Prayer works. Rejoice in the Lord, for praise is comely for the upright in heart.

“Rejoice in the LORD, O you righteous! For praise from the upright is beautiful.” (Psalm 33:1)

Welcome to another daily prayer. Prayer is powerful. Take joy in the Lord, for praising Him is a beautiful expression for those with a sincere heart. “Rejoice in the Lord, O ye righteous, for your faithful hearts are deserving of joy. Let the sound of your praise rise up in celebration, as such commendation is fitting and beautiful for those who walk in integrity and uprightness.”

Good morning, good morning, good morning, everyone. I hope all of you are doing great this morning. Thank God for waking us up with a desire to pray.
And it doesn't matter what time of the day you are listening to this podcast. I want to encourage you to rejoice. Don't give up on God. Celebrate this day and continue to pray because our Lord is a good God.

Welcome everyone to another day, another moment to pray, and another episode of our EBC Prayer Podcast. Today is the 63rd day of the year, and God is still blessing us.

And so we can join with the songwriter to see what the Lord has done. He has done so much for us. That's why we are still praying, till surrendering, and still asking for his will to be accomplished in our lives.

Remember, I am your host. I am Dr. Victoria Haddad, the First Lady and Co-Pastor of Elyon Bible Church, Apostolic in Salem, New Jersey. We know God is good.

Our scripture will be taken from Psalms 33:1. And it reads, “Rejoice in the Lord, O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright.”

And so today we are going to trust God, surrender fully to him, and pray for his will to be accomplished in our lives.

So let us pray.

Father, we thank you for this day. We thank you for another moment to pray. We thank you for reminding us that you are our God, our Savior, our Lord, our wonderful Redeemer, the one who has done so much for us that we cannot even do alone for ourselves.

Lord, help us to see what you have done in our lives. Help us to see that what we desire, what we've been praying for, has been taking place in our lives because you are God who hears and answers prayer.
You are God who never gives up on us, our holy God, our righteous God.

And so, Father God, help us to come before you today, so that your will can be accomplished in our lives. For what we are waiting for can come to pass if we fully surrender to you.

Lord, today, help us to pray, and rejoice, and shout hallelujah unto the glorious God we serve. Help us, not to withdraw ourselves from you, but to shout, praise, honor, and glorify you, because you are God and nothing is impossible for you. What you have done for us, God, no one else can do it. Where you have brought us from has been a mighty long way.

And so, God, we are shouting and praising you. We want others to see what you have done in our lives. We want others to praise you. We want others to glorify you. And so, Lord, we are praying for everyone who is praying today that your glory will take over us, Lord, and that you give us the spirit to rejoice, the spirit to praise you, the spirit to shout hallelujah and glorify you.

Oh, Father, God, help us, Lord, not to be cumbersome with the cares of this life. There are so many who are oppressed and depressed, God, but we are praying for joy in their spirit today, joy in their heart, that God, today, we won't be oppressed, today, we won't be depressed, today, we won't be cumbersome with the cares of this world, but today we will shout hallelujah and praise you for what you have done, for who you are, for where you have brought us from and where we could have been if it had not been for you. You have brought us from a mighty one way. You will never give up on us.

So today we are shouting hallelujah. You remind us to rejoice in the Lord.
If we consider ourselves to be people of God, help us to rejoice. If we are righteous, help us to rejoice. Help us not to focus on the world more than we focus on you. Help us not to focus on the things of this world more than we focus on you. But help us to praise you, because you will uplift the righteous. You uplift those who are surrendered fully to you, and you will let your will be accomplished in our lives.

We want your will, God, to be accomplished each day. We want you to get the glory out of us. We want you to get the praise, because God is your desire for us to become all that you desire for us to become.
So, Father God, we want your will to be accomplished in our lives today. Prosper this day. Prosper, God, all of our families near and far. Those who are praying, God, help all of us not to give up on you.

God, remember all those who are sick. Remember all those who are going through the affliction of this life, God. And I pray, God, that you put joy in our spirits. No matter what life may choose our way, help us to always praise you, always glorify you, always rejoice. Remember that you are a powerful God, a healer, a deliverer, a mighty warrior, a God who will protect and keep us safe from danger seen or unseen, a God who will never give up on us.

So, we thank you for all of your love, all of your mercy, all of your greatness. Help us to see each day what you are doing in our lives, and as we go through this day, help us to rejoice and see what you have done, to see your power, to see your will, and to know that you are a holy God who will take joy in all your people. We thank you for this day and for another moment to pray.

Whatever we are waiting for, let it come to pass in our lives. You see the prayer request of all those who are praying. Send your power to our lives today and help us to rejoice in your mighty, holy, and wonderful name of prayer…Amen.

Thank all of you for praying today. Rejoice. Have a great day and trust the Lord. We'll pray again tomorrow. Bye-bye.
