But for now, for starters, it's just you as a listener
that I can barely begin to express
how much I appreciate from the bottom of my heart
you being here.
As I know you have a lot of options.
As Listen notes, the podcast platform says,

And I appreciate you taking the time to listen to me.
As indeed, it is just me on the podcast outside,
at least for the initial episodes.
All substance, no must, no fuss, no fluff,
no fancier flashy high production inserts or intro,
just straight to the key discussion points.
A show that will look at a variety of topics,
mostly politics through a Christian,
United States constitutionalist lens.
Hence, obviously, the ChristiTutionalist Politics title.
I am your host, Joseph M. Lenard.
And the last name is spelled L-E-N-A-R-D,
like most pronounced Leonard, but without the O,
an author of a very non-traditional,
but Christian nonetheless Christian book,
co-host of Savaged Unfiltered Podcast,
and for purposes of this show,
most notably a blogger for TheLibertyBeacon.com,
from which most of the content for the show will be derived.
These are not going to be long drawn out episodes.
I just want something short for you to be able to tune in to,
get the highlights, food for thought.
You can then delve deeper into the My Online articles
and reach your own conclusion.
And as Graham Norton would say on his late-night talk show,

First off, I wanted a tiki pause.
Can you hear that? I'm not sure if it's getting through,
but it's a beautiful Michigan morning
here in southeast Michigan to the Detroit area.
I'm downriver in Wyandotte.
And as I said, it's a beautiful day,
so I have the windows open.
I'm not sure if you heard it. Let me take a pause again.
Can you hear the birdies chirping?
I have sparrows that have decided to take up residence
on my front porch area.
They decided under my awning of my front porch
was a great place to build a nest.
And I'm happy to have them. They are so beautiful.
I love to see all the birds out front. I have a birdbath
out front, so I get a lot of bird traffic,
which of course sadly means a whole lot of bird,
you know, droppings on the car, unfortunately.
Gotta keep that washed.
But anyway, I'm talking about the bird nest.
Right, a little lighthearted start to season one episode two
of the Christitutionalist Politics Show.
So two sparrows decided to start off with a humble little nest
nestled above the security camera that's under my awning
for my front porch.
They're not blocking the ability for the security camera
to do its work.
And at first, a couple months ago,
just a humble little nest. Just a little thing.
I could see them bringing things in, flying in with things
in their beak and building it.
And that lasted for maybe three weeks.
Then all of a sudden, they went at it again.
And now it's like a three-story birdie condo out there.
Little only from the security camera,
all the way up to the under structure of the awning.
I frankly don't know how they get in and out.
And if they get in and out, which obviously they do,
I'm not sure how they're not knocking it off the security camera
trying to squeeze themselves in and out.
I just thought I'd open with a little lightheartedness here
on season one episode two.
It's the summer entering July, the month of July.
And thought I'd give that weather report, I guess.
Hope the weather's nice where you are too.
And the other thing I wanted to talk about is already a correction?
Yes, indeed. Originally, the show was designed and reported
and promoted as going to be a monthly update,
dropping on the first of each month.
Well, and this is a good thing,
immediately pivoting and going to do weekly.
Because things just happen far too often.
We need updates on a weekly basis.
I write a weekly article, as I said during season one episode one four,
TheLibertyBeacon.com.
So there will always be that content to discuss.
And the other thing is when you're a podcaster,
you know having been a co-host for savaged and filtered podcasts
for almost a year now, you've got to watch the ohms and ahs, right?
You don't want a lot of breaks, transitions.
Most of us, I think, kind of do that.
It's some subconscious habit we've developed over time
of not wanting silence to indicate that we plan to continue that is
talking and we're having a temporary brain freeze
of getting from this sentence to formulating in our mind what the next
sentence is going to be.
Thankfully, I've become good at eradicating the ohms and ahs
from my vocabulary, but given season one episode one,
I find that my crutch apparently is "all right."
I say all right instead of ohm or ah, so that is something I have to be
conscious of going forward.
