[ChristiTutionalist Politics podcast begin Show intro]

Welcome to ChristiTutionalist Politics podcast aka CTP in association with TheLibertyBeacon.com and I am your host Joseph M Lenard and that's L E N A R D   CTP is your no muss no fuss just me you And occasional guest type podcast as Graham Norton would say let's get on with the show

[ChristiTutionalist Politics podcast - Segment 1]

JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  Welcome everybody I have with me today David Shine not Shen or sin or Lord knows probably whatever. I'm keen million ways he's probably heard it was pronounced. It's shine but it is SCH E I N and while conservative radio loves to bash Ivy League academics Dr. Shine is an Ivy League graduate and a full time academic plus a solid conservative. Well we shall see what we. And he has radio experience and hosts the podcast saving America and business law 101. He's also best selling offer of bad deal for America and to decline of America 100 years of leadership failures which is why I want to have him on to talk about those two books. Welcome to the show David. Thank you so much I
DR. DAVID SCHEIN:  appreciate the opportunity to talk about it and to meet you and you're a fascinating person as well.
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  Yeah well thank you for putting it politely. Some might put that in a little more negative kind
DR. DAVID SCHEIN:  of connotation. Oh not in my book if we do interviews in either direction my objective is always to
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  have a win-win interview. Okay well they just to give people an idea of when this is being recorded as opposed to when it'll land up on air a while from now. I understand you're just kind of coming out of the effects of hurricane burl even though it was downgraded to category one even a tropical storm can be deadly and damaging. I understand you had some effects from it. Well my family and I
DR. DAVID SCHEIN:  were very very blessed as a given the destruction it was dead. The latest statistics very sad statistic 11 people dead that's a that's terrible situation in modern America. I understand two of them were killed by trees one in a car perhaps one in a house. Houston has a being a very good growing climate has lots of trees. I'm actually in the historic Houston Heights where we have big trees but it's it's been kind of tough out there and so the storm actually hit the eye of the storm hit a hundred miles south of here but the power of the storm came right through the center of Houston and we're near center of Houston and of all things my son his wife and the two young boys were here visiting from Baltimore so the boys got treated to their first hurricane in in Technicolor because they were in in a high rise and got to see the storm with with some quite intensity but was fortunately safe here at our historic Heights studios we were blessed to have power because we've had storms where without power for periods of time but this time we kept power but we lost internet so it's very exciting this morning because I was going to be recording on a laptop from from my residence when the internet popped back on this morning and I do want to extend my condolences and concerns to the many many many people it's rather extraordinary statistic approximately two million usdonians which is about half of the population of the Houston area which is about four million are without electricity as of Monday night the power company called Center Point has restored about a million of them allegedly by the end of today and it's concerning to me that a major city like this taking only a a category one storm would lose that much electricity service part of the defense and to be be present both sides be fair is that we had a freak storm here the third week of May that a bunch of tornadoes just came out of a tropical storm barreled through the place and tore the place up so reportedly a lot of electric patches were done at that time to get people up and running and reportedly the power company has not had time to go back and take those temporary patches and fix them so they really got caught with their pants down as we say because the the the infrastructure was not there my response is is that I think it points to a concern that I have across America that we have run up enormous debts and we I'm I'm very concerned about the national debt is I think all Americans should be but I'm also concerned because that hides the discussion the national debt hides the amount of state and local debt in future obligations that have been run up and at the same time we have this disintegrating infrastructure and the point is is okay where is all the money going if we're not doing fundamental things like streets and bridges and schools and and the things that we need for daily life and so
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  I'm concerned for sure and our electrical grid which is been major need of upgrades and we've been fighting for a real infrastructure bill but all we've gotten off for the last decade or two have been money laundering bills to to family friends donors and special projects you know like mainly solar and wind that then years later after they've pocketed money all go bankrupt and all those people ought to work and not providing the power they pretended would be available so yeah we need I talk about it in my tear strikes coming soon to a city near you book that also yet the infrastructure the power grid like the LA LAX airport being taken down several months ago due to an attack on the power grid there and we still hear a little about it but a lot of the politicians don't want to fix anything they just want to use infrastructure as a money laundering alternative or opportunity unfortunately yeah like we had storms roll through here today also and yeah being in Michigan we have tornado issues too so yeah I mean those back out a lot of things but indeed we we absolutely need to harden our power grid but let's talk about then your bad deal for America which came out in 2022 same year as my tear strikes book what was what was your emphasis or well before we get to that we we know you're an academic give us the other lowdown dirty where were you born and we know where you are now how did you
