“He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him. With long life will I satisfy him and shew him my salvation.” (Psalm 91:15-16)

Welcome to another daily prayer. Pray with assurance. Call unto the Lord, and He will answer you. “When he calls upon me in his time of need, I will respond to him without hesitation; I will stand by his side during his moments of trouble and hardship. I will rescue him from his struggles and bestow upon him a sense of honor and dignity. Furthermore, I will grant him a long and fulfilling life, filled with purpose, and reveal to him the fullness of my salvation and grace.”

Good morning, everyone! Welcome to another episode of the EBC’s Prayer Podcast. Let's give God thanks for another day, for his mercy, and for the love He's bestowing upon us.

Today is March 23, marking the 82th day of the year, and God is still blessing us. Let us give him thanks for the love he is bestowing upon us.

I’m your host, Dr. Victoria Haddad, the First Lady and Prayer Leader at Elyon Bible Church Apostolic in Salem, New Jersey. Every day, the Lord is filling our hearts with joy during our daily prayer.

As mentioned in previous episodes, our prayers throughout the year will be rooted in the 66 books of the Bible. We started in Genesis and will conclude in the book of Revelation at the end of this year.

Today, we are continuing in the book of Psalms. Our scripture will be taken from Psalm 91:15-16, which reads: “He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him. With long life will I satisfy him and shew him my salvation.”

Today, God is assuring us that when we call, he will answer us. Let us continue our prayer, believing that the Lord will answer our call for help.

Let’s Pray

Dear Heavenly Father. Our Lord, our God, our Savior, and our Redeemer.

Father, we come before you with our hearts bowed in humility and lifted in gratitude.

Lord, “When we call upon you, you answer us and are with us in times of trouble; you deliver us and honor us. With long life, you satisfy us and show us your salvation.”

Father, we cling to this promise today. Thank you for reminding us that you are not distant nor unreachable, you are near to all who call upon your name, and you hear every prayer that rises from our hearts.

Lord, we acknowledge that life is filled with challenges, trials, and seasons of pain. Yet we find comfort in knowing that we are never alone. You are beside us and will not abandon us; instead, you will shield us from the adversities that seek to overwhelm us. Place your hedge of protection around us and cover our homes and our families under your blood.

Father, when we call upon you, you promise to answer us. We are praying with open hearts, trusting in your promise to respond when we call upon you. In our times of need, we are seeking your guidance and comfort. Knowing confidently that you will hear our prayers and provide us with the strength and wisdom we need to navigate our challenges.

Lord, you promise that you will be with us in trouble, so we are praying for your help as we go through this day. help us to know that you will always be by our side, especially in times of trouble. Help as we navigate the challenges we face throughout this day.

Lord, you promise that you will deliver and honor us. Father, we trust in your promises, knowing that you will deliver us from our trials and tribulations. We take comfort in the assurance that you honor those who seek your guidance. You will deliver us when we remain steadfast in our faith and dedicated to our purpose. We embrace your love and support as we navigate life's challenges, knowing that you are always by our side. We are reminded of your assurances that you will not only deliver us from our struggles but also honor us with your grace and favor.

Lord, you promise that with long life you will satisfy us and show us your salvation. As we move forward, we hold onto your promise of a long and fulfilling life, knowing that you will fill our days with purpose and show us the path to your salvation. We trust in your love and protection, now and always.

Lord, teach us to walk in obedience, to trust your timing, and to rest in your promises. When we are weary, remind us that your strength is made perfect in our weakness. When we are afraid, remind us that you have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, of love, and of a sound mind. Guide us along the path of righteousness by your perfect will, which never fails. Let our lives reflect your glory, so that in everything we do, we point others toward you.

Father, help us to see your hand at work even in the small moments. Open our eyes to the blessings that surround us daily, the beauty of creation, and the hope of redemption. Let gratitude overflow from our lips, turning our hearts from complaint to praise.

Lord, strengthen our prayer life. Help us to be steadfast in prayer, not only seeking you in times of trouble but walking with you daily. Let prayer draw us closer and closer to you.

Lord, we rest in your promises, confident that you hear us. May your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard our hearts, and may your presence be with us as we go through this day.

in the mighty and matchless name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ…Amen.

Let us rejoice today and give God thanks. God is keeping all of us safe. Have a great day, and we pray again tomorrow. Bye-bye.
