JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  And what I'm about to say may temporarily confuse you. I'm hastily putting together this pre-intro 2-0 will be followed by a pre-intro that I recorded another time, then the normal intro followed by the actual show. Well, what does all that mean? What are the strategies? Normally monologues, yes. Well, can be exceptions to that rule. This is now an exception to that rule. I had Joe Petty, a blind check here again, monastery. Think monastery, but with a U. Joe Petty monastery on, you're going to see her in a minute about native tribes and also second kind of part, Doge discussions. Well, this week I'm hastily throwing this intro in was planned season 2, episode 91 to be Doge updates. So, okay, rather than record a show strictly on Doge updates, since Joe Petty was at the Doge hearings, I recorded with her today looking down February the 19th, Wednesday, February 19th. We had every schedule from last week because she was at the Doge hearings. So, Doge updates, season 2, episode 91 is now with Joe Petty, monastery rather than just a monologue. And please, very important discussions about native tribes, also kind of part one, hang around the Doge updates, part two, so it's going to run longer than normal. I apologize for that, but I better stop rambling because I'm just adding to the length of the show here now. So, let's get on with the show. Hello everyone, a brief special intro to this week's show. You know Saturdays I normally have on monologues that are in conjunction with a written article at vliverdeebeacon.com. Well, we're working through some issues. So today's show, as well as an occasional other Saturday show here and there, may not be a monologue in conjunction with the Liberty Beacon.com. As I work to sync and coordinate juggle before it's news.com, the Liberty Beacon.com, as well as now introducing sub stack as an outlet for my articles, needing to try to coordinate and sync them all together. And some Saturdays that may or may not happen. So instead, like today, you're going to get what would normally be a Wednesday guest appearance drop. And we're going to kind of do two parts today. We're going to do a first half and then a second half I had no idea we were originally going to discuss, doge related, because she has background in government and with USAID. So that'll be a second half. So wait for that if that's what you're here for. Please don't skip on this important first half though, that she originally was coming on for and I'll read just this from my notes that she has been a spiritual seeker for most her life, had the good fortune to train with many elders of the Lakota. I can pronounce that one. Menominee, I can pronounce that one. A G word and originals can't pronounce that word, will I hear do it? I think I don't know if I'm getting that right tribes and the shawl and show again. Pardon that I'm bad with the name here. We'll have her explain it. Welcome to the show Joe Patty.
JO PATTI MUNISTERI:  Thank you so much Joseph. Actually although my family's original name is Patty, that's my father's real name, he was adopted. My legal name is Munisteri, also very difficult to pronounce that for many people. That's why I didn't bother.
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  I tell people I'm sensitive to that. My last name Leonard, no oh, they want to say Leonard. I don't have any French background. It's Leonard without a no. So I'm sensitive to that.
JO PATTI MUNISTERI:  Yes and the names of the tribes for those of you who are interested is Maori in New Zealand and Gumbangi in the Aboriginal nations of Australia.
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  Do ours on the end it's pronounced one again?
JO PATTI MUNISTERI:  Gumbangi.
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  Yeah it ends in two hours but it's Gumbangi, okay. Why would it be fun?
JO PATTI MUNISTERI:  Yes it was translated by the British and sometimes the R is pronounced but technically it's Gumbangi. So thank you Joseph. I just got back from Washington DC.
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  Yeah and again well yeah we just for behind the scenes. Thank you if you're watching behind the scenes video, Bitch You, Crydion, Daily Motion in France, Rumble, YouTube but of course 20 plus audio only show so we've got to keep that in mind. You see the Italian in me if you're looking behind the scenes with the hand gesture stuff. But before we go any further what are the other tribes like the one in the mountains of China that I didn't even dare try to mispronounce?
JO PATTI MUNISTERI:  That's the Shaolin. They're known as a warrior monk society. Not necessarily a tribe per se.
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  Yeah a lot of this is news to me even though my wife was part blackfoot or black feet depending on which way you want to call it and we were supposed to try to go out and vacation on a blackfoot reservation but it never worked out, it never happened and I'm divorced now. So I have those interests and those concerns but as you can see and I don't like to do a bazillion things of research I could have looked up how to pronounce those things. I didn't want to because I'd rather have the natural discussion and show indeed I'm ignorant of some things and open to the education. Why you're here.
JO PATTI MUNISTERI:  Thank you Joseph. And part of my life has been a good part of my life has been working with indigenous populations and most of them I had to learn the correct way to pronounce them, learn some of their language, their culture, their ceremonies and that's helped me in my personal and especially in my spiritual life which I think what we thought we would talk about first.
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  Exactly without getting into the doge politics that comes later also have in the notes you saying we have a looming crisis in our country that I call the future poor and this being a Christian show I like to often repeat Jesus said the poor will always be among you. Now that doesn't beg our responsibility to be our brother's keeper and try to help the poor but what he was saying was not an economics or a governance statement but a human nature statement that there will be lazy people who are never wanting to bother to attempt to improve their life versus those who indeed need are helping the hand now they hand out. You would agree with that distinction?
JO PATTI MUNISTERI:  I would say we also have to look at the maximum God helps those who help themselves. And so therefore I would say yes we do have an obligation to share let's put it that way.
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  However I also believe of our own free will through charity not the worldly come biblical community which is free will and charity versus worldly communism which is theft and force.
