Episode 6: Changing Things Up w/Carina Bañuelos-Harrison
Join us on today's episode of What’s Up?/¿Qué Rollo? as I have the privilege of speaking with Carina Bañuelos-Harrison, the dynamic Program Coordinator of the DreamLab at Girl Scouts of Colorado. Carina's journey brings a unique perspective to her work, always considering the lens of intersectionality and equity. Through her work as the Program Coordinator for the DreamLab, she aims to create a flexible space that evolves to meet the interests of girls today. It is a place where girls from all backgrounds and experiences can have fun with purpose, exploring various activities such as STEM projects, robotics, podcast production, and building lasting friendships.
Carina’s multifaceted roles and experiences make her a true inspiration, and her dedication to creating a model for Girl Scouts nationwide through the DreamLab is a testament to her visionary leadership.
