Feng Shui Living: Tips for busy women looking to destress, relieve anxiety, and live with more intention
I'm Lisa Morton, and for over 20 years I've been helping people, especially busy women, create homes that actually support their lives.
Here's the truth: your home isn't just where you live. It's either working for you or working against you. And most of us don't even realize it.
On this podcast, I share practical Feng Shui, holistic interior design, and real talk about how your physical space affects your health, your energy, and your ability to show up fully in your life. You'll get easy-to-implement tips you can do this weekend. You'll hear client stories that might feel like your own. And you'll learn that creating a home you actually love isn't complicated or "woo"...it's just intentional.
Whether you're feeling stuck, ready for a reset, recovering from a heavy life event, or simply wanting more peace and clarity in your home, this is for you. We'll talk about everything from your bedroom and front door to color, lighting, flow, clutter, and the energy that moves through your space.
Let's create a home that feels as good as it looks.

As we move out of a fiery summer, I wanted to take a moment to check in on this Chinese year of the fire horse. It's been the boldest, most decisive energy we've seen in a while.
In this episode, I'm sharing what this year has looked like for me… from an unexpected book tour through Canada to the Aligned Sanctuary Retreat filling all eight spots in just three weeks. I'm also sharing a few client stories that capture that same fast-moving, no-hesitation energy. A client who took a job she said she had "no business applying for," a couple who sold their home without ever listing it, and a client who ended a relationship and moved to a new city, all within weeks.
Then we shift into the practical part: three journal prompts to help you reflect on where fire has shown up for you this year (in good ways, and in "too much" ways), plus a few simple tips for grounding down as we move into the earth energy of late summer and the metal energy of fall.