JO PATTI MUNISTERI:  Yes that's a lot of concepts you're putting into one sentence there Joseph and my work overseas well my work in the United States too with indigenous I work with people who want to help themselves and have through no fault of their own being subjected to circumstances where that wasn't possible or they were prohibited from doing it.
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  Some people are actually victims of what's going on. Some people just like to claim victimhood as an excuse for their own worthlessness in not getting anywhere in life but indeed as the Bible makes the distinction again between the unwilling and the unable or as you out late in some case. Yet they're at least crying and we as being our brothers keeper and our free will are to want to provide helping hands not just handouts. I like to talk about bano of you too. Used to be a major ultra leftist commie until George Bush came into office you know and I have my issues with GW Bush I'm not my side right he had issues and deathless it which we'll get into in the doze thing and all that but bano became part of George W. Bush's continuation of his dad's thousand points of life then and indeed came to the realization helping hands are better than handouts you help Africans get a skill so that they can make things to sell things it helps grow their entire economy and lifts them up rather than continually just throwing money at them which isn't helping them it's just making them dependent and I'm hearing that distinction in you.
JO PATTI MUNISTERI:  Well there's also the maxim teacher person to fish and they'll be able to have food for themselves instead of giving them a fish and they'll keep coming back from.
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  And go you you're one sentence still a lot better than my rambling did.
JO PATTI MUNISTERI:  So Joseph would you like me to talk about the spiritual practices that I've had personally
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  first hand or that would be great that would be an insight I have never gotten somewhere and again I am a human frail flawed imperfect I don't pretend to know anything even though I joke on the Internet I'm not a know it all I just play one on the Internet right I don't know everything I'm ignorant to things but I'm willing to learn which means I'm different than stupid because stupid is unwilling to bother to learn so yeah please share.
JO PATTI MUNISTERI:  I come from a rich background in terms of spiritual mystical knowledge in terms of my grandmothers both of them although they were Catholic my paternal grandmother especially really she was a physicist so she yes. Oh I'm sorry. She really was remarkable and ended up talking to me I was the eldest of all their grandchildren on both sides so we had lots of talks about dreams about God about the importance of messages that receive in life and about our purpose in life and when I worked with indigenous populations which started in my 20s with American what we would call Native American I like to call more by tribal designations but those people many of whom had been forcibly converted during the 17 and 1800s by a number of different religious sects including the Morbins, LDS, the Anglicans, the Catholics, by missionaries, misguided for the most part and they never saw most of them never saw conflict even the Aboriginal nation which I'm most familiar with the Gumbangi and the Bundjalung they never saw a conflict between recognizing and practicing for example Catholicism and their own indigenous they found the bridge between the indigenous beliefs and the common ground whereas a lot of people outside castigated them and decorated them if they didn't.
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  Like we talked in the green room like the the segregationism the I'm going to use the word tribalism if you're not my label of Christianity then you're an enemy and that's just it is see I say over and over. Satan wins when we're arguing rather than the common ground like we discussed in the green room earlier that we can meet on yeah their spirituality and our Bible really aren't that far apart and we can focus on those common grounds.
JO PATTI MUNISTERI:  In addition when I was in middle school eighth grade I had a penguin version of the Talmud in English and we are in our generations back in our family Sephardic Jews so my grandmother also encouraged the fact that we read both Old Testament and New Testament and understand the basis of which Christianity was founded and later on in my life well for a good part of my life since 1975 to 2024 is the last time I was in Israel I studied Hebrew I was an Israel working and so that is also a very important part of our Judeo-Christian foundation in the United States as well as many parts of Western civilization.
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  And this show constantly talks about our Judeo-Christian foundations really upsets my soul to see supposed fellow Christians that are anti-Semitic Jesus was a Jew Jesus fulfilled the Jewish scripture became the Messiah he didn't say replace all of Judaism the New Testament and the Old Testament are there together for a reason he didn't start his ministry himself till age 30 in the Jewish Rabbi legal and cultural tradition but yet some Christians like to say the Jews that conspired with Rome to kill Jesus are somehow today responsible for all that it wasn't all Jews then and it certainly isn't Jews now and it's any addict to blame any Jewish person for the death of Christ because our Bible tells us it was required to happen the Jews then were acting within God's plan it was part of the plan he had to be killed on the cross to become the final blood sacrifice so this anti-Semitic death drives me insane you don't know your own faith if you're anti-Semitic yes it's very
JO PATTI MUNISTERI:  dangerous it's been used throughout history for political gain for economic gain for designated people as inhuman and I don't really want to end in too much of a theological discussion here but I was fortunate that when I went to Georgetown University and graduated from the Foreign Service School at that time we were required to have theology and I studied the Hebrew prophets I studied of course Catholic writings of people like Saint Francis and Saint Augustine I'm very interested in the works of the monk Brother David and I also grew up and I still just recently I was in Italy I love to go to the Latin masses I think that language is more mystical and we're domestic terrorists and we also had to learn I learned Greek briefly and it's important to know that parts of the Catholic service are in Greek and those languages one can call mystical languages like the language of Armenian I was in Armenia for two years the oldest and continuing Orthodox Christian country in the world which is unfortunately being decimated by its Muslim neighbors and by lack of support from the international community.
