This podcast is to share the journey of a first generation Latina who has broke down barriers and stereotypes regarding mental health. Vulnerable Latina validates vulnerability and narratives. As an undocumented immigrant and creator through this podcast I hope to help others and keep having conversations that make others uncomfortable but that need to be talked about to heal. Topics such as family, work, school, relationships, and many others will be discussed along with having guests.

Being tia is not easy but the support and memories I get to create with my nieces and nephews are incredible. I will also discuss how I create activities with my nieces and nephews to do a social emotional check-in and talk about their day and everything they have going on.
