Holiday Burnout & New Year New Me?

December is the month when we tend to reflect on the year, and while it's easy to feel proud and nostalgic, there's also a darker side. Sometimes, we find ourselves overwhelmed by fear and uncertainty, unsure of what we've truly accomplished. We panic. With all the holiday planning, balancing work, friends, family, and responsibilities, it can feel like we need to work even harder to deserve the good times, so we overbook ourselves and end up punishing our own well-being.
