Navy SEAL Mindset
Do The Work
In this episode of The Navy SEAL Mindset, I discuss the importance of stepping into the arena every day. Life is not meant to be faced with a sneer or cynical attitude. Don't just criticize others - get in the arena yourself.
The credit belongs to those who strive valiantly, who know great enthusiasm and devotion, even if they fail. Failure is part of the process. Hire coaches to help you improve at your craft. Don't let others stop you with their judgments or limitations - use it as fuel to work even harder.
I share my own story of being told I wasn't good enough to be a Navy SEAL, but I succeeded anyway. To get better at anything, you have to fail, get back up, and keep striving. Make the calls, have the hard talks, get rejected - it will lead to growth.
Have the courage to expose your fears and accept failure on the path to achievement. At the end of the day, it's about having the attitude that no one will ever stop you from greatness. You must make the choice to get into the arena every single day. Don't sit on the sidelines - strive boldly instead.
