Roots of Resilience in Fairbanks feat. Paige Poston
Roots of Resilience, Fairbanks Wellness Coalition's fifth annual Resiliency Conference, is coming up! This totally free event will feature local experts, community leaders, and dynamic presenters covering topics such as purpose, self-care, mindfulness, self-awareness, and positive relationships.
The Resiliency Conference is for anyone interested in cultivating the roots of resilience in our community. This includes people with a personal or professional interest in behavioral health, parents, prevention specialists, law enforcement, teachers, people in recovery, youth, and more.
Join us on Thursday 2/8 and Friday 2/9 for two full days of connection, information, and

Fairbanks Wellness Coalition is a grant-funded, community-led organization. Our mission is to foster wellness in the Fairbanks area through primary prevention and advocacy. Paige Poston is the Coordinator for Fairbanks Wellness Coalition. She started with the Coalition in October 2023. Paige went to UAF, majored in marketing, and has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector. Paige has lived in the Fairbanks area for almost twenty years. She is passionate about mental health awareness and community engagement. She loves to read, make art, and spend time with her husband and two cats, Sirius and Maxie.
