“Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.” (Joshua 1:9)

Welcome to another daily prayer. Prayer works. Be courageous. The Lord will be with you on your journey. “Have I not commanded you to be strong and filled with courage? Do not let fear overcome you, nor allow despair to take root in your heart. Remember, for the Lord your God will be by your side, guiding and supporting you no matter where your journey takes you. Trust in His presence and move forward with confidence.”

Good morning, everyone. Welcome each and every one of you to another episode of our EBC Prayer Podcast. I hope your day is off to a great start, and I hope you are praising and glorifying God because of who he is and what he's about to do in our lives.

Today is the 21st day of the year, and God is still blessing us, still covering us under His blood, and still protecting us. So, we have a lot to give God thanks for.

Remember, I am your host. I am Dr. Victoria Haddad, the first lady and Prayer warrior of Elyon Bible Church Apostolic in New Jersey.

Our scripture today will be taken from Joshua 1:9. And it reads, “Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.”

Today, we can pray with joy. We can rejoice, because God is reminding us that he's with us. And he will be with us wherever we go. So be strong and courageous today.

Let’s pray.

Father, we thank you for this day, we thank you for being our wonderful Savior, and we thank you for being our gracious God and our Redeemer.

Oh, Father God, we are so happy for the privilege to come into your presence another day and another moment.

Father, thank you for this day. Thank you, Lord God, for not giving up on us, and for helping us surrender to you and pray with joy because of all the blessings you have in store for us.

Lord God, we are so grateful and thankful because you are bestowing upon us things at times that we don't even have room enough to receive your wonderful gift of mercy, love, and kindness, Lord God, because you are so good. Thank you for encouraging us to be brave.

Lord God, we are praying with gratitude because your control over our lives has been wonderful. Thank you for taking leadership over our lives, not getting discouraged or disappointed with us, but helping us to be thankful.

God, we are giving you praise, honor, and glory. Help us not to give up on you, but to be strong and courageous like you're encouraging us to be. Help us to trust in you and have confidence in your ability to do more for us than we can do for ourselves.

To have confidence, Lord God, that you will never fail us. You will never give up on us, because you're a holy God and a righteous God. You have the power to do more for us than we can even do for ourselves.

So help us, Lord God, not to be afraid of the issues of life, not to be afraid of the circumstances in life, not to be afraid of things that are going that we have no control over, but help us to trust the God that we serve, to pray with confident, to know that you are a wonderful Savior, a God who will do more for us than we can do for ourself.

Lord, today we are going through this day with grace. We are going through this day with joy, with thanksgiving, and we are celebrating your love and mercies towards us.

God, you are reminding us that we need to be strong and courageous. Lord, you are asking us the question: 'Have I not commanded you to be strong?'

God, thank you for encouraging us and commanding us to be strong, commanding us to be courageous, commanding us not to be afraid or dismayed. For you, God, is with us.

Lords, we don't know the issues of life, and sometimes we get this courage when it's not going as planned. Sometimes we get disappointed. Sometimes we feel like giving up when we're unsure of what the day has in store. But today, God, we are rejoicing.

Thank you for reminding us that we can be a powerful people of God. Thank you for reminding us that we can be holy people of God. Thank you for reminding us that we can celebrate and rejoice in your goodness, rejoice in the joy that you have set before us. Thank you for commanding us today to be strong, not to be oppressed or depressed with the issues of life, but to be strong and courageous in the God that we serve, in the anointing power that you have given to us, the resurrection power that set us apart.

Lord, today, help us to go through this day with a courageous spirit. Lord, we are asking you to remove fear, remove doubt, remove disappointment, remove sadness, remove difficulties, and help us to take charge as we go through this day and be courageous in what you are directing us.

To trust the God in whom we serve, to trust our Savior because he can do mighty and wonderful things in our lives.

Lord God, we are placing our confidence in you today, surrendering to you, and asking for your guidance, protection, and help as we go through this day. So, we will never give up on you. We'll never get this courage.

Lord God, help us to keep on praying, keep on trusting you, and keep on believing that you have given us the bravery and the key to a successful day. You have given us the ability that we need to have confidence in you, God.

Lord God, help us as we go through this day to always remember the mighty, powerful, and wonderful Savior we serve.

We are praying for everyone, God, who is listening to this podcast. Let them not give up on you, but let all of us keep on praying. All of us keep on trusting you. All of us believe in you. And all of us surrender to you so your abundant grace can move our lives.

Help us to take charge. Help us to be powerful people of God. Help us to keep on praying and believe that prayer will change things in our lives. Praying that we serve a God who can do more for us, than we can do for ourselves. Help us not to give up on you and get cumbersome with the issues of life. But help us, Lord God, to trust you.

Cover us under your blood today, God.

Cover all of our families under your blood. And Lord, remember everyone who is praying today. Let none of us give up on you, but all of us take root and be grounded in your word. And Lord God, help us to follow your will so that your will can be accomplished in our lives. Help us to know we serve a mighty and a wonderful God who has given us the strength, the power, and the encouragement as we go through this day.

In your holy, mighty, and wonderful name, we pray. Amen. Thank you, Lord.

I want to encourage all of you. Go through this day with some confidence in the Lord. He can do more for us than we can do for ourselves. And his desire is for us to be strong and courageous.

So have a great day. And we pray again tomorrow. Bye-bye.
