Chris Lewington has been working for over a decade in the brewing departments of some of the industry's most exciting and respected breweries. Managing breweries ranging from 2,000hl p/a to 250,000hl p/a Chris' range of experience and knowledge in craft brewing is unique. His new venture Brew Resourceful looks to utilise that experience and knowledge to make the brewing industry more resourceful, increasing breweries' profitability and reducing carbon emissions with process-based solutions.
