Do you see yourself as weak? Do you see yourself as weak while also having low self-worth and low self-esteem? Do you recognize that strength is required for happiness?

In this episode, I start a series on what I believe to be the pillars of healthy masculinity starting with strength. I believe that every man wants to be strong but too many of you see it as something that you either have or don't have instead of seeing it as something that build and grow. Your strength is within your power.

I also spend some time confronting and dispelling myths that we hear from women about how we need to be docile and submissive if we don't want to be violent and destructive. This episode also includes some guidelines on how to build your mental strength.
