This week I had the honor of having a conversation with the one and only Jim Trick!!! Jim is the host of the very popular podcast "My White Belt". Jim is a purple belt who trains out of First Colony Jiu Jitsu in MarbleHead Massachusetts. Jim has devoted his life to getting people on the mat and getting the word out of the benefits of the world of jiu jitsu.
