Team Impossible is back!! We are training for the Columbus Marathon 2024, and we already have more runners signed up than we did last year!

Join us on this 5 part series as Matt and JD break down how they trained for a Marathon with little prior running experience.  This week we dive into how recovery is the key to building and preparing for your running goals. We discuss active recovery techniques, how sleep can be paramount, and what nutrition impacts not only for recovery, but in preparing for your following sessions.
