Jan 22 - Day 22 - Promises of God. Joshua 23:14.

“Behold, this day I am going the way of all the earth: and ye know in all your hearts and in all your souls, that not one thing hath failed of all the good things which the Lord your God spake concerning you; all are come to pass unto you, and not one thing hath failed thereof.” (Joshua 23:14)

Welcome to another daily prayer. Prayer works. God's promises will come to pass, and nothing will fail. Take a moment to reflect, for today marks the journey of life, just as all mortals must eventually face. You are aware, deep within your hearts and souls, that throughout our time together, not one promise made by the Lord your God has been left unfulfilled. Every good thing He has declared to you has come to fruition, and there has not been a single promise that has failed to manifest. This is a testament to His unwavering faithfulness and the profound covenant between us.

Good morning, everyone. I hope your day is off to a great start. And I want to remind you of the goodness of God, that He loved you with an everlasting love that will never fail.

Welcome to another episode of our EBC Prayer Podcast. Remember, I am your host, I'm Dr. Victoria Haddad, the First Lady and Prayer Warrior of Elyon Bible Church, Apostolic in New Jersey. We can join with the songwriter and say, from the moment we wake up until we lay our head, we can sing, we can pray, and we can surrender because of the goodness of God.

Our scripture today will be taken from Joshua 23:14. It reads, “Behold, this day I am going the way of all the earth: and ye know in all your hearts and in all your souls, that not one thing hath failed of all the good things which the Lord your God spake concerning you; all are come to pass unto you, and not one thing hath failed thereof.” 

Today, the Lord is encouraging us, and he's reminding us that we need to believe in the promises that he has for us. Not one thing that he has in store for us will fail. All of his promises will come to pass. 

So let us pray with joy and reassurance in Jesus' name.

 Father, we thank you, our Heavenly Father, our wonderful Savior, our God and our Redeemer, our Creator, the one who spoke and it was done, the one who commanded and it came to pass. 

Today, God, we thank you for the assurance we have in you. Thank you for being so good to us. Thank you for giving up on us. Thank you for fulfilling your promises in our lives. 

Thank you, Lord God, for reminding us that you're going through all the earth, looking for ways in which you can bless us. God, looking for people whom you want to bless us. And so we are thanking you with our whole heart, our mind, our soul, and our spirit. 

Father, bless us like only you alone can. Help us never to get discouraged, never to give up on you, for we serve a blessing God, a wonderful God, a God who will make room for us that we don't even have room enough to receive because of your blessing and your grace and your mercies toward us. 

Help us, Lord God, to pray with assurance, to pray with joy, to remember all that you promised us, to believe that there's nothing impossible for us. To believe that you will never fail, you will never give up on us. 

Your desire, God, is to open those windows of heaven and shower us with the blessing that we don't even have room enough to receive. Your desire, God, is to bless our heart, mind, body, and soul, and to fill us with your blessing.

That's why we are praising you and glorifying you and honoring you and thanking you for your blessing. Lord, remember everyone who is traveling today. Everyone who is dependent on you and surrenders to you, remember them. Everyone who is praying, God, remember. Everyone who is giving up hope, God, remember. Everyone who has not yet surrendered themselves to you, God, remember

Help our hearts, God, to surrender fully to you. Our hearts are given to you, God, because we give you thanks for all your accomplishments in our lives, for everything you have done for us; we give you thanks.

Lord, we know you can perform more for us than we can do for ourselves, because you are a great God, a wonderful God, an awesome God, a mighty God, a God who will never give up on us because you don't want us to give up on you. 

So, help us, Lord God, to remember the unspeakable gift and the joy that we can find in you. Help us to remember the holy God we serve, the wonderful God we serve, the mighty God we serve. Help us to know, as we go through this day, that you are going ahead of us, going throughout the world, and looking at each and every one of your people on this earth. 

Looking for ways to bless all of us, to prosper all of us, to uplift all of us. Your desired God is for none of us to fail, none of us to doubt you.

Oh, Father God, so we are lifting all of our concerns and issues before you today. And Lord, we are asking you to intervene in our lives, intervene in our problem, intervene in our decision, intervene in our hope, God. 

Help us not to give up on you because we serve a wonderful, powerful, mighty God. Even when situations seem disappointing and issues arise, you, our Lord God, will come to rescue us in ways we never expect. Lord, help us never to give up on you, but keep on praying and trusting you because you are reminding us that he will come to pass the blessing that you have in store for us. 

So, help us to praise you. Help us to be faithful, to give you joy, to give you honor, and to give you praise because they're due on to your holy name. 

Lord, we are praying for everyone who listens to this podcast, everyone who is in doubt or has issues that they never thought possible. Oh, God, everyone who is sick, everyone who needs a breakthrough in their lives. We are praying for all of them, and we are asking you, God, to intervene in our lives in ways we never thought possible. And work it out for all of us. 

Help us to give you all the praise and honor and glory that's due on to your holy name. Help us not to give up on you because you will not give up on us. Your goodness will always flow in our lives. And so we thank you for everything today. And thank you for everyone who are listening to this podcast. Let us all have a wonderful day in your mighty name with prayer. Amen.
