Episode 97: Return to Love with Emily Hayden
In today’s interview episode, I have the privilege of speaking with Emily Hayden. Emily is a professional bodybuilder, sponsored athlete, podcast and retreat host, fitness coach, and so much more. This woman really does it all!
We discuss the importance of returning to love and how to navigate anything in life that is lack there of. The divine, A.K.A. love, is all around. It was beautiful listening to Emily’s path in that return, as she now has shared these similar footsteps with those feeling called to come back home to who they are at their core, which is love.
