You're listening to the Dope Daily Audio Bible, and I'm your guy, pastor Charlie Mitchell. And today we're looking at Joshua chapter 16. Let's roll The allotment for the descendants of Joseph went from the Jordan at Jericho to the waters of Jericho on the east. Through the wilderness, ascending from Jericho into the hill country of Bethel. From Bethel, it went to Lus and proceeded to the border of the Arch Heights. By aero, it then descended westward to the border of the Alite as far as the border of Lower Beth Harran then together and ended at the Mediterranean Sea. So Raim and Manas, the sons of Joseph, received their inheritance. This was the territory of the descendants of Efron by their clans. the border of their inheritance went from aro AAR on the east to Upper Beth Harron in the north, the border went westward from Mcma ath. It turned eastward from Tenana Shiloh and passed it east to Genoa. From Genoa. It descended to aero and Narah, and then reached Jericho and went to the Jordan from Tapua. The border went westward along the brook of Kana and ended at the Mediterranean Sea. This was the inheritance of the tribe, of the descendants of Raim by their clans, together with the cities set apart for the descendants of raim, within the inheritance of the descendants of Manasses, all these cities with their settlements. However, they did not drive out the Canaanites who lived in G. So the Canaanites still lived in FM today, but they are forced labor. Let's pray. Heavenly Father, thank you for assigning us purpose and placing us where we are For a reason, I pray that we would not overlook what you've entrusted to us or leave unfinished what you've called us to complete. Give us courage to face the challenges that are before us and wisdom to grow where you've planted us. Teach us that partial obedience still leaves room for more struggle. Lead us towards faithfulness that is whole, intentional and lasting. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