DR. DAVID SCHEIN:  get their kind you know all that stuff I would be glad to give you the two-minute summary so I was born in the city of brotherly love born in Philadelphia and my family my dad's family was based in a small town near Boston and so I grew up in a in a little grubby little town near Boston and then I got a big break in my life my dad who was career maybe was transferred to Norfolk Virginia the big naval base the biggest as far as I know the world and it was an opportunity for me to function in a much larger city and function of modern high school which I had not been in and I kind of blossomed in that environment and I did very well in high school and earned a scholarship back to Philadelphia to the Ivy League School University of Pennsylvania where I ran into a very different environment because that was during the Vietnam War protests it was during the surging drugs situation and as I tell people because it's part of my book in process the current the new book which is called a cheap education and it's a play on the concept of pen being one of the most expensive colleges in the country and here I am this kid from the wrong side of the tracks from a military family at a campus where the people are doing drugs publicly and are protesting the Vietnam War my dad's in the military you know and so it's a very difficult environment but in any event I got through that I had my own business in college and discovered many many things about myself and about life and was accepted directly into the Darden School MBA program at the University of Virginia which is kind of like a boot camp program a very intense program and did that for two years and then I decided that to be captain of industry I would need a law degree as well as an MBA and had family here in Houston so that was my first introduction to Houston came here attended the University of Houston law school and joined up as you might expect with the energy capital of the country with work for Gulf Oil in law school and Shell Oil for three years in three states I don't think Shell and the other oil companies do this today but in my case they bumped me around the country and I worked in Houston California and Louisiana within three years and that took care of marriage number one by the way also it's very very hard on a family to do to move that much but in any event I then was a corporate attorney for a decade private practice for another 15 years and I had made a commitment to myself as I finished law school that I wanted to share from an educational standpoint because I was very appreciative of going from the wrong side of the tracks to being where I am today and enjoying the privileges that I enjoy today are a result of education and in fact I get a little concerned about the people putting down education and maybe people avoiding college who might have the metamorphosis and the opportunities that I did not for everybody but for me it opened wonderful doors and all sorts of interesting things but any event I wanted to give back I have learned from the edge I've been adjuncting at many universities that to get respect in academia really need a PhD so I had an MBA and a law degree but I knew that I wouldn't be one of the cool kids if I didn't have a PhD so I went back to University of Virginia put my life on hold did enough part-time work to keep the bills paid I actually was awarded a fellowship at the University of Virginia because I've done very well on the entrance exams and knocked out my PhD start to finish including the dissertation in three years but then I ran into a new problem which is called age discrimination and one of the things that they don't tell you about all this DEI nonsense which was kind of starting to kick in about the time I finished my doctorate is that it doesn't include age it's funny how that works is that it's really a very unique form of discrimination some of the people out there decided to decide who are the acceptable minorities and the other minorities like people over 60 who have all of the credentials and publications but aren't gee we're the wrong gender or the wrong color or something like that and it's very
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  challenging exactly what I was going to say have you looked in the mirror you're the wrong color
DR. DAVID SCHEIN:  right and it's a shame because I am a very very vocal advocate for the advancement of of women and minorities and and I want to see everybody get ahead but the concept of everybody getting ahead cannot mean we don't take the best qualified person and I was the director of EEO when I was corporate I was the director of EEO affirmative action for two years so I actually know the intricacies of that system and it does not require you to hire an unqualified minority what it does is it says if you're a government contractor you should be out there recruiting so that minorities know that you're a okay place to work and that you're going to give them a fair chance to succeed and that's what we all want in life that's what I was given pen didn't give me anything other than opportunity to go there once I got there it was up to me to succeed or fail