You will never live your best life until you can abandon some things and put them behind you. If you want to experience real genuine happiness, you have to learn to grow up. A big issue with both men and women these days is that they haven't grown up. They still think and act like children.
In this episode, I talk about how part of growing up requires us to free ourselves from external validation from others. We have to become selfish in a healthy way. I also talk about some ways to put this into practice.
