“But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children;” (Psalm 103:17)
Welcome to another daily prayer. Keep on praying. The mercy of the Lord is boundless and enduring, extending from generation to generation for those who hold Him in reverence. His righteousness flows not only to them but also to their descendants, encompassing the children of their children, ensuring that His lovingkindness and justice echo through time.
Good morning, everyone. Today, I am rejoicing because of the goodness of God and thanking him for another day.
Today is the 88th day of the year, March 29th, and I'm still rejoicing because of God's love towards us.
God has been good to us. He has brought us a mighty long way. And so, I want to welcome each and every one of you to another episode of our EBC Prayer Podcast.
Remember, I am your host. I am Dr. Victoria Haddad, the First Lady and Co-Pastor of Elyon Bible Church Apostolic in New Jersey.
God is a wonderful God.
Our scripture today will be taken from Psalm 103:17. And it reads, “But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children.”
Today, let's give God thanks, because God's mercy is upon our family and us for generation after generation.
So, let’s pray.
Dear Heavenly Father, we worship you. Glorious God, we give you all the glory and honor that's due unto your holy name. You are our Lord, our God, and our Savior.
Lord, it doesn't matter what's rising in this life. The billows of life may be raging, But God, we are trusting and depending on you, because we know you are our everlasting God, a God who sees our need, a God who understands our need, a God who has not given up on us, a God who is reminding us of his love, a God who we can be wrapped up, tied up, and tangled up with, a God who is our mighty Savior, our problem solver, and our wonderful God.
Father, thank you for reminding us that the mercies of the Lord are from everlasting to everlasting. So many times, we give up on you because we thought you had given up on us.
Lord, thank you for reminding us that you will never give up on us. You have been covering us, from everlasting to everlasting, because you have great plans in store for us. Plan higher than we can even comprehend. Plan higher than we can ever plan.
Lord, today we are praying with assurance. We are rejoicing, we are thanking you, and we are so grateful that you are our everlasting Father, a God who will not give up on us because of the eternal plan that you have in store for us.
God, you told us that we don't have to fear from everlasting to everlasting because your righteousness is unto us and unto our children.
Lord God, we are praying for every family member. You see the need of all of our children. You see the need of everyone who's related to us. Those who have grandchildren, you know the needs of the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. You said from everlasting to everlasting, your righteousness will be upon our children and our children’s children, from generation to generation.
God, your power will never leave nor forsake us. So, we are praying, cover us under your blood. Let nothing that's not of you come nigh us as we go through this day. Keep us safe, from danger seen and unseen. Help us to have a glorious day, a wonderful day, a godly day, and a perfect day. Remove oppression, depression, sadness, doubt, fear, disappointment, and everything that's not of you.
Lord, help us to pray with assurance as we go through this day. Help us to fall in love with you over and over and over again. Help us to trust you. Help us to believe you. Help us to know that you have great plans for us and our family from generation to generation.
God, help us to understand that your faith will not fail because you are a righteous God, an powerful God, a mighty God, a God who have not ceased, a God who have not given up on us, even though we are not perfect, even though we have failed, even though we have disappointed you, even though we made bad decision, you are reminding us of the power that we can find in you. You are reminding us of the reassurance that greater love has no one than the love that you have for us.
God, you are reminding us that you are a merciful God, a holy God, and a wonderful God from everlasting to everlasting. Oh God, we can rest upon you and fear you and surrender to you because of the love you have for us.
Thank you for your righteousness. Thank you for your power. Thank you for your anointing. Thank you for reminding us that we, our children, our grandchildren, our generation, everyone who is related to us will be blessed because of the blessing that you're showing us.
Lord, thank you for reminding us. Help us to keep on praying, keep on trusting you. Never give up on yourself. Keep on celebrating you as we go through this day.
In your mighty, holy, and wonderful name we pray. Thank you, God. Thank you, Savior. And thank you, Redeemer.
I want to encourage all of you who are praying today. We serve our everlasting God, who can do more for us than we can do for ourselves. You have a great day and have some faith in the Lord. Trust him. Let his will be accompanied. Have a great day, and we'll pray another time. Bye-bye.
