Good morning, everyone! Let us rejoice and give God thanks for another day. I hope you are doing well today, and I want to welcome each and everyone of you to another episode of EBC’s Prayer Podcast. Today is October 4th, the 277th day of the year.

Let us pray without ceasing. Our prayers are not just words; they are powerful tools that connect us with God, who promises to shower us with spiritual blessings, so we can have joy with him.

I am your host,  Dr. Victoria Haddad, the First Lady and Prayer Leader at Elyon Bible Church Apostolic in Salem, NJ. Together, we’re on a journey of spiritual growth and uplifting one another through the power of prayer.

Today, our focus will be Ephesians 1:3, and it reads, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.”

God reminds us of the abundant blessings that he is generously giving to us. He wants to give us blessings that we don't even have room enough to receive.

So, as we pray, let’s open our hearts and pray with assurance, knowing that God will be accomplished in our lives.

Let's pray.

Dear Heavenly Father. Our Wonderful, Glorious, and Everlasting Savior,

Father, we come before you with joyful hearts overflowing with gratitude, reverence, and admiration. Thank you for this sacred moment, where we can come and communicate with you.

Lord, thank you for your infinite wisdom and the countless blessings you are pouring into our lives. It is only through your grace and mercy that we are here today.

Lord, with you, we can overcome the issues in our lives. For you are the one who understands everything, you are the one who has the power to guard our hearts during life’s difficulties, and you are the one who enriches us with your spiritual blessings.

Lord, thank you for reminding us of the countenance blessing you are pouring upon us. You are showering us with wisdom and with discernment, so we can make decisions that honor you.

Lord, we don’t want to drift away from you; we want to be holy, for you are holy; we want to be righteous because you are righteous.

Father, help us to let go of sin, to seek righteousness. Remove anger, remove jealousy, remove hatred, and remove all deceitful desires so we can become the people you destine us to become. Lord, remove everything in our lives that's not of you.

Help us to never give up on prayer.

Let us fully surrender to you, fully seek you, and fully pray with all our hearts.

Lord, thank you for reminding us that every spiritual blessing we possess is a direct gift from you.

Help us to always trust you and never take these blessings for granted.

Teach us to be steadfast in our hope and to glorify you in all that we do.

Let us not drift away from you. But, Lord, help us to speak words that will uplift us, words that will edify us, and help us to act in ways that showcase your compassion, and to align with your will.

Lord, today as we pray, help us to live a life that reflects your spiritual fruit and to reflect on you in every season.

May every interaction that we encounter today, Lord, serve as an opportunity to demonstrate your mercy to everyone we meet.

Lord, in closing, we are surrendering ourselves wholeheartedly to you, for you are worthy of all glory, all honor, and all praise.

Thank you for your faithfulness, which will endure throughout all generations. For your mercy never fails and will greet us anew every morning.

Lord, strengthen us, so we can walk worthy of your calling, so we can persevere, so we can rejoice, so we can have hope, and so we can remain fervent in our prayer.

God, help us to have a wonderful day and not to give up on you. Even when life is not perfect, help us to glorify you, knowing that it will be better with us, it will be better with everything, it will be better because all that we have comes from you, and it is more than what the world could ever offer.

So, we pray all of this in your mighty and powerful name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ….Amen.

Today, I want to give God thanks for every one of you who are praying. Thank you for praying and listening to this prayer podcast. Please have a wonderful day, and by God’s grace, we'll pray again tomorrow. God bless you. Bye-bye.
