Miguel A. Busquets, M.D., FACS, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained vitreo-retinal surgeon at Retina Associates of Kentucky.  He is actively involved in groundbreaking research relating to retinal diseases, such as age-related macular degeneration and the management of diabetic macular edema. He is a principal investigator for several national multicenter clinical trials. that apply artificial intelligence and image recognition technology to these areas.
