Hello and welcome to Life Forces Podcast. I'm your host, Bianca. This podcast is a space for deep self-discovery, cultivating self-responsibility, and creating a life you love with the help of your energetic blueprint. I hope you have all been well and had a happy Passover Easter or whatever you have celebrated, start of spring, continuation of spring, all that jazz. We celebrated Easter this past weekend. I was with my in-laws. It was pretty chill. I bought myself some Easter treats from Marks and Spencer, which I very much enjoyed. And yeah, we've been here at my in-laws for about a week now. I got sick pretty much right after we arrived. Some kind of low-grade cold, but feeling a lot better now. It was the kind of thing where it's like, you know, I finally got a chance to relax a little bit, and then my body was like, okay, time to be the sick that we should have been the past couple of months. But I'm doing pretty well. And I hope you are too. Today in this episode, we are going to talk about my concept of the energetic blueprint, which has become totally central to my work, especially now that I've found a name for it. But before I dive in, I want to let you know that I created a brand new free resource for you. And it is called the Energy Audit. It's an audio that's under 15 minutes where you will become better acquainted with where your energy is at and where it wants to go. I'm really proud of it. And I know you will enjoy it no matter where you're at right now, just giving yourself a little space for self-reflection and take a few deep breaths at the very least. And you will find the link to that in the show notes so you can check that out after you listen to this. And the energy audit is a little intro kind of to my new program, Relaxed Life Creator, which I mentioned a little bit before. And it's beginning in May, but it's going to be open for enrollment, early bird enrollment, I should know, which you're going to want to get on very soon. Yeah, so Relaxed Life Creator is going to be a six-week program. I'm going to tell you more about that another time. But for now, we're going to get back to the concept of the energetic blueprint. So, what is it exactly? In working with people over the last six years or so, I've come to see the impact of learning and then embodying a specific combination of unique elements of a person's astrology and human design. And then there's a little bit of my own secret sauce and like other things like, you know, cyclical living, honoring your circadian rhythm, etc. And, you know, I first experimented with this on my own because I became pretty much obsessed with like learning about my own chart and then also my own human design. And, you know, rather than reading a monthly horoscope, which is, you know, generic based on your rising sign or sun sign, or even things like CoStar, which I've had my problems with and I've talked about on the podcast. Uh, I think that's my hot takes on astrology, might be episode 28. I don't know. I'll link that. Um, this is information that you can actually use. And that is what I am all about because we need to be looking at how we are meant to operate with the most ease rather than just taking generic advice. Um, not to say that horoscopes can't be helpful or apps might still be interesting to look at, but I have seen the most change in my life and in my clients' lives when things get hyper specific and detailed, but we are still able to take all that, embody it, and use it in our everyday lives. I'm all about the details, and that actually has to do with my um conscious son in human design. Um yeah, which has to do with the gates in human design, but basically it's based on your um birth date, and it's kind of your most present gift, let's say. And mine has to do a lot with details and seeing beyond illusion. And I feel like that has really resonated for me. So anyway, that's one thing we can look at that's a little more high-level that we are going to get into and relax life creator for sure. But, you know, over the years, I've attracted a lot of clients that are super creative, multifaceted, maybe a bit neurospicy, as we say, these are people, your people, because if you're listening to this, you might be a client of mine. I hope you have been. You do things in your own unique way, right? This generic advice of like, you know, that has to do with like hustling, waking up at 5 a.m., doing things this way, setting smart goals, it doesn't necessarily work for you, right? It's not about working harder or manifesting in a certain way, some guru tells you to, or doing some kind of ritual, like not that those things can't be cool and helpful. But I found that it's about understanding the nuances of you, your talents, how your energy works, and applying this in everyday life, whether it's, you know, decision making in a given moment or what to focus on in a five-year plan kind of way. And those of you who know me know that I have Virgo placements. I have Virgo, moon, and Venus, and lots of stuff in the in the sixth house, which is kind of daily life Virgo vibes. I'm a very practical, practical person. And so much of how I help clients is in the practical everyday implementation of what you learn. And your energetic blueprint is something that shows you how you get to a place of alignment. Because when we are aligned, things come to us more easily. We experience flow. We're using our energy effectively rather than spinning our wheels and getting burnt out and getting frustrated and annoyed, right? We feel fulfilled, we feel full of joy, we're recognized for our talents, we're being of service to others. And then in return, we are fully resourced and even get to a place of overflow, right? I don't know about you, but that's what I want out of life. And, you know, a lot of us when we're first learning about our astrology and maybe in our human design, we often get the information in tidbits, which is not a bad thing, but you know, sometimes it's like, oh wow, I looked up my human design type. I'm a projector, so I shouldn't work a nine to five. And I need to like chill a lot of the time. And it's like, okay, sure, some of those things apply, right? But how do we bring that to your real life and beyond the five minutes that, you know, you got excited about learning that you were a projector? And for some people, for example, you might be in a nine to five, but you can't necessarily quit it tomorrow, right? So, how do you still work with your energy in that context? So it's also like those kind of nuances and just like real life things, you know, not just like fantasy. It's good to have a vision for a life, it's good to daydream, it's good to be a little bit