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  So the genocide is often overlooked we talk still about the Holocaust but the Armenian genocide seems and the fake application of the word genocide today by again wanting to claim victimhood refusing to acknowledge the Holocaust but claim to be part of being genocide now improperly twisting and warping of language but yeah I say all the time I'm so glad to hear you say this because Armenian to a degree but really our original Bibles were in Aramaic, Hebrew, Greek and Latin you could go back to the original text and the the Dead Sea Scrolls which legitimized the earlier texts as opposed to some of the warping we've done with the Bible of weight it's not God or Jesus that contradicted himself it's us humans that have mucked things up.
JO PATTI MUNISTERI:  Yes I lived and worked in Iraq I taught at the Catholic University in Arbile in Ankawa and I worked in other programs there until 2020 when we had to leave because of the pandemic restrictions but in that community the first language of most of my colleagues and friends was Aramaic and a Syrian population of Orthodox Christians was decimated there by Daesh by ISIS and those people still speak the language of the Bible and one of my good colleagues very close colleagues a incredible man PhD Dr Aziz Abari he was retranslating he speaks five languages fluently including Aramaic in English and there are many phrases that are used that were changed in the 11th century during the diet of worms in Constantinople when unfortunately the Catholic Church did not want to lay population understanding everything that they were interpreting and one of the phrases that I quote to people is used in popular culture it says judge not lest you be judged and
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  they use it all the time. I tell you how happy I am here to hear you say that because I say that all the time it's not Matthew 7 there's more to that than just the first seven words. So I'll remove the law from vine oh night but it's condemn not lest you be condemned because there are other scriptures that tell us how to properly biblically judge people. Yes I was just
JO PATTI MUNISTERI:  going to say that that the it's not judge it's condemn and that's very different because you have to be able to preserve for the Lord. Yes and also you have to discern between right and wrong between light and dark. Of course you have to make judgments all the time on a daily basis but the church at that time the Catholic Church didn't want people making that distinction in terms of their own full spectrum thinking at that time we're talking about the 11th century before the Renaissance and so they put it in the purview of the bishops because even many of the priests were not literate in those languages and that also talks about a parameter of thinking that was put on people that they still of course they do it even more so today. So yes you have to know the full scriptures but you also have to realize the Rosetta Stone we know now was mistranslated by the British and so there's probably lots and lots of historical documents I mean I haven't gone through them just as I'm talking about certain sections but certain parts of history that were ascribed let's say to the Egyptians were probably mistranslated as well. Oh again it goes back to again God
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  hasn't changed we are the ones that have screwed things up through misinterpretations and mistranslations and it's also like the commandment thou shalt not kill God it's thou shalt not murder in the murders. Yes for our innocence Exodus 22 to alone says a thief breaks in the night Delphatele blow you're defending your home and your family that's self-defense that our law is based on that's not murder it may be a killing but it's not a sin. Yes this is. And we messed that up and full disclosure born and raised Catholic but I say this show is not a Catholic show or back to show a Methodist show or look all the denominations have screwed things up and my point is we focus on those things we can relate all the way back to the Aramaic Greek Latin in Hebrew we know our solid our Satan wins if we keep arguing amongst ourselves. Yes I mean there are translated by human beings
JO PATTI MUNISTERI:  and human beings as we know are all too fallible and also many of those church leaders well leaders in all religions have deliberately twisted at times for their own power and influence that's part of a different kind of psychological operation and a different way to indoctrinate in their interpretation for their compliance so all these factors have to be taken into account.
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  Yeah human lust for power rather than glory of God and to God right. I wrote an article on Substack questioning the God blessed the USA Bible. How much of that is wanting to further God and how much of that is human hubris and self-promotion of Lee Greenwood song right. So and I didn't say about being born and raised Catholic I coined the term nincompoke for Francis because to me he's more interested in worldly communism than biblical community so again with that being full disclosure but we're on the same page it's various people for their own agendas not God's agenda.