and I will note that a lot of my fellow scholarship students had a real rough time and a number of the people that I knew did not finish pen who had similar backgrounds to me and sometimes you just got to grit your teeth and hang in and that's what I did in higher ed I recruited for three years I got a visiting appointment for a year I get Richmond Virginia very fine school university of Richmond business school and less than a year later the the big 2008 2009 financial crisis hit and destroyed the economy and the University of Richmond's endowment went from four billion to two billion in a matter of months and the admin there panicked and they laid off everybody at the end of the school year they told us in late February hey you're all you're not coming back next year and the regular full-time faculty has to double up and get the job done because we're going to cut the budget so I was out of work for a year out of higher ed for a year I kept working part-time and doing other stuff and doing some adjunct teaching and then I was hired by a very different school how about a historically black university hbc youth called historically black colleges and universities I was Virginia state university one of the oldest hbc youth in the entire united states in suburban Richmond Virginia and I experienced some very interesting things there and helped them get their reaccreditation for their business school while I was there and then a friend of mine made a personal connection to the University of St. Thomas here in Houston and I joined the faculty here a little over 11 years ago started again as a visiting faculty gave up a tenure track at Virginia state and then worked my butt off and I'm now an in and full professor with an endowed
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  chair so you know other than that I have nothing to do yeah and you said a couple things yeah equal opportunity to succeed or fail right that's all our nation ever promoted and guaranteed we are not communist equality of outcomes we are still despite many turning us into an inetocracy somewhat of a meritocracy or at least need to return to that and you know the whole point of rising tides of all lift all boats all groups so when that community I just had a show the other day of called rising tides let's all boat uh you know Detroit as an example there's a Mexican town there's a Chinatown there's you know this that the other when Mexican town does well it helps all the other communities when Chinatown does well it helps lift all you know and all the other communities around them they all interact and help each other that's the real diversity not the forcing of it like a Benetton ad and then the other thing gives you much in cheap education so yeah I'm going to take one pot shot at education but the fault is the people going to the college or university it is a cheap ad as in your degree is worthless if you are the one dumb enough to not know what's going on not know what you want not make the best of that opportunity and give a gender studies degree rather than economics or law or engineering right all the valid but others than that yeah not everybody's got to go to university or college that's I went to a trade college myself there's a lot of great opportunities for that so the opportunities are there the problem is people don't avail themselves of it and they waste their
DR. DAVID SCHEIN:  time and waste their money and it's it's very sad because the student loan situation is a dramatic example and I did take student loans I will tell you a funny story about being agreed I'm a first generation college student on my mother's side as far as we know I am the first person in my mother's family tree to graduate from college and my parents my dad did not attend college he had two brothers who later attended college but he did not my parents provided no real guidance because they couldn't they didn't know what it looked like and you know I see these white collar families today who take their kids to four universities to do a college tour to pick out the college they want to go to and all that my first day at the university of Pennsylvania was a day my uncle dropped me off at the dormitory with my meager possessions and said we think this is where you're supposed to be and then I went and tried to and figured out how to register and all that it was hilarious but the thing is is that I still got through it I found out the full scholarship just means that they don't charge you for tuition and fees that I still had to buy books pay for my dorm room and you know what there's that thing called food and doing the laundry and stuff like that you got to pay for all that stuff so I did take federal loans and I'm proud to say that I paid all of my student loans and I expect both of my sons took student loans and I helped them a great deal they still took student loans and I expect them to pay them in full that's that's the way America should work they were given an opportunity they have both used their degrees well and I have used my degree well why would we pay the student loans for others but you touched on an important point about a decade ago we had over two-thirds of undergraduates majoring in communication and it's no wonder that they can't pay their student loans because they did that other examples psychology is a very valuable field it's all sorts of interesting information here's the blunt fact a psychology undergraduate degree does not translate into a job higher than working at Starbucks you need to have an advanced degree or advanced identification like licensed clinical social worker things like that you need additional credentials to utilize psychology degrees so a lot of those students went on and got MBAs or got a specialized master's degree in human resources make great people but people need to be up front and say if you're going to major in psychology you need to understand what the terms are and even in business school there's a real pecking order there's certain degrees in business school that are in huge demand and others that are not and we all have to learn continuously you and I are doing something that wasn't even invented I mean if you think about it you know a lot of zoom stuff has blossomed since the 2020 I mean even though the internet itself blossomed around the year 2000 but you and I have both exercised something called flexibility utilizing where we started seeing the opportunity and putting the additional homework in to learn how to do things and I have to learn how to do things all the way I have a producer for the webcast and podcast that I do she's she works for me and but she also tells me what to do and and because she knows a lot more about the technical aspects of what you and I do in terms of preparing this material to be out in the public sector so that people actually want to watch this stuff and that's not my expertise so you know part of it is also recognizing other skills and things like that I totally agree with you not everybody needs to go to college and in fact I do consulting for a number of HVAC contractors air conditioning electrical plumbing it is a huge business in Houston because we're so dependent on air conditioning and all of us need plumbers and electricians those folks are in enormous demand today you know what it's a tough business you got to get out there you got to do the training you got to do the apprenticeship you got to take licensing exams hey why would we give that to you when you have somebody who's working with 220 current in your house you you want to make sure the stuff works I mean yeah
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  that they have a clue what they're doing right you don't want diversity hires also like the the clearer obvious example people give us your pilot do you want them to really know how to fly the plane and have hours in simulation or hey you happen to be the right gender quota so we'll let you fly the plane whether you know how or not right that's not the pilot I want yeah and the like and also this goes back when you did it school loans were different when obama as I called them federalized the student loan process and of course like everything government screws things up and it's screwed all this supposed free money which of course isn't free and so the college is all hiked up their tuition rates because anyone and everyone could just get the boatload of money to pay for it and that's why tuition rates are out of control these days and they have all this debt with these dumb degrees they can't afford to pay but we're already like 30 minutes in so let's get to the books bad deal for America bad deal for America is my second book in a series of what I
DR. DAVID SCHEIN:  project will be four books and so the decline of America talks about the US presidency bad deal for America is about the Congress and it's about the dysfunction of the Congress and we I thought the book up just driving around and interestingly I do not gamble I work very hard for every penny I earn and I'm not going to Vegas I've been to Vegas three times twice on business once for a fun fun wedding about a year ago and but I don't play the slots or the card games but I thought about a deck of cards and I said you know what these folks are playing with our money so that was the beginning of the concept of bad deal for America get this I had to go buy a deck of cards so I'd know what I was talking about I literally had to go to the store and say okay where can I find a deck of cards and take them out of the pack and look at them and stuff so anyway what I did is I did a bipartisan book it is 26 Republicans and 26 Democrats and independents who have said ludicrous stupid things and includes I think most of the squalids as I call them it includes Nancy Pelosi includes Chuck Grassley includes Mitchell Conner and there's two points to the there's several points of the book one of them is we start with the first quarter of the book I tell people how much money and resources you get as a member of Congress and it's a whole lot better deal than anybody realizes so we wanted people to know that these people are are getting plenty of money and I lived in DC for several years and I can tell you that these folks in bellyache and oh my god it's tough living on 200,000 a year because it's so expensive to have a house in DC and a house in my district well first of all most of these people never show up in their district unless it's election time and then they're everybody's best friend for a few months so my proposal is is that they live in their home district and that we have absolute term limits so the bottom line is we need to have term limits we need to make sure so so there's the end pitch of the book so the first part is no you don't need more money you need to live on your budget like the rest of America number two we need to like smarter people to Congress both houses the Congress and the Senate and number three we need to have term limits because these people ain't going to give up power it's fun to have power I mean let's face it no matter what you do in life being the king is the best deal in town and all these people are kind of many kings and the only way we're going to fix it is through most likely they'll need to be a constitutional convention of states to force the Congress to adopt term limits my proposal is one five-year term for president because basically the presidency is really a wasted deal because they spend the third and fourth year of their term running for president again and then in their next term they spend the last two years picking out their presidential library and trying to continue their legacy by electing somebody who will eat their policies and whatever things they do so I think a five-year term which is common around the world and in other democracies would be a good idea two senate terms max which you know is 12 years that's a lot and then five two-year house representative terms which I think is a lot and just to kind of get it but I mean Joe Biden classic example he has been in Washington over 50 years on the public dole as far as I can tell never has had a real job his competence level I don't know how he got ever hired at something higher than dog catcher to be blunt about it and so but this is somebody that's been around and that's a classic example of that so one a few the other things I've suggested is that we eliminate pensions entirely the believe not more than 90 percent of non-government employees that's the rest of us humans have no defined benefit pension we have savings plans not all of us have savings plans my university does not have a pension plan I've been there 12 years or I'm in my 12th year I have a savings account and I have to put money in that account my employer puts some money in that account and I have to figure out the best way to spend that money at the end and it's very unfair that the public sector is about 75 percent with pensions real pensions that the rest of us are paying for and yet we don't have pensions ourselves right so those are some of the things about bad deal for
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  America yeah those that work for us have better set better benefits than those of us who are paying those who supposedly work for us in business it doesn't work that way only in government and now you mentioned about gambling I love Vegas I haven't been there since 2006 though because there's a whole lot more to do there than just gamble but uh behind the scenes we're recording Wednesday the 10th as I and I say Caitlin Clark in the Indiana fever owe me 10 cents because I put I put 10 cents on them to win money line over the Washington mystics and they pissed away that game so Caitlin you owe me a dime the way I said but gambling isn't an issue if you're reasonable and within me of it right like I put a dime on the game it's a lot of fun to do it that way but if you're putting out big bucks and hoping to become a millionaire because you hit something big that's what becomes a real big problem and yeah everything you laid out yeah a cut convention of state four I don't buy the runaway convention connard that those who love the status quo uses an excuse to avoid doing it it's convenient excuse to not do anything and leave things the way they are tournaments I may or may not agree with them as you laid out but I absolutely agree we have to have that conversation had going out come to a compromise and do something we either need tournaments on our house representatives and senators or eliminate the tournament on the presidency
DR. DAVID SCHEIN:  you don't get to have one but not the other absolutely yes I agree and I think we you know I think the public is is very very much in favor of term limits and the people in congress are petrified of them because that would dramatically change the game that's being played in washington and so that's that's how I dealt with the congress of my first book which took a number of years but now it was called decline of america it was published in 2018 I was very fortunate I got an actual real publishing contract with a small publisher called post-hail press of nashville and to give you an idea how the book publishing world works I have just started to receive royalties six years after the book was published right right because in the traditional publishing world
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  you get up front monies that's not free and clear they give you the up front and then they eat away at all that too you've made up that up front money then you get to see benefit yeah maybe maybe maybe yeah I go into that and how to write a book you get it published hits techniques yeah the benefits and the pros and cons the good the bad and the ugly of the traditional versus the self-published or as I call it assisted publishing not all quote we help you publish firms are created equal there's low cheap end and sometimes you get what you pay for and then there's the higher end assisted publishing but yeah so we've talked about the first two then so we may as well what's the third in the series okay well as you know I'm taking
DR. DAVID SCHEIN:  break because I'm working on a book that's very different a cheap education the two subsequent books in the series so we're the presidency the congress and then the supreme court which is very much in the news today and then a book that I've already named called one word failure and it is a study of the fourth estate the bureaucratic state of our government which has turned into a disgrace and the only positive thing I have to say about the bureaucracy is that the current supreme court has produced significant improvements in our dealing with the bureaucracy but we should never have gotten to this point and I'm being a an attorney for 46 years I'm very familiar with the Chevron doctrine and the Chevron doctrine is a classic problem of America of America jurisprudence a court created that doctrine it's there's no law that says though there's something we called the Chevron doctrine it was passed by congress in this year no it was a judge about 30 40 years ago said oh well if an administrative