Sick of the ever-changing regime for holiday pay? The government has introduced reforms to simplify holiday entitlement and holiday pay calculations by making changes to the Working Time Regulations which were introduced on 1 January 2024. Jo Dawson-Gerrard and Heather Lunney discuss what these reforms are and provide examples for HR professionals and operators alike.