JO PATTI MUNISTERI:  My personal path has been still is of seeking the truth and I believe that most people once they actually are I was fortunate because I had training in all sorts of what would be called spiritual some definitely religious because the Jesuits ran Georgetown and we have a very specific interpretation from them it's very controversial I won't go into it too much I I talk about it in my books a little bit I have two non-fiction books about my work we can talk about that later but I also my eyes were totally opened by working with indigenous tribes and there are ways of relating to God really called by different names Te ariki Nui Tunkar Sheila even Allah people don't realize is just the word for God and Arabic for God you know so these yes
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  Aramaic language Allah was there existed it's not some made-up term by Muhammad to create a new faith and I forgot to complete two thoughts like I'm the god bless the USA thing I think it's a good thing I want to buy a copy eventually and what it did King James version well how much of what King James did was for the furtherance of God and how much was it of his own desire for his own personal PR distancing from all the nasty stuff prior kings and queens did and we don't know what languages Jesus spoke but he probably spoke Aramaic Latin Greek and Latin well probably

JO PATTI MUNISTERI:  it that they're all associatively related much of the work I did was also in monitoring evaluation now they also call it MEL, M-E-A-L, Monitoring Evaluation Assessment on Learning and Education and Humanitarian Programs I was also part of the human terrain system with the US Army where we had specific training and looking at different components of society and instead of let's say the physical terrain we look at the human terrains where human beings are in that society in terms of religion, economics, politics and so forth and a lot of the monitoring and evaluation that we did with the programs especially my teammate and I Lisa Marie-Apari we went through army training together and worked in a number of countries together including Afghanistan over the years and we were on a USAID 791 million dollar contract for education programs and new books for education in Afghanistan that was just one of the components of the program so almost a billion dollars and
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  that's in the macro I sure but the debt and the details no I don't support it. We're almost 40 trillion in debt so we can't afford that with the problems we have at home again I want to do that and I would agree to do that if you created a charity to do that I might don't rate some money to it because again I am willing to support that in the macro the problem is it's a scammer to dodge for a lot of people wandering money
JO PATTI MUNISTERI:  well it's worse than that I don't support what I've already found in a number of these programs including with the Peace Corps including with DOS Department of State is this money our taxpayers money is going to do harm it's not that it's even going to the programs they say it's going to criminal networks terrorist networks it's going to actually kill and harm the local civilians the local nationals who do want to have these programs it's working against those people and leadership who might work for the humanitarian aspect it's it's terrible what has been happening not only that they are designed to fail why because then the administrators will get more money for example the program we were on the two years before they had a five hundred million project and of course if it doesn't quote unquote complete or satisfy its aims and outcomes oh then they have to designate even more money for the next few years it's designed to fail so the money keeps coming like a ATM spigot for these programs which are harmful most importantly to the local national to us and using our money in its name so I'd know I don't and and part of the reason I was invited to go to doge for the opening and I had contacted Marjorie Taylor Greene's office and I still have lots of contacts in that area and I was there because there was a also there were a number of people you can imagine last week in Washington D. Speaks especially in the foreign aid and quote unquote humanitarian projects areas with all the quick um cease and desist and firings happening people are panicking running around with their heads cut off certain areas of Washington that used to be very active even having lunch together in places so forth totally dead for a while I think that's it's important to have a pause and a reflect and in audit a lot of these programs have never been audited a lot of the contracts you see it's not just USAID because USAID often doesn't even do these contracts they give them their friends yes it's an especially starting under the obama administration it was to no bid contracts imagine that first of all no big contracts so there's no accountability for something much more than that yeah and a lot of it goes through quote unquote universities the whole American university in Beirut in Cairo in Kabul in many places in the world are just yes they're just conduits for a lot of laundry or money disappearing quote unquote and no audits and they use the excuse well in this country they don't have the tech the audits they don't have those procedures it's it's a my asthma we really need to stop it for a while relook restructure and then we can decide and we can also vote on do we really want to be giving money to our adversaries because that's where a lot of the money has gone to right now let me

JO PATTI MUNISTERI:  that's our government yes I mean if people want to make the trouble is that a lot of these quote-unquote foundations and charities look at the Clinton foundation for example they get tax breaks but they are not doing what they are saying they should be doing
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST):  they collected a billion dollars and Haitians still protest outside the Clinton foundation a couple million went to Clinton donors and friends in Haiti didn't help the Haitian people after they collected a billion dollars in the name of earthquake release so yes and I agree with you I won't give I think red cross blood drives are still a great and noble cause but I won't give to the red cross for that very reason a lot of it is indeed they're a profit even our health care companies that are supposedly nonprofit they're for profit there's all kinds of people making profit in them if a charity can show me through an audit 90 percent of what's given goes to what they say it does then I'm supportive otherwise no that's the same was the dough here I want audits of the charities also and given the economic situation in so many countries

