  1. Do what it takes: "There's no right or wrong way. Like there's their own right like you have your own path. And it's okay to be scrappy and, you know, go to corporate offices and steal cardboard boxes from their recycling bins and things like that."
  2. Nurturing your current audience: "I just want to like really focus on community building and engaging with our customers. And rather than dumping tons of money into paid ads, like hiring a community manager and people to like, engage with our customers regularly and make sure that they're being taken care of, because it's cheaper to keep your current customers and it is to acquire new ones."
  3. Getting a little help from friends: "I called my friends who help me in the kitchen. And I'm like, JP, we need to go and make dough so that that night, like, we went back to the kitchen, and we're making dough until 11 at night, and then I made sure that I had enough."
