21.) Managing Business Growth, Transition, and Pivoting (Bromlyn Fitzgerald of Bees Knees and Shaky Hands Coffee)

In this episode we're talking with Bromlyn, the owner of Bees Knees Coffee, a coffee truck who is currently about to open the doors on her own bricks and mortar shop. As a coffee shop, Bromlyn has had other physical locations outside of her coffee truck that existed as pop ups or kiosks but never has had her own physical location and she's getting ready to open the doors to Shaky Hands Coffee; a brand new café.

All this change and transition has really taught her a lot about adjusting and pivoting to meet what the market is giving you.
