Hey Homegirl Korinna After years of working in the lending space, Korinna Deblanc took a leap of faith in 2016 and joined a large real estate team as their Director of Ops. In that role she learned the ins and outs of the business and running a team, and in 2017 I transitioned into sales full time. In 2017 she went on over 100 canceled and expired appointments and sold 76 listings. Her success continued with the team until 2019 when she branched out to form her own team, and the rest is history! Korinna is the only agent in production on my team but has a support staff and together they sell ~30M annually. Korinna has 2 daughters and is happily married and lives in Phoenix Arizona.