And again, this is part of the behind the scenes,
raw honesty, I'm giving you, I'm learning to be my own host of my own
show, whereas for a year I have been co-hosting
savaged and filtered podcasts, which of course
completely different set of responsibilities.
It's a whole other thing when you are the host having to carry and direct the
show from scratch, so I will try to be more conscious
of the fact that I subconsciously use all right as a bad habit transition.
Having got that out of the way, let's delve into the show topic.
Christitutionalist politics season one episode two already a correction
and ranked choice voting in season one episode one introduction show
was mentioned, Christitutionalist politics would air monthly
and now only a few days later, time to announce pivot change already,
a correction and it's a good positive thing.
Christitutionalist politics will now air weekly dropping a new show each weekend
which will coincide with new articles dropping each Saturday at
thelibertybeacon.com by me, Joseph M Lenard,
thereby primary topic of each week with other surprises added in thrown in.
You know, we'll try to change things up on occasion, we don't want to
bore you with same old news, but hopefully this isn't going to be the same old
news, it will be news from a different Christitutionalist perspective.
Okay, there's one of those crutches, I've got to be aware of that right,
not all right, not okay, no ohms and ahs,
but this is going to be a learning process.
All right, oh there I did it again, as I said
this is going to be raw, I'm not going to edit it out,
I'm going to learn, I'm going to grow, hopefully you'll be here
to watch me grow and root out those bad habits
that don't belong in a show or at some point, if I can't break myself with a
habit, start editing those things out, but I'd rather just do a raw show
and give it to you, it's not that I'm being lazy, I have the software, you have to
edit those things out, but I'd rather just give you part of the
honesty, you'll be getting here, is me being real
and sharing the process, as I learned more as a primary host
versus my usual savage and filtered co-host role,
and this shows growth as we go. This week's TLB piece is rank choice,
great, except for the way Alaska Rhinos did it, and that was also just on
WAM radio a localization out of Ann Arbor, Michigan, AM 1600,
Saturday, June the 24th, and you can find abolitionist roundtable on Spotify,
Bill Stargel and Bruce Fleury, I spoke with them.
So that's the main topic for today, but before I get into the main topic,
this week's show, main topic, I'm going to go into a previous week topic
of Democrats always ignore and we all pay the natural law of
unintended consequences. We've all seen it and you can make use of the article I
have at thelibertybeacon.com to recap the
countless occurrences of one fashion, yes and far too often,
more on RINOs, joining with them, do not think through the leg,
right there, there's another stumble and stutter
getting the blemishes and everything, they do not think through the
legislation, regulations, etc, that they push through and impose on
Americans, they without regard to reasoned objections,
rule with the old six of these philosophy of if it feels good, do it,
or when things go to weep, try to claim, but our intentions were good.
Bear me, you shall be known by your fruits, as again this is a Christian show,
the Christitutionalist Politics podcast, so from a
Christitutionalist standpoint, I remind, yes, you shall be known by your
fruits and sadly important to point out that those who
know better just silently sitting idly by and allowing bad things to happen,
because as the old Burke, quote, paraphrased, all required for evil prevail,
good people do nothing, but the left is always like that,
they don't really care about you or what their legislation will do, and a lot of
times their titles are wonderful and flowery, pretend, and
poor tend to supposedly fix something or another,
but of course a lot of times their real intention is
just to spend our money, money laundering, what can they do to move,
redistribute, taxpayer funds to their friends, their family, their donors, or
their own office, they don't really care about you, and
anything, anything that perpetuates government, especially when it's
liberals that will get to continue to administer it, the very liberal
deep state, that is what I wanted to express, you can of course go to the

easier to find them that way, and you can find left always ignores, we all pay

is mainly focusing on ranked choice, great, except for the way Alaska

voting I think is great, and yes, I've been supporting the notion of it for
a decade, issue is the old saying that devil is in the details, many of you may
only know about ranked choice voting based on what Charlie Kirk has been saying
on his show, he's been very rightly pun intended