JOSEPH M LENARD:   Hello everyone, welcome to season two episode 81. You see me and behind the scenes sneak peek video staring down at my notes to make sure, yes, season two episode 81. Assuming I got it right in my notes for the benefit of the transcript laughing at myself. Pretty sure I got that right, but indeed at any rate. So, watch this episode about? Well, it's going to be about two things now and again, as usual, you'll hear me say, in conjunction with in correlation with corresponding with piece at the LibertyBeacon.com, Doge brief suggestion than 50 more, as well as, well, at the LibertyBeacon.com it's solely going to do deal with the Doge issue. Here on the CTP episode as author of Terror Strikes coming soon to a city near you, obviously with the Terror Strikes that happened on Wednesday, you know, New Year's Day, I need to make a commentary about that and for full disclosure, I am staring down in my calendar even though I shouldn't. Yesterday was New Year's, gives it away, right? Today, I am recording on Thursday of the second, yesterday was just New Year's Day. So, why did I need to look at my calendar to figure out today was the second day of the month? I think my body may be out of bed, but I think maybe my brain may still be back there half asleep. At any rate, I will comment. I was on, I mentioned recording Thursday the second because I was on Maverick News with Rick Walker out of Ontario, Canada last night. You could go to rumble.com slash C slash Maverick regarding the terror attacks. And today I'll give some updates here because information of course, well still is fluid. Things can change. We were talking last night based on what we did know and some speculation. There's certainly going to be and remain some speculation going on regarding that till more and more of the facts release. But indeed, at any rate, is that number three already or is that number four already yet for the benefit of those just tuning in maybe for the first time as a radio person, aka a pod podcaster in this case, you got to try to avoid the a's in the ohms as you know segues as brain farts that if you're trying to figure out what to say next or to segue to something else avoid the a's in the ohms. Well, I've gotten better at avoiding that, but I've developed this verbal tick of at any rate. And indeed, I'm a k a jokes for Joe on savage done filtered. Check me out there too. I joke here that maybe I should rebrand the show as from Christ, to those politics to be actually pretty good podcast name to at any rate. I'm sure somebody will steal that along the way if they haven't already because that really is kind of a good day for a show. But yeah, I developed the verbal ticks. So now I do it as an ongoing running gag. So indeed, fourth or fifth time at any rate. Let's actually get into the Dagon show, shall we? Right? Doge, Department of governmental efficiency, as it supposedly known. I am already hearing excuses. But that's not what I really want to focus on here. But I have to touch on that. And please check out the Liberty beacon.com or the for shoes.com regarding my we the people demand list. We had a contract with America. We had a contract from America. We care the contract with America. Now I created we the people demand list because no, you cannot rest. I'm going to make a note of that can not rest. So I can remember to put a link to that in the extended show notes that appear at the bus route where the show originates from and through goes out to 20 plus other platforms. But the bus route transcript, you could see the extended show notes, including cross reference related links, like to know you cannot rest. If you expect it, you're going to go back to sleep and two years from now, things will have gotten done. Well, you don't get it. As I say, they're so you voted. So what? What are you doing the next two hours, two days, two weeks, two months, two years. If you expect to just vote, then go back to sleep and two years from now, anything will have changed. Well, aren't you special as that old southern saying goes right expecting something different by doing this different results from acting the same way is just sorry, stupid. We have to remain involved. We have to stay on top of our officials. We voted you in in this man data election to do the following things. And we expect we demand that you do these things, including cut spending this time. But I'm hearing excuses. Well, maybe a lot of these won't take effect for 10 years. No, no, no, no, no, no, now, not just now, but yesterday, because indeed, spending that was authorized by a previous Congress is technically not bound by a next president and Congress. They can change the authorizations. And they should do that. Anything this Congress currently in 2024 has authorized can be should be immediately overturned. If that money has not been spent, it needs to be clawed back as the saying goes. If you haven't spent, you were authorized to spend up to the number of dollars. But you only spent S number of dollars. Well, T through Z is now negated. You don't get to spend it anymore. We revoked the authorization. We are clawing it back. You cannot spend that extra one million, one billion, 100 billion, one trillion. What I don't care if it's two pennies, two pennies here, two pennies there, two pennies. Whatever the amounts, clawed back, cut the spending, eventually, all those numbers add up to a big number. And we are in trillion dollar deficits, 35 trillion in debt. It can't be sustained. But what I wanted to say about Joe's here is, and looking at my notes, you can, I'm going to just read this. Okay. But again, this isn't all that's in the liberty beacon.com piece. This is just the first page. Oh, I did it. Ah, I caught myself. See what I did there? I did it. Ah, my apologies. I didn't self filter that one out. But at any rate, yes, I'm going to read this to make sure I get it right. I have many issues with former Michigan governor, also known as the governor, self proclaimed nerd, then therefore became the governor, like Schwarzenegger, the governor, because of the Terminator films. Anyway, Rhino, in my opinion, very much of Republican, namely, certainly a Cino, a conservative, and namely, Rick Snyder. However, while he did that, a damn thing to curtail the waste fraud abuse of Michigan government spending. And we hear about that. All the waste fraud and abuse, there's no excuse to not immediately eliminate any fraud and abuse and citizens against government waste and any number of government watchdog groups every year. We don't really need to doze, but I'm glad we're going to have it. Every year, those groups put out wasteful spending, non constitutional, extra constitutional spending, by the billions, they put it out, that could be cut. So we don't really need that. But he did who he, Rick Snyder did fulfill his promise of creating open public, viewable dashboards, stat presentation, etc. Of more easily viewable what was going on and where regarding government income and government expenditures, gathered, identify and define, and again, plenty of government watchdog groups do identify and define it. The Congress never acts on that to be able to make case for cuts or not. That is something of value should be part of the initial doze