Feb 1 Day 32- . There is no God like our Lord. 1Kings 8:23
“LORD God of Israel, there is no God like thee, in heaven above, or on earth beneath, who keepest covenant and mercy with thy servants that walk before thee with all their heart.” (1Kings 8:23)
Welcome to another daily prayer. As we usher in the month of February, often regarded as a time of love and reflection, let us take a moment to center our hearts in prayer. There is truly no God like our Lord, whose presence inspires us and strengthens our faith. Lord God of Israel, we acknowledge that no deity in existence can compare to you, whether in the majestic heavens above or on the vast earth beneath. You are our steadfast Keeper of covenants, exhibiting unwavering mercy and compassion to all who serve and seek you. We are reminded of our sacred calling to walk in your light, embracing sincerity and devotion as we navigate our lives. May we offer our hearts wholly to your divine will, trusting in your guidance and finding comfort in your unfailing love.
In this beautiful month, let us deepen our commitment to our spiritual journey, fostering a deeper connection to the One who provides strength and clarity in every aspect of our lives.
Good morning, everyone. We're going to give God thanks and praise him for another month, another day, and another opportunity to pray and surrender to him because he has been a good God to us.
Remember, today is the beginning of February. We call it a lovely month, a month in which God can show us his love, his grace, his mercy, and his peace in our lives. So, we're going to pray with joy and surrender fully to him and rejoice because he has been good to us.
Our scripture will be taken from 1 Kings 8:23. And it reads: “LORD God of Israel, there is no God like thee, in heaven above, or on earth beneath, who keepest covenant and mercy with thy servants that walk before thee with all their heart.”
Today, God is reminding us that he keeps his covenant, his mercy, and his love for all of us if we humble ourselves, walk before him, and let his will be accomplished in our lives.
So, let’s pray.
Father, we thank you for this day. We thank you for being our wonderful God, our mighty God, our great Savior, our Redeemer, and the one who created the heaven and the earth.
Father, thank you for your goodness, and we thank you for this moment and privilege to come before you in prayer. Lord, you have been so good to us, for your grace and your mercy have brought us this far. You have been a good God, a God who has never given up on us.
Thank you, Lord, for saving us, for delivering us, for keeping us safe throughout this day. Lord, you have been a good God, and none can be compared to you. There's no God like you, none to be compared with you. None in heaven above or none on earth beneath that is like you. You are a wonderful Savior, the only one who's truly God, the only one who truly cares about us, like you alone care.
Lord God, you have done so much for us when you came on earth and sacrificed your life to prove how much you care about us. So as we go through this day, help us to remember your mercy, remember your love, remember the peace of God that passes all understanding, remember the powerful God in whom we serve, the God who is right, the God who is holy, the God who is wonderful, the God who saved us even when we did not deserve your mercy, when we did not deserve your love.
God, we are glorifying you and praising you throughout this day. Let your will be accomplished in our lives, and let your will get all the glory.
Help us, Lord, God, to walk with pureness, to grow closer to you each and every day. Help us to be merciful to others, because you have been merciful to us. Help us to live a life that demonstrates your faithfulness and your testimony, so that others will see the God in whom we serve and glorify him.
Father God, we are praying and asking you to let our actions, our words, and our deeds be good. Help us, to be a prime example and a good person of who you are. God, help us keep on praying, keep on surrendering to you, keep on trusting you, keep on believing you, keep on taking you at your word.
Father, you know everything about us more than we even know about ourselves. So let your grace and your mercy direct us as we go through this day. Let your peace be the anchor that is holding our lives. God, courage us and motivate us.
Father, we are praying for everyone who needs intervention in their lives, everyone who needs peace, everyone who needs comfort, everyone who needs help. God, we are lifting them before you, and we are asking you to intervene in a mighty and powerful way. Let all of us experience the power of God in ways we never thought possible.
Lord God, help all of us who are praying to keep on praying. Oh, God, help all of us never to give up on you, but to trust you, not to get addicted to sin, but to get addicted to you and your righteousness.
Lord, we are praying that you will intervene on our behalf because we need to be more like you. Oh, God, we need to remember your grace and your mercy. You say there is no God like you. Thank you for reminding us that we can search the whole world, and we'll find none like you. We can search the whole heavens and find none like you because there is none like you, no God like you, no individual like you.
Oh, God, you alone reach higher heights and deeper depths because of who you are and what you have done for us. So, Lord God, you want us to keep praying, knowing that you are God who keeps your covenant and mercy with us. You have been merciful to us. You have been holy God, righteous God, and you have never given up on us. So, help us to walk with the newness of life. Help us to keep our hearts and our minds on you, so we don't get distracted and so we don't give up on you before it's too late.
Help us, Lord God, to believe that you can do more for us than we can do for ourselves. Lord, we thank you for this day. We thank you for this month. And we are asking you to go ahead of us and prosper this day. Help it to be a good day and a day in which we can serve you, rejoice, and have a good time.
God, remove everything that's not of you and let only your will be accomplished in our lives.
We thank you for everything in your mighty, powerful, and wonderful name, we pray…Amen.
Please give God thanks and have a great day. We'll pray again tomorrow…Bye-bye.