rightly, as incorrectly and from the right, but
up on that pardon can never pass a bad pun, all right, there wasn't all right,
this is not Matthew McConaughey, all right, all right, all right,
Charlie Kirk has been talking about the Alaska
ranked choice voting only, and correct in saying they may
a disaster of it, that is not the kind of
ranked choice voting I've been calling for for decades now, we have to break that
down to understand the differences, they did a ranked choice open jungle
elections, both primary and general, and that's where the disaster comes in,
50 cities and counties all across the United States
have been doing ranked choice or as I prefer to call it
weighted rankings voting for decades now, without issue, you don't hear Charlie
Kirk having in the past been complaining about them
because there are no issues, people actually like it, it's a great thank
for a party primary, I say that slowly to emphasize it,
I'm not going to throw in any curse words to
try to overly emphasize it, a closed primary, but more on that later,
ranked choice or weighted, let's talk about that, okay, let's do a hypothetical,
say the 2024 GOP presidential primary, I've said it,
going to continue to say it, Trump, except any major fubar, some major stumble,
a complete meltdown, likely has the nomination wrapped up,
so in some primaries people will be thinking strategically
and not necessarily vote for Donald J. Trump in the primaries,
why? Because he's got its own up, he's going to be the nominee
and there will be a lot of other people in the race
thrown their hand in the ring for POTUS for 2024, that's really about
posturing for the VP slot and I have another article on the
libertybeakin.com about can we get through the POTUS primary
before we go to the VP speculation, a lot of people get in
to posture for the VP slot or a cabinet slot or since Trump will only be able
to serve for years the 2028 election to give a leg up on the nomination
potentially in 2028, so let's use that as a hypothetical situation.
So strategically, if we had ranked choice voting done correctly,
you could vote for Trump for your number one choice.
I would like to see Kristi Noem get in, I would vote for her
for my number two choice, I would vote for Tim Scott who's in
as my number three choice. Now I have to stop and make an aside and say
I prefer my advocacy is for the top five ranked weighted choice.
There are like 20 people plus going to announce or have announced
for the 2024 GOP primary for POTUS nomination. Top five you could vote
for up to five in a ranked order, a weighted order.
That means a more consensus oriented who the people
really really really think I am great with this person as my nominee.
The more people who think person one through five are their choices
and you are not not not not not not ever forced to vote for any more than one
candidate or no candidate at all in any given office race.
You can vote for one which is called plunking or in a top five up to top five.
I mentioned Trump Noem Scott as a top three. That's the way I would vote.
That's the way I would leave it though obviously Michigan isn't going to move
to ranked choice primaries yet. Any time soon certainly not before the 2024
election but that would be my dream opportunity here in Michigan if we could.
That way you get consensus candidates but I also said about Alaska they did it in
an open jungle format. Why it is bad is they kind of put it all together
through it all into one's pot like leftover stew opening your refrigerator
saying oh look at all these leftover let's throw them all together in one big
garbage stew as Rachel Ray would call it on her cooking show and
that may be okay for stew for dinner it's not a great idea here
for electing officials and the reason they did that is Mitch McConnell
conspired with the rhinos in Alaska to work with the fashion crafts as I call
them to aid in a bet Lisa Murkowski's reelection to the US Senate to avoid
Kelly Shabaka challenging Murkowski us getting an actual
Christitutionalist Republican in the US Senate from Alaska it was also to
block Sarah Palin from potentially getting into the US House which of
course indeed is what happened so the open jungle primary in general
is what went bad there what went wrong there it was open to everybody all the
candidates were lumped together on the the ballot at one time and Democrats
of course voted for their person first but then with the rank choice ability
we're able to vote for a Lisa Murkowski or whomever else was their option other
than Sarah Palin so that they could keep
Christitutionalist Republicans from Congress in 2022 and that is why
Alaska screwed it up that is why Alaska is the exact example of how not to do it
and again I've been advocating for rank choice weighted closed primaries
that's the other thing here it can only be done in a primary to be done right