process, transparency, putting that information up for all the C, Congress needs to pass a law. The president needs to sign it, mandating that these metrics, measuring systems, transparency mechanisms are put up on both the White House dot gov site and the Congress dot gov site. So we the people can keep an eye on the income and the expenditures and words going. And yes, I know military black budgets were never going to have full transparency. I'm not saying every penny of the Pentagon budget, of course, is going to be viewable to know how it's being spent. You don't let that out online for the enemy and amease of our nation to see. But the supposed open budget for the benefit of the public spending, there's no excuse. This isn't online and viewable to all. But what I'm to say, indeed, secret black ops budget items, they hide all kinds of money laundering. Unfortunately, they have to hide certain monies for secret new weapons systems programs and whatnot like that. That's never going to change. But that's really a smaller part of the budget we're talking about in the grand scheme of things. So just stating obvious, the deep state will attempt to hide all spending under and as such versus our need to get to the truth of things and where things can could, should, must be cut. Stop this insane, powered and pivoted. She don't know who they are. Look it up. I've discussed them in previous episodes, roads to bankruptcy, the left wants to happen. There's plenty of room for cuts, plenty of room for clawback of previously authorized funds. So no, realizing spending cuts 10 years from we've heard that manure before. No, immediate cuts. Now, not promises of later that never materialize. So indeed, now let's move on to the terrorism thing. Yesterday, again, recording Thursday, the second New Year's Day, January 1st, 2020, 2020, 2020, so 2025 is the year not 2020, 2025. There were several attacks. They're still speculating whether or not they're connected because it appears from the facts being put out there now. And again, these are fluid. I am not trying to dodge any facts, but I am questioning some facts. And some other facts may come out later that may shine new light, which is what I'm going to do here. Again, having been on the Maverick News Show Wednesday night, January 1st, I will link to that in the extended show notes or you can go to rumble.com slash C slash Maverick and find the show there. We I was saying, I don't think they're related. The New Orleans attack and the Vegas attack, they seem very different. And one seems like an anti Trump anti-Elon political statement or the other guy with the ISIS flag seems more directly anti American overall ISIS inspired, not part of ISIS, but ISIS inspired attack. But they are saying now that potentially these two served at the same army base together. So there is a degree of connectivity there in that now, whether they indeed contacted one another and indeed conspired to do these things on the same day, or they coincidentally occurred on the same day. All these things are still a possibility, but they need to be treated as separate incidents. It's possible that the guy in New Orleans who now originally they were saying they had a bolo be on the lookout for three male cut potential accomplices and one female potential accomplices. Now they're saying they think he acted alone. Well, if he had a remote detonator for the improvised explosive devices, i.e. D's that he had with them in the truck and that were planted elsewhere that he could remote detonate them. It does speak to that he could have done it alone. And this is like a combination attack like the Halloween drive attack of New York City from 2017, the Waukeshaal Wisconsin drive attack at the Christmas parade, I think was 2021. And of course, last year's Germany Christmas related driver attacks, but this has aspects of the marathon bombing scheme also with the i.e. D's that he looked to set off. But for some reason, he got out of the truck, started engaging against New Orleans law enforcement officers rather than leading those devices. So in that respect, that's a good thing because like the Boston Marathon bombing, these appear to have had nails and men would have injured, if not killed, many additional people than those he just moved down. So these are clarification facts. Again, as we know them now, more information may come out by the time the show actually airs. I'm going to look at the calendar for that date to get it right. Saturday, almost at September, Saturday, January the 4th, things are fluid, things can change, the fog of war, things can get accidentally misapplied or avoided being applied where they do apply. It does take time to sort these things out. But indeed, at any rate, I just wanted to put that out there. Whereas the Vegas attack, the guy did it in New Orleans and the guy in Vegas, three hours later, might have then just decided, oh, hey, that happened. So I've been kind of thinking about doing this and rushed together or had a plan to do it, but may not have been planning to do it that time, that location, and it was a attack of opportunity. Wow, while people are distracted by New Orleans, they then did that there. There's always the piggyback copycat, like again, the German attack, the New Orleans attack seems to be a bit of a copycat of the Halloween, the Wilkesha parade, and the Germany attack, as well as the marathon bombing, as I said. And the Vegas seems just a copycat of any kind of car bombing, where, thankfully, the guy didn't understand electric vehicles. The nature of lithium batteries are, is they burn, how does the sun, but they don't tend to explode? The explosion, they're saying a Tesla Cybertruck exploded outside the Trump hotel in Vegas. No one injured, let alone killed, thankfully. No one injured, they did evacuate the hotel for a short period. But no, the truck did not explode. Improvise explosive devices. He had devices like propane tank and fireworks and whatnot that do indeed explode or can indeed explode. That exploded in a Tesla Cybertruck. The Tesla Cybertruck itself did not explode or cause secondary explosions. Those were all the fireworks and flammable things he had. Now, thankfully, he didn't really have a ball thought out plan for something that would really explode like a Tim McVey at the Oklahoma City bombing. That could have been a massive attack in Vegas, but he didn't understand the truck wasn't going to explode. Lithium batteries catch fire and burn hot, hot, hot and burn for a long, long, long time, but those vehicles don't explode. So thankfully, it was a criminal, a terrorist who didn't quite understand fully what he was doing despite having some army training. He's clearly not a bomb tech type person or he could have put put in, could have put in together, could have put together. Pardon my bad grammar, my bad English here. Could have and should have, thankfully not put together far more things. And the design of the Cybertruck actually kind of contained the degree of the explosion that did happen from within the vehicle. And now, of