Words and Thoughts are energy. By Jorge Luis Valdez Coda. Every word we utter, and every idea we cultivate generates a vibration that influences our inner reality and how we relate to the world. From a spiritual and psychological perspective, our intentions build invisible bridges that can be filled with love, hope, and compassion, or with fear, resentment, and darkness. Nature itself teaches us that all existence lives in balance between light and shadow. Recognizing this duality doesn't mean fearing it, but rather understanding it in order to consciously choose the path of harmony. When we perceive that our life is losing its flow, that our intuition is unsettling, or that our inner peace is fading, perhaps the time has come for an energetic and emotional renewal. Blessing oneself is a profound act of self-awareness and responsibility. By blessing our lives, our families, our homes, our finances, and our projects, we plant a high intention that strengthens the spirit and directs the mind toward gratitude and trust. Each blessing is a declaration of consciousness that reminds us of our creative power. Likewise, canceling and transmuting that which limits us represents an exercise in inner liberation. Beyond words, it means deciding that no negative thought, our own or anyone else's, will dominate our will. Breaking ties with resentment, judgment, and ill intentions allows the light of awareness to occupy the space where fear once dwelled. And then comes the most transformative act, gratitude. Gratitude changes our perception, strengthens resilience, and opens our hearts to new possibilities. Giving thanks for protection, for lessons learned, and for challenges overcome is acknowledging that even difficulties can become silent teachers. From ancestral and shamanic traditions, natural elements such as rosemary, myrrh, cinnamon, jasmine, and lotus have been used to accompany rituals of introspection and symbolic renewal. However, the most powerful instrument remains human consciousness when it acts with intention, discipline, and love. Bless your body even in sickness, your work, even in uncertainty, your relationships even in difficult times, your money whether abundant or scarce, your dreams, even when they seem distant. Bless those you love and also those who challenge you, because every encounter offers a lesson. I believe the true alchemist doesn't turn lead into gold, but rather pain into wisdom, fear into strength, and adversity into growth. By blessing our existence, we honor the path we've traveled, and prepare the ground for new opportunities. May the light of God, of life, or of the universe, according to each person's faith, illuminate our path, strengthen our discernment, and inspire us to live with awareness, compassion, and respect for all life. May every word spoken be a seed of peace, and may every thought contribute to building a more harmonious, more humane, and spiritually freer world.