and that primary must be closed now I am here in Michigan they call Michigan a
closed primary that is the usual leftist twisting and warping of language and
yes on thelibertybeacon.com you can find a part one and part two of my articles on
the left twisting and warping language Michigan does not in any way shape or
form really have a closed primary anyone of any party or no party at all on
primary day to walk up and say I want the Republican Party ballot a closed
primary a true honest earnest closed primary would be you must register in
your state as a member of the party you intend to vote
their primary at least two years in advance and again that's got to be two
years in advance to prevent not provide to prevent someone two weeks before the
election oh I'm going to switch my party so I can
meddle in the other party's primary their philosophy hasn't changed their
thinking hasn't changed their ideology hasn't changed it's just their way to
meddle in the other party's primary as we saw with John McLame as I call him or
mitt rinomney to very bad presidential candidates I of course supported them
in the general I didn't vote for them in the primary I would have taken almost
any other choice in those primaries but them but of course Democrats wanted to
cross over help our weakest candidate get the nomination and Barack Obama of
course or Obama obamao as I call him as I labeled him tag him on social media
walked all over him during the election they were bad candidates clearly they
indeed would have been better than Barack Obama would have been had they become
president but it is what it is we can't change the past we must in my opinion
change the future and close the Republican primary in every state and
yes you can do that because each party is actually a club if you want to look at
it they are a private independent organization and they have a right to
close their primary to be available for voting to those only in their club
now by law obviously and constitutionally you cannot close a general election
everybody is put together on the ballot and you wouldn't want any such thing but
a primary is indeed a private organization function and can be and should be closed

Ranked Choice Voting: Great!! Well… let me back up, as I should say could, should, would, be great – except the (Ranked Choice Open Jungle Primary bastardized combination) way Mitch McConnell and AK RINOs conspired with FASCICRATS to do it to protect Lisa MurRINOski (see what I did there? Mur-COW-ski (phonetically)… never-mind, moving along). We need to break-down the convoluted and purposefully overly-complicated attempt to manipulate/rig “Ranked Choice Open Jungle Elections” (both Primary and General) in Alaska; only place ever done this way (again, purposefully created in convoluted overly-complex/complicated fashion to “favor” preferred “Establishment” #DeepState Candidates for the 2022 Election in Alaska and block Trump Candidates Kelly Tshibaka for U. S. Senate and Sarah Palin for U. S. House in Alaska); into the sum of its parts as to why “together” as a “mash-up” is completely moronic and absolutely NOT what I’ve been advocating for over the last couple of decades for Republican Primaries).
We need to discuss the “Ranked Choice” (or “Weighted Votes” when/where IMO done properly (some have come to call “Instant Run-off” that avoids need for that should a large Primary pool of Candidates mean that there is no clear 50%+1 Vote getter, as 2nd and 3rd choices are factored to automatically calculate Voter overall acceptance or rejection of any, some, or all, on said Ballot (you are NEVER forced to Vote for more than one Candidate (can still “plunk” (which means to Vote for less that “allowable number of Candidates” one can choose; often done in County Judicial Races with large field of X-number of Candidates, to fit an overall Z-number of Benches; presumably making that one Vote count more) for your Candidate)!!! Instead all Voters have the “option” to do so if one chooses to indicate “ALL” those one likes/supports in a given contest as there may be several “good” choices in-your-opinion, or just/only one you’re willing to support and Vote for)) that I’ve been pushing for. BUT ONLY if, when, where, as a [OPEN/JUNGLE, no, vs] FULLY CLOSED (open only to pre-registered, for at least 2 years, GOP Voters) Republican Primary system; NOT the OPEN (and Michigan, as the Left always does, twists words/language and “pretends” to have a Closed Primary system but anyone can walk up on Primary day and get a GOP Primary Ballot). Apart and completely separate from “Jungle Primary” concepts; that made the bastardization combo of the two together in Alaska such a disaster (but, by design, by RINOs to protect Lisa and block Sarah Palin).
Sadly only thing many have heard is the PARTIAL STORY by/from/with Charlie Kirk constantly complaining about AK and Murkowski on his Radio Talk-Show program.
Maine had been using “Ranked Choice Voting” since 2018 (as well as more than 50 Cities and County Elections across the USA before even that (and virtually universally for Ballots to/for U. S. Voter Overseas Absentee Ballots in-case a “Run-off” situation is triggered so they do NOT have to rush new Ballots Overseas with delivery and return time delay uncertainties as they’ve by Ranking/Weighting pre-indicate any Run-Off preference)) but as original concept intended, and folks there seem to be fine with it. Almost ALL Ballots are quasi-Ranked in non-partisan Judicial Races parts of a Ballot (as there may be 20 people running to fill 10 Bench seats). Other States are considering adopting such. It is important for Conservatives (or, as I call myself, a ChristiTutionalist, and hope other Christian U. S. Constitution limited Republic minded peoples join with me) to pay attention and FIGHT when/where necessary to assure if adopted in their State it is for FULLY CLOSED PRIMARY (never General) ELECTIONS only (completely Closed Primary where you must be pre-registered with the State with/for a Party Primary at least 2 years in advance to be allowed to pull that Party’s Ballot in a Primary (and, yes, PRIMARY that is lawful, legal, Constitutional, as they “Party’s” are “technically” a “Club” and have Right (Freedom of Association, or to not-associate) to include/exclude in a PRIMARY but not by law fully open General Elections that “actually Elect someone to/for Representation of/for the pre-defined “Districts’” populace), to avoid more cross-over meddling and FASCICRATS attempting to force more RINO Candidates like McLame or RINOmney as I called them at the top of our ticket come General Election time) – learn from the disaster McConnel worked to create in Alaska to protect his RINO caucus over our ability to bring in new/fresh and far more Conservative blood into our GOP Elected Officials ranks.
In-my-opinion, a TOP-5 RANKED VOTING FOR CLOSED PRIMARY only is the way to go. Most Primary Elections you are not going to have more than 5 Candidates; while 2016 there were 16 (if I recall correctly) and it is looking like GOP POTUS Primary for 2024 (at least in early States, before some drop out) the Candidate list is growing and potentially will be over 20 people running for the Republican nomination. I am not going to bother to list the several already in, the many more speculated to announce, stations like NEWSMAX, OAN, and others, will keep you up-to-date on all those coming and going in the Contest (any I put in-print here, will within a few days be out-of-date).
This way (and, again, NO-ONE IS FORCED to Vote for more than 1 Candidate, unless one chooses to engage in the full function of the RANKED/WEIGHTED system) you can still “plunk” for one or Vote for UP TO your Top-5 Candidates available. Your first choice gets 5 points, 2nd choice 4 points, 3rd 3, etc. on down. This aggregates the Candidate with the most CONSENSUS SUPPORT (deemed most competitive vs FASCICRATS in the Fall General going forward) by the majority of the Party (as, again, this must be reserved only for a Party CLOSED Primary to assure others cannot meddle and attempt to sabotage our Party choice (as contention was why we landed up with McLame and RINOmney failing POTUS Candidates as Democrats knew obaMAO or Hillary (or even happy should Bernie get their nomination) was their shoe-in Candidate, and many/most really didn’t care which, both would be ultra-Leftist Dictatorial Elitists, and therefore Voted in GOP Primary to try force upon GOP the weakest possible General Candidate the Left would; and as happened; could/would/did easily defeat)) to actually become the nominee.
CINOs/RINOs aligning with FASCICRATS… Anything that perpetuates Government (especially when it’s Liberals that will get to continue to administer it (NO, NOT the “Uni-Party” manure, CINOs, FASCICRATS, and RINOs, together making an/the “establishment #DeepState hacks” – plenty solid/real Republicans (why aren’t YOU?); just not enough of us yet to create sufficient fighting size block in some States, which is why we need YOU to join us on the inside and; fighting both CINOs/RINOs and FASCICRATS #DeepState Ruling Elitists)) they are sure to push through with a great flowery title. Other times it’s just the Title to provoke a “touchy-feely” reaction from the General Public while hiding language (and often Spending) that people would generally oppose.
