The Vulnerable Latina Podcast
This podcast is to share the journey of a first generation Latina who has broke down barriers and stereotypes regarding mental health. Vulnerable Latina validates vulnerability and narratives. As an undocumented immigrant and creator through this podcast I hope to help others and keep having conversations that make others uncomfortable but that need to be talked about to heal. Topics such as family, work, school, relationships, and many others will be discussed along with having guests.

DACA, Episode 6
In June of 2020 the Supreme Court decided to keep DACA and I did a reaction video that went viral. DACA continues to be in the limbo as those that do not support the program want to eliminate it. President Barack Obama signed The Deferred Action of Childhood Arrivals by executive order in 2012. DACA protects those who meet the requirements from deportation and provided them with a two-year work authorization permit. The requirements are arriving in the U.S. prior to turning 16 and before June 15, 2007; be under 31 as of June 15, 2012; be in school or have already a high school diploma . As of now new applicants can not apply to be part of DACA as its being battled in court and only renewals are being accepted. This video resonated with many undocumented immigrants all over the place to show that we are HUMANS and that our emotions and thoughts are valid. Our future is uncertain but our fight and work is stronger because we are more than our undocumented immigrant identity.
