Have you ever wondered how to sell products to your clients when you’re doing their hair?

If you answered yes, then keep reading.

Selling products isn’t a bad word or an icky thing. Especially when you are educating your clients on what they need and WHY they need them.

Ultimately it is your client’s decision whether they buy or not and how much they buy.

Before we continue, please like and save this post for later.

It is NOT your responsibility to judge whether they can afford little or much. It is your responsibility to educate and to let them know what is available and leave the rest to them.

My big tip:

If you use products behind the chair, then please make sure that you are retailing the same products!!!

When you are applying products then talk about them.

Why you’re using it and how to use it. Let them see and hold each product.

When you finish your appointment, take your client to the retail area and show them or pull all the products you used or the products the client mentioned they wanted and ask them if they want to take any of them home.

That’s it! Simple and easy as that!
