Episode Intro: Today, we are talking with Doctor Rob Long, Executive Director of Human Dymensions. Human Dymensions specializes in developing organizations and people through a better understanding of human factors at work. It was founded in 2002 and has trained over 20,000 participants across 30 countries since then.
Dr. Long has a Ph.D. in learning and development. He is an accomplished author, presenter, and educator. He has published 13 books on the Social Psychology of Risk (SPoR), which have been downloaded over 600,000 times. Rob’s 50 years in the workforce include leadership and management in building and construction, light industry, transport and logistics, corrections, education and training, non-profit organizations, social welfare, public service, risk, safety, and business.
