Welcome to another episode of our EBC Prayer Podcast. Our scripture today will be taken from John 14:13-14. And it reads, “And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.”

Lord, thank you for reminding us that it is through the presence of the Holy Spirit that we are enabled to pray in your presence, reflect on your words, and live in ways we never thought possible. Too often, we live beneath the weight of doubt, fear, and feelings of failure. We look at our own limitations instead of fixing our eyes on you.

As we pray, let us lay our limitations down at your feet and remember that whatever we ask for in your name, you promise to fulfill. It is not by our power, not by our wisdom, and not by our might that we are saved, and your work is accomplished.

Dear Heavenly Father. Our wonderful Lord, our holy God, and our righteous Savior. We come before you with grateful hearts. Thanking you for another moment to pray, another moment to surrender to you, and another moment to acknowledge you as our Lord, God, and Savior.

Father, thank you for being a faithful God who listens when we call and draws near when we are seeking you. You are reminding us that you have the power to do great things in our lives because nothing is impossible to you.

Thank you for your Son, Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to you. We are grateful that because of his sacrifice, we can come boldly into your presence. Thank you for reminding us of your word, that whatever we ask in the name of Jesus, you will do, so that you may be glorified in the Son. You remind us that if we ask anything in your name, you will answer.

Lord, teach us what it truly means to ask in your name. Shape our desires so they align with your will. Purify our motives so that what we seek brings honor to you and reflects your love. Help us to ask not from a place of fear or selfish ambition, but from a place of trust, obedience, and faith. May our prayers be rooted in a sincere desire to see your glory revealed in our lives and in the lives of those around us.

Father, we are bringing before you the needs that weigh heavily on our hearts and praying for everyone who is hurting emotionally, physically, or spiritually, that your healing presence would surround us and bring comfort where there is pain. You know, every concern. We are asking that you give us rest.

Lord, we're touching, agreeing, praying, and believing that you'll give us a spiritual breakthrough, a financial breakthrough, and a healing breakthrough. Lord, prosper this day. Take hold of our thoughts, actions, and behavior. Help us not to give up on you, help us to pray with assurance, trust with assurance, and believe with assurance. That we will be holy because you are holy, righteous because you are righteous.

Lord, we are praying in the name of Jesus for healing where sickness has taken hold. We are praying for restoration where relationships have been broken. We are praying for peace where anxiety and fear have reigned. We are praying for provision where there has been a lack and uncertainty. Cleanse us from the inside out. Purify us, remove oppression, depression, sadness, and sickness. So many in this world are sick. So many are oppressed. So, many are depressed. So many are cast down in spirit. We trust that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or imagine, according to your power at work within us.

Father, transform us into the individual you destined us to become. Help us, God, to build a stronger relationship with you. Strengthen our faith when it feels weak. Help us not to lose heart when answers seem delayed or when the path forward feels unclear. Remind us that your timing is perfect and that your ways are higher than our ways. Teach us to wait with patience and hope, confident that you are always working for our good and for your glory.

Lord, we are praying for wisdom and discernment in every decision we face. Guide our steps and order our paths. Help us to listen for your voice above all others and to follow where you lead, even when it requires courage and surrender. May our lives reflect a deep trust in you, showing others what it looks like to walk by faith and not by sight.

Father, we are praying for those around us who do not yet know you. We ask in the name of Jesus that hearts would be softened, eyes would be opened, and lives would be transformed by your love. Use us as vessels of your grace, speaking truth with kindness and living in a way that points others to you. Let our words and actions glorify you and draw others closer to your heart.

Lord, we are giving you thanks in advance for what you are doing, even for what we cannot yet see. We praise you not only for answered prayers, but also for the strength you give us in the waiting. We thank you for your faithfulness that never fails and your love that never runs dry. You are good, and your mercy endures forever.

Father, we are surrendering our requests to you, trusting that you hear us and that you will respond according to your perfect will. We choose to rest in your promises and to stand firm in faith. May everything we ask, every prayer we offer, and every step we take bring glory to your name and honor to your Son, Jesus Christ.

Lord, you have seen everyone in authority. Every leader, every president, every governor, and everyone in their respective places. God, bring holiness in our lives and in our leadership. deepen our relationship with you. Help us to pray and have faith in the powerful God in whom we serve.

Lord, you say, whatever we ask believing. It shall be accomplished. We are asking all these things in the powerful and precious name of Jesus, believing that you will do what you have promised, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

In Jesus Christ’s name, we pray…Amen.

Everyone, please have a blessed day, and we will pray again tomorrow, by God’s grace.