unrealistic. At the same time, we do need to deal with like 3D problems like paying the bills, you know, and staying healthy and all that. So I want to talk about sort of like five places to start with this. So whether or not you decide to join me in Relax Life Creator in May, I just want to talk about like five things that can help you get kind of back on track and get more into this like energetic blueprint paradigm. Because for me, it's not just about learning about your astrology and human design. It's also like approaching things in a certain way. It's also kind of like a certain paradigm that I ascribe to and that I think is helpful and it's a certain framework, let's say, right? So we're gonna talk about five different things, and I think these will be very beneficial to you. So, one thing that I have found really important when getting more in alignment with who I truly am with my own energetic blueprint is cutting out the noise. It is so easy for us to fill every spare minute of every day with a podcast or scrolling or talking to someone on the phone. And of course, it's good to learn and connect and enjoy things in this way. But when our day is like full of that in between work and our responsibilities, then we don't really have much room for inspiration or true rest. So I invite you to just try and allow yourself a little more like true neutral time while doing certain things. Maybe it's while cooking, maybe it's while cleaning, maybe it's on your commute to work instead of automatically putting on a podcast. Just like sit with yourself for a few minutes and see what comes up. Or take some time to journal if you can. Because I feel like journaling is really good at like kind of expelling the internal noise, right? We have all these like thoughts swirling in our heads. So just like, you know, find a way to get them out rather than taking out more, right? And it's also about being mindful of what you're taking in, right? You could spend 55 minutes watching the latest episode of whatever cool show is on right now, or I guess maybe like 28 minutes watching the new episode of Hacks. That's, you know, what I'm watching right now, the last season. Um, or, you know, you can get started on that creative project, right? That you've been talking about forever, that book that you want to write. Your mindset is shaped by everything you're taking in. So sponge up what will benefit you, right? Like positivity rather than like negative things or violent things or whatever. I find when we do this, when we cut out noise, when we leave more space for ourselves, our intuitive voice is naturally able to speak to us a little more. If we don't give it an any opportunity to be heard, then how can it hear it? Right. And why would it even want to talk if there's all this chatter going on all the time? So the second thing I want to mention is stepping into self-responsibility. You can, you know, learn you're a Scorpio sun and Pisces moon and Aquarius rising, whatever it is. But if we use those things as excuses to not evolve, then that's not helping us, right? Like we don't want to get stuck in victim mentality. This took me a long time to realize. And sometimes it still comes up. That's totally normal, right? But I'm sorry to tell you that no one is coming to save you, right? You are a hundred percent responsible for how things unfold for you, right? Life will throw you some curveballs for sure. I've had my fair share this year and in years past, but you control how you respond to those curveballs or things in general. You control how you respond to what you perceive as good things, what you perceive as bad things, everything in between, right? You decide how to spend your time and energy, you decide how quickly you bounce back from something. And that is hard because sometimes our emotions can really overtake us. If we're coming from a place where we're not as regulated in our emotions, that's okay. We can get there. But I'm sure you'll see that if you're doing good work on yourself, then you will get there. Or you will get to a place where you don't stew in your emotions in a way that's not helpful to you as long. Like, you know, we just take it day by day. That's all we can do, really. Another thing that is very helpful as we are wanting to become more of who we're meant to be, and as we're making new changes and trying new things, we want to remember that done is better than perfect, right? If we're creating new habits, if we're trying to do things a different way, it's not easy and it's not really sustainable to go from zero to 100. So, for example, if we're trying to get more movement in every day, if you can't make it to the gym or to your yoga class, just put on like a 10-minute YouTube video and just do that. If you're wanting to post more consistently on social media, then just take five minutes to post something simple and stop obsessing over the caption instead of thinking, you know, things have to be perfect and this kind of real or whatever it is, you know? It's about starting small and building momentum, right? Because yes, these things in our blueprint are within us, but some aspects of these traits or whatever they are might take some time to cultivate or to like really get used to or to uncover, right? Because in human design, there's something called deconditioning in that we are full usually of so much different kind of conditioning from our environment, from family, from peers, whatever it is, from society, that like it does take some time to decondition and strip away all those things. So as we are stripping away those things, don't get caught into like perfectionism. Just because you learned that you're a manifesting generator and you need to respond to things this way and you need to honor your emotional authority, you know, just start small with it and build that momentum. Because another thing is motivation won't always be present when you're wanting to do something, like, you know, often we get like a cool new idea and we're so excited, whatever. And that inevitably fades, right? We're not always gonna be super enthusiastic about doing something, but if it's right for us, then we gotta put in the time, whether or not we feel quote unquote motivated for it. Um, yeah, an all-or-nothing mentality is not gonna get you anywhere and it's not gonna help you grow. So just keep that in mind, also. So now getting more into the actual energetic blueprint things. One thing that is very helpful to start with is to experiment with your human design energy type and strategy. You can look up your human design chart. I like Jovian Archive, but you can just kind of Google human design chart, whatever Jovian Archive is like an