agency with those big hot dog experts in it said this is the way it should be well and that's the way it should be and if you need it if you want to overcome the experts experts in that agency then you better come up with some pretty heavy duty proof so I call it having your thumb on the scale so in other words if you went to court after you exhausted all of your agency remedies the the agency still had its thumb on the scale in its favor because of the Chevron doctrine so this is a very important change also the current Supreme Court has consistent with several earlier courts in the last few years has rained in the EPA and I want to be very clear about this the I when I teach the chapter on environmental law the EPA Environmental Protection Act which created the EPA has accomplished a tremendous amount in America we have much better or clean streams we have much cleaner air we have much better organization of waste disposal we've accomplished a lot but the classic problem with these agencies
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  is they never go away they want they want yeah the deep state administrative state they have their jobs they keep growing their agencies and once the things are accomplished they never scale back EPA is exactly something I thought I would bring up during this discussion when it was created under Nixon and had a laudable goal and over 25 years it pretty much accomplished that goal but today now they think they can meddle in the pond in your backyard and a navigatable waterway bull you do not have congressional authority or anything over that and Chevron a liberal activist court siting with the deep straight out of it whole cloth created that are you familiar and in chevron is in violation of what scott is ruled in the Norton v Shelby township case that I've discussed
DR. DAVID SCHEIN:  over and over are you familiar with that I know the the principles I don't recall the exact ruling yeah the point is is that administrative agencies must act within their enabling legislation period and they don't and they get once they get there it's just like what I talked about in these congresspeople and these senators and folks once they get to Washington and they have that power they just keep running until someone you know hopefully garrets them with a with a thin wire and says no you guys have run too far and it's it's fascinating because the the democrats uh um you know when they talk about 25th amendment not only do they need to do that Joe Biden but I think Chuck E Schumer is uh is uh ready for 25th amendment oh and Mitch McConnell also I agree both of them. Mitch McConnell I think should have retired at least five years ago if not 20 but uh Chuck E Schumer is is in a class by himself as an insult to America and it's interesting he's an insult to his religion he's an insult to a a state with a relatively high literacy rate the state of New York uh he is uh uh offensively bad uh I mean it and it's uh it's it's rather interesting so I'd like to see somebody 25th amendment uh Chuck E uh as I call him and you know the uh horror horror character Chuck E he's uh he's he really is there but um the thing is is that term limits would would hopefully get people like McConnell um Pelosi and Schumer out of there and make and and like I said I would push to cut budgets cut salaries cut overhead for offices and force these people to stay in their home districts be real patriots like the original folks where George Washington they wanted to make him came at one point because they were so happy with what he did in the early days of this country and he said you know what I did two terms I'm gonna go back to Mount Vernon and live out my days and he set a good example and president set a good example until we got to FDR yeah and he's one of the two reasons that I wrote Decline of America there's two reasons one is I am offended as an American at the deification that I call it of FDR I would like to see the entire ridiculous two block memorial to FDR removed it is an insult to America that the person who did the most to move this country toward communism in reality is is deified in such a way he didn't solve the great the two great myths about him he didn't solve the great depression it was the America was full on sliding into the Great Depression part two when World War II started why did World War II started because the guy was a jerk and a moron and he didn't he was too busy running around chasing girlfriends with his specially equipped car and that's a true story um the and getting away from his his handlers in the middle of all of the great depression in the war uh he's out chasing women and especially equipped Studebaker whatever it was and the point is is that World War II could easily have been headed off except he was Chamberlain in America and just as Chamberlain has been vilified for giving away Czechoslovakia and giving away enough of Europe that then Hitler just took the rest um uh for four and a half five years and exterminated eight million people uh remember it was not just six million Jews or two million other people that were exterminated it was a horrible thing and Roosevelt also was one of the people who thought it was a good idea to park the Americans specifically in a harbor with a narrow opening which was the situation the ships could not quickly exit Pearl Harbor because of the physical design and instead of spreading those ships out and taking the pacific threat seriously Roosevelt actually signed off on that so he was Chamberlain he was a fool in the way he managed the pacific fleet and then for people to say oh my god he won World War II no hard working on Americans Churchill and Eisenhower did yes working Americans did not

