Dave Whelan is a Para-Triathlete competing on the global stage. He has raced Ironmans all over the world, including Chile, Norway, and many others.
Today we discuss his journey as an athlete as well as the Mindset he brings to overcome the challenges that arise with endurance racing, and how you can use them to overcome the challenges you face in daily life.
Dave also lays out the nonprofit foundation he has started with his wife to provide advocacy and opportunity for Para/Adaptive athletes, ultimately allowing for greater equity in the sports in which they compete.