OG one. So look it up, see what your energy type is. You can also listen to episode nine of this podcast to learn more about your type. And knowing mine has helped me eliminate those never-ending cycles of overdoing and burnout because I understand how my energy is meant to interact with the world and I honor it. So you can learn about your energy by listening to that episode once you look up what your type is. And then there's something called a strategy in human design. So you can start implementing this today once you know your type. So, for example, manifestors, you are here to inform people about what's on your mind and what you're doing because you are the trailblazers, the truth tellers, the movement starters of the world. Projectors, it is good for you to wait to be invited or create opportunities for invitations when it comes to big life things like job, relationships, moving, things like that. Generators and manifesting generators, which are about 70% of the population, it's good for us to wait to respond to what life brings us rather than trying to make things happen, let's say. Sometimes it's actually better to sit back and see what life brings and wait to respond to that. And then finally, reflectors, the most rare type. It's good for you to wait a lunar cycle or about a month to try on different energies before you make important decisions. So reflectors should not be rushed when they're making decisions. So that's a little bit about human design. And then astrology is also a huge, huge part of your energetic blueprint. And we can look at so many different things. Um, I just posted something about your sun, moon, and rising or your big three in astrology and how and how this helps you tap into your energetic blueprint. So your sun sign, for example, tells you how your energy naturally wants to radiate outwards and the energy that comes kind of naturally to you. Your moon sign is how you can best approach self-care to refuel and avoid burnout because it has to do with your emotional health and kind of your inner world. And then your rising sign is how you see the world and filter information. So knowing your rising sign, this is how you can be sure that something is right for you or not to avoid wasting your energy. So that's like a quick, really brief rundown. Um, you can look at my recent post on Instagram for more on that. And yeah, once you know more about your personal astrology, which is something that I do with clients, which is something that we're definitely gonna dive into in Relax Life Creator, you can also understand A, what is good for you to focus on in general, what talents you naturally have, but then also based on the astrological weather, what is gonna be most effective for you to do or consider at a given moment in time, right? Like understanding how a full moon is impacting you, understanding how Mercury retrograde will impact you, what area of life, you know, there might be mishaps or miscommunication. This is huge, right? And also, if you've ever seen like a proper um natal chart in astrology, it's like a wheel and it has different like sections, right? Those are the houses. They look kind of like pie slices or something. So your houses in astrology are where things are happening in your chart, what what areas of life your planets really naturally shine in, let's say. So there's a huge difference. If I have a client with like a 10th house with a lot of planets, the 10th house is about like career and public reputation, right? So if I see that and, you know, this is someone that's wondering about their what's happening in their job, like that's gonna feel really, really important for them because that is objectively an important area of life versus someone that has a lot of fourth house placements, and the fourth house is about like, you know, our family and roots and ancestry. If someone has a lot of fourth house placements and they're worried about career, it's not that I would tell them, don't worry about your career. I would just make sure they're honoring that part of their life. They're they're, you know, parsing through like family stuff. Maybe there's some trauma there, maybe they need to investigate their ancestry, stuff like that. So knowing these nuances beyond, like, you know, what's your sun sign and all that stuff is so, so helpful. And it can tell you a lot of things about, you know, what kind of work you might be best suited for, where you naturally find expansion and luck, right? That's your Jupiter placement. Um, your Mars is your drive and what motivates you, for example. Your Venus is how you approach relationships and what you value. Oh, what else? There's so much. Your Saturn, you know, people are scared of Saturn because of the Saturn return that can be, you know, quite a pivotal time when someone is about 30 years old, but your but your Saturn shows you where you need to cultivate discipline to manifest things, to make things happen in the material plane. So it's not something we can like skip out on. There's so much we can look at. There's so many layers. You know, as someone who's been like properly studying astrology for the past six plus years, like, oh my God, not no, maybe not quite 10, but a lot a long time, enough time. But like really studying, there's so, so many layers to astrology. We can get so incredibly deep with it. But with all this, the important part is fully understanding and gaining some. Self-awareness and using this information and embodying it in a way that we can implement in our everyday life so we actually see changes. Because it's one thing to say, like, I'm a projector and my authority, like how I make decisions is spleenick, you know, with my instincts and blah blah blah. But if we never actually implement that, then what's the point? You know, like probably life goes on more or less how it's been going on, which, you know, if we want to make change, that's not what we want. Yeah. So I hope this like intro to what the energetic blueprint is was helpful for you. But essentially, I have found in my years of working with people that the more deeply we understand ourselves and the more we're able to integrate that understanding into our daily lives, you know, into the into the boring, boring stuff, you know, like what I'm eating for breakfast, not just the huge life things like, oh, I'm pivoting my career, I'm finding my soulmate, blah, blah, blah. Like, of course, all those things come and all those things are part of life, but it's also about like making correct decisions for yourself day by day, because the better aligned we are to ourselves, for sure, the happier we'll be, but then also the more we can be of service to other people.
