It’s also not a pulpit, but a round table for open discussion.

If you’ve been in the American church long enough, you’ve heard of the term “church hurt”. Most times, it’s used to describe an individual that is mad or indifferent about the church or religious group.
I admit it. I have been hurt by the policies, procedures, rules, and narcissistic leaders of the American church. I am healed now, but recognize that it was an attempt to skew my heart from growing closer to the Father, and using other humans as my excuse. No more!
