Overwhelm is in the Mind
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
When life gets busy, we can become overwhelmed by everything. Both our lives and the world can be too much. However, the invitation of practice is to be right where we are -- overwhelm occurs when we spend our time in the future or the past and being present is how we cope. It's overwhelming if we don't pay attention.