the glass at the front of the Trump Hotel in Vegas was even shattered. It was just a fire they had to put out. So those are the facts and the situation. Again, in New Orleans, now they think he's a lone wolf. There can, there may or may not be director in direct correlation between him and New Orleans. The big question to me is, why could he drive from Houston to New Orleans to do this? Why not run over people in Houston and try to blow things up in Houston? I fully expect since he had the Isis flag, he had to have had a manifesto somewhere, whether they have it or not yet or not found it. Hopefully, we'll see that soon and we'll get some insight into his thoughts there. But to me, that he drove all the way to New Orleans suggests he had coconspirators to help him and New Orleans or otherwise, why would he drive that way? That's just a big, deep question in my mind in thinking of the whole overall terrorism plot as to why in the world would you go and do that? But indeed, at any rate, so the facts as I, as we understand them as of this record session, Thursday, January the 2nd, I'm looking at my clock, it happens to be 11.30 in the morning, so still early. As we know them, that's what we know. Things can change by the air date on the fourth Saturday, the fourth of January. No, you cannot rest parts one and two will also be shown as a related link because no, you can't go back to oh what time yes, an occasional break makes sense. I plan on watching the Red Wing later tonight. They fired the coach. Thankfully, okay, Tom McClellan, a lot of people wanted to draw a girl on. We'll see if McClellan cut it. Hopefully we got the new coach bump, but if they don't make the playoffs, the eyes are planned, it's got to be declared an eyes are fail and in my opinion, him be eyes are fired. It's I call LCA Little Caesar's arena, Lost Causes Arena, the dead wings and the pissed offs, both worthless currently at this time. And aside, yes, an occasional distraction. Yes, I plan on watching the wings game tonight. I think they're playing column, but blue jackets. Maybe I don't know. I'm not sure. But yes, occasional distractions important. And you see me behind the scenes here writing another note, red and circus. I'm writing down because yes, now I will link in the related links, red and circus pieces. You can't go back to being consumed by all the distractions. They want you to not pay attention to what's going on in DC. And you cannot go back to sleep. Our funding documents say we the people, not him the Trump, not those in DC. We the people are the bosses and in charge. And we the people must stay on top of them to make sure they are representing us and doing what we the people sent them to do. Not what they choose to do. And has been the case pretty much forever. You vote them in. You go back to sleep, you don't pay attention. And two years you wake up. Why didn't anything change? Well, because you didn't change. I know I'm not speaking to all of you in this audience. Some of you in this audience are like me involved all the time. Hang attention and contacting officials and things like that. You need to be lighting up their phones and their emails at least a couple times a month. Every month year round, whether it's an election year or not, you need to stay on top of them. So they know you are watching this time. You are paying attention. You are being involved that. Oh, I voted go back to the couch. Well, it's on TV 24 seven bread and circus distraction. No, focus. We the people must stay engaged and be involved. Thank you all for tuning in. I'm going Oh, I was going to say that sorry. At any rate, one one more aside here. I'm holding up a game for those of you on behind the scenes called. Am I the ass? Pardon if there's children listening in the audience, but I'm sure they hear that term all the time or that word all the time, right? Or am I the behind side from the makers of smart? You know what? And I'm going to have the maker of this game on in the next couple of months. I just thought I'd mention it because I get yeah, occasional distractions. This is for adults. So that episode will be flagged as an adult episode. You know, probably not a lot of swearing or anything like that, but adult themes will be discussed in that about this game. Adults from two to five players, or as I will suggest during the show, two or three couples can play as teams for this game. Although it doesn't say that or suggest that here, get to know you and your mate to understand it's it's almost like a what's the Richard Dawson show he was on match game. Survey says family feuds. Steve Harvey still runs that now, but to survey questions about like one I read about eloping and you as a person or you as a couple as a team try to determine of the population who thought given the full scenario there, they kind of made an ass of themselves. Air quotes there behind the scenes you see that. In eloping when their family would have expected them to have a church wedding or a more official wedding and you determined for points what range the survey says that yeah, they shouldn't have done that. They add any rate. It's a very interesting concept. Something new, something different. So I really am looking forward. I hope the interview doesn't fall through now. I'm scheduled to talk with him next week. The creator of M.I. The Ask game from a university games. Maybe you could buy it and check it out before the episode, but I hope you'll tune in for that. So yes, I know I'm repeating myself. I've got to do it. I'm sorry. Yes, occasional distractions. Like getting together to play a game. This is still a thinking game talking about societal norms, societal expectations. So yes, it very much relates to Christitutional Buddhist politics. It does relate. It is important. So it's not a complete and out of full distraction, though it is a part. But understanding public sentiment can be an important piece of what's going on in our society and our culture. Though I didn't expect to tie that all together like I just did, but it does. So an occasional break. Yes, good. But no, you cannot rest. Take the occasional breaks like playing the game or watching a Red Wing game like I plan on doing tonight's Thursday the second. I think there's a game again on Saturday in the afternoon. I may or may not watch that. You know, who knows a lot may happen between now and then. So I'm not planning on watching it. I know it's there. Something more important may come up and happen. Like, of course, me dropping the show on Saturday mean writing an article for before it's news.com that day and making sure next week's v Liberty beacon.com piece is ready. And if you see me behind the scenes, I'm reaching over vertical vertical. I can't grab it now, but I can see it over there. The next piece for Saturday the 11th and next week's show will be about the book of revelations. Is the end really nigh this time? Is the book of revelation unfolding? So that's planned for next week. So now you've got a business site and a sneak peek into next week. You