will be with us. You will never leave us nor forsake us. You will never give up on us because of your desire to protect us, your desire to keep us safe, and your desire to help us have a gracious day.

Lord, we are praying and we are thanking you for your protection, thanking you for your guidance, thanking you for being with us even when we don't know that you are there. Thank you for never giving up on us but always protecting us. 

And so today, God, we are praying with joy, praying with thanksgiving because of your love and your mercies towards us.

Help us not to be fearful of this day, not to be discouraged in this day, disappointed with the day, but trust and believe that God that we serve can do great things in our lives if we're just humble and surrender to him. 

Lord God, here we are before you. Here we are praying. Here we are trusting you. Here we are surrendering to you because we want your guidance to take place in our lives. 

Father, we are praying today, God, that you remember all those who are listening to this podcast. Remember everyone who is praying and reaching out to you. God, you see the desires of every heart. You see the issues that life is throwing our way. And so, Lord God, we are thanking you and praying and asking for your direction, asking for your help. 

Lord God, we know that you will not forsake us because you are encouraging God, motivating God, powerful God, wonderful God, and a God who will not give up on us because your desire is for us to be blessed. 

Father, God, cover all of us in your blood. Help us not to give up on you. Help us not to get discouraged, even with the issues of life. But help us, Lord God, to surrender to you so that your will can be accomplished in our lives. So, your power can move in our lives. So your will can move in our lives, and we can surrender and let your will be accomplished.

Thank you for everyone listening to this podcast. Thank you for everyone praying. Thank you for everyone seeking you. Continue to uplift us. Continue to encourage us. Continue to motivate us. So, your will can be done. 

We thank you, Lord God, for everything you have done for us. Help us to become the people of God. You're destined for us to become. Help us to keep on praying. Help us never to give up on you.

In your holy, mighty, and wonderful name we pray. Amen.