A Republic, if you can keep it…

"A Republic [but not just ANY Republic, a never fore created/seen one], if you can keep it" Ben Franklin....

From a Social-Media post/thread... It will make sense when you get to the "And all Republics are not created equal either" part.... Yes, WE ARE A REPUBLIC, and those trying to destroy it may pretend to be Anarchists but they are not they "pretend" to fool massholes that don't understand HISTORY nor THE POLITICAL SPECTRUM....

VIDEO (5m 54s): The difference between a Republic and a Democracy:

No, just because ANTIFA uses "Anarchist" tactics, does not mean they are ANTI-GOVT --- they actually want to over-throw CONSTITUTIONALLY LIMITED GOVT in USA to reign in FULL FASCISM... #FACTSmatter #WORDSmatter #HISTORYmatters
My response to someone Parroting the #ENEMEdia distortions...

Your premise is way off. You already buy in and parrot the Lib #ENEMEdia narrative.

Just because someone may use ANARCHIST labeled/defined/usual tactics, does not make them Anarchists!

The REAL Political Spectrum (despite Left attempts to rewrite History)...

The FAR RIGHT is indeed Anarchy ZERO GOVERNMENT, we are NOT that, we were NEVER intended to be that, but we flirted with a Government (under original Articles Of Confederation) that proved to "not be quite enough" and hence the "Constitution of the United States" then drafted and adopted instead -- to which people have been eroding our INDIVIDUAL AND STATE RIGHTS ever since toward Fascism because it is part of Human Nature, some are SHEEP and some seek DICTATORIAL AUTHORITY over others.

We, the USA, is a RIGHT SIDE OF SPECTRUM limited/small Govt operation (or, at least, that is how it was founded and supposed to be as THE SOVEREIGN STATES created the CONSTITUTIONALLY LIMITED FEDERAL GOVT (not the other way around) and was to retain THE ULTIMATE LOCAL AUTHORITY (destroyed more and more, and especially with the passage of 17A which made the US Senate that was (The States' body) as nothing more than another US House (directly elected by Citizen's) People's House - directly DESTROYING that important Check and Balance our Founders created.

Sadly, the usual trend is ever Leftward (the Overton-Window for those who wish to look that up) toward less Freedoms to/for People and more Govt power/control. As Franklin said A REPUBLIC IF YOU CAN KEEP IT* and THOSE WHO WOULD TRADE FREEDOM FOR SECURITY DESERVE NEITHER.

The FAR LEFT is COMPLETE GOVT CONTROL (which includes Monarchy, FASCISM (what today's Left is aiming towards), Socialism, Communism, etc.).

Just because a FASCIST uses "Anarchist tactics" does not make them one! A Leftist wanting to OVERTHROW THE US GOVERNMENT CONSTITUTIONAL CONSTRAINTS to then usher in TOTALITARIAN GOVERNANCE, may use Anarchist tactics but they are still Fascists in Anarchist 'guise!  Words have meaning, and STOP allowing yourself to be suckered into the Left-wing distortions and twisting of the Language!

As for the Jan 6 farce, they weren't Anarchists either! The only violence and destruction took part at a small section of the Capitol where Ray Epps and the ANTIFA plants dressed in MAGA gear focused their FALSE FLAG meanwhile those that were peacefully gathered/assembled under our Constitutional Right to do so, were then waved in by Capitol Police (endless hours of Video showing it) and therefore NOT EVEN GUILTY OF TRESPASS (they were invited/waved in); and who, from the inside, released the Magnetic Locks for the CapCops to then stand there and hold the doors open, not attempt to hold them closed, and wave the people in; for the sham/charade narrative to be expounded of fake insurrection at the Capitol.

VIDEO (12m 42s): Jan 6 Leftist false narratives:

Not one of them were armed, the only person shot/killed was Ashley. NO a CapCop was NOT killed by being beaten with a Fire Extinguisher that was and remains a complete lie that some still repeat. The only other "SHOOTINGS" took place that day were the usual DC Violence that took place nowhere near and having nothing to do with the Capitol lying Leftists try to lump in --- cuz they always HAVE TO LIE, FACTS are never on their side. So, yes, drag Ray Epps (the FBI plant) before Congress to testify under Oath his INCITEMENT and round up the clearly identifiable and known ANTIFA plants that were breaking windows and other destruction and lock them up, but the trumped up trespassing manure has to stop!

* And ALL REPUBLICS ARE NOT CREATED EQUAL either. Technically the Soviets... that is still their mindset... Russia, China, North Korea, Iran, ARE ACTUALLY CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLICS TOO ---- HOWEVER, they have Constitutions that LAY OUT THE POWERS OF, BY, AND FOR, THE RULING ELITES AND THEIR STATE rather than FREEDOMS and RIGHTS of/by/for WE THE PEOPLE as in the USA.

"A Republic, if you can keep it" Ben Franklin

"Those who are willing to trade Freedom for Security, deserve neither" also Ben

"Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual." Jefferson

"We are always but one Generation away from losing Freedom" Reagan

"If Fascism ever comes to America, it will come in the form of Liberalism" also Ronald Reagan

No, just because ANTIFA uses "Anarchist" tactics, does not mean they are ANTI-GOVT --- they actually want to over-throw CONSTITUTIONLLY LIMITED GOVT in USA to reign in FULL FASCISM...