know, I may need to spend part of the day Saturday working on that. And if you don't know, I have health issues. So it's not a question of time for me because I'm on disability. I've got all the time in the world when I'm not sleeping. And I need a lot of rest because of my health. I'm going to end because I'm rambling and gone longer than I expected. I didn't get out of bed this morning until 11 a.m. I went to bed at midnight last night. So I got what 10 11 hour sleep. That is not a lot of sleep for me. I may still need a nap this afternoon because of my health conditions. So time is kind of still an issue, but more so energy level. Do I have the energy at any given moment to sit down for 30 minutes to record a show, sit down for 30 minutes to put together an article. I can do things in small spurts and bursts of energy. But my overall energy is such that I can't do this on a regular basis. It's why there are only a Wednesday desk drop and a Saturday monologue drop. I can't do this five days a week and only do it for a short period. I'm doing what I can from where I am. Oh, I'm behind the scenes again, lifting up the green screen. It's not really a green screen. It's just green material got from Michael's the craft place. So I've got a green screen crude green screen green material background that I made in Microsoft Paint real quick. As I say in the opening in the clothes, you're no less no fuss show. I'm on disability. This is a low budget operation and I make no bones about that. Rick Walker showed that I was on. Oh, he's got a lot of great high production items and a big expense that goes with that. I can't do that. So I'm doing what I can when I say no, you cannot rest. I'm not asking you to do anything I don't do at least do something other than moan and whine and complain on social media all day long. Although social media platforms are important for what like sharing this show, sharing articles. So that can be okay if you're providing concrete things that people can engage in doing not just whining moaning and complaining online. But I have to do more from my ugly couch than I used to be able to do out and about all the time. I just don't have the energy because of my health and because of my health. I just can't be out in those large crowds doing speaking engagements like I used to do and whatnot or attend rallies or attend dinner events that had guests. I've seen Candace Owens and Al Vida King and I meet so many people over the years. I've had the great opportunity to hear, speak, meet at some of the times at VIP behind the scenes events, opportunities to get to talk to people and with people I would have not otherwise been able to. And I'm trying to make this show the Wednesday guest drops that opportunity though Wednesday for those of you who hung in with me here at the end because I know I've kind of rambled and jumped subjects here. But my Wednesday drops not always related to Christianity or politics but a lot of times they are like Christopher Armstrong Stevenson in relation to the revelation past episode I spoke with him. Two Chronicles 7 and 14 if my people pray I shall hear help heal their land. If you choose not to decide you still have made a choice. Rush, not Limbaugh, the rock group, not biblical prophets but that's biblically prophetic. You shall be known by your fruits. You must sow good to reap good or you are complicit in the rotten fruits that the evil doer sow we are then trying to choke down that that rotten fruit is born rather than good fruit. 00) The LEAVE THE DAMN CLOCKS ALONE Act. Yep, I have been Screaming about this for decades - but forgot until at Eatery this afternoon (Sat. Nov. 9 16:ooET-ish) and discussion came up again. So, yes, rather than ADD to bottom of list creating as item 00 instead, LOL. Every Election Cycle someone un-seriously puts for something on this, but NOTHING EVER HAPPENS. Rubio put forth a Bill years back, and I forget who I heard trying to get ATTENTION (that's all ever seems be, CAMPAIGN GIMMICK for Free Press), but I am SERIOUS and we need DEMAND others get serious THIS TIME about this. At least during GWBush we had sense enough to push the FALL BACK until after Halloween as we've had it for awhile now - NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!! LTDCA Act must call for next change, first change, following enactment, the Clocks in USA and USA Territories (that do the Time-Changing thing, cuz, yes, some places DO NOT within USA) the clocks will move ahead or back (whichever would normally happen that point) by 1/2 Hour and THEN REMAIN AS THAT (no more further changes) FOREVER MORE!!! This isn't the 1800's or even early 1900's - Modern Farm Equipment have MASSIVE LIGHTING ARRAYS and they can be out in the Fields if they want/prefer ALL NIGHT LONG - there is NO MORE NEED FOR THIS STUPIDITY that long outlived its relevance.

Now, let me back-track: there are some on RIGHT see this as Federal intrusion and over-reach in and of itself (like JBS, as meme shared on TRUTH social social-media platform where share #WTPDL (see: https://truthsocial.com/@SWAMP1FOX/posts/113608208178609599)). I get that. I am NEVER one to buy or try sell the WE GOTTA DO SOMETHING AND ANYTHING WILL DO -- No, we need have SERIOUS DISCUSSIONS what the Fed. Govt. in relation to the FAILURE that the MOTOR VOTER LAW created. They need, IMO, do SOMETHING, my point of having this as an entry is WE GOTTA HAVE THE SERIOUS DISCUSSION, CONSIDERATION, THEN MOVE FORWARD with perhaps a Bill other than SAVE Act?!?!?

Yes I OPPOSE steps taking us to FEDERAL/NATIONAL ID - that is a concern/consideration here. I do, though, expect we have to push more for #VoterID (real ones, not just if you do not bring ID you can swear out affidavit (they're lying to Vote, they'll lie on that form))! We have SOME WAY, SOME SWAY, for Federal Elections from the Federal Level and since The Left is always doing the "DC monies, STRINGS ATTACHED" thing (though I oppose doing things like #CommieFasciSocies-ocrats, #PrinciplesNotPersonalities, every Rule can have an Exception though too (as long as one can ARTICULATE logic, reason, common-sense, thought, facts, evidence, as to WHY making an Exception vs JUST CUZ I FEEL LIKE IT)) in this case I am open for such. FUNDS WITHHELD if they do not have a bare-minimums-standard #VoterID Law at State level.



2) BORDER BILL and DEPORTATIONS Act (not the FAKE #AMNESTY shit The Left kept peddling with Lies as FAKE BiPartisanship (ONE RINO backed it)) and aka: Defund Sanctuary Cities/States Act.

THE OBVIOUS MOST COST EFFECTIVE AND EASIEST WAY to start is amend Law(s) to assure Illegals will not now nor ever qualify for Housing, Food, Welfare, MediCaid, ETC., subsidies and many will begin to SELF-DEPORT (and far less even try coming, by removing a MASSIVE MAGNET of assured HAND-OUTS for violating our Laws by Leftist controlled enclaves). Any/All Sanctuary Cities/States it must be made clear IF YOU ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE FEDERAL LAWS and aiding/abetting CRIMINAL ACTIVITY (and it is ALREADY ILLEGAL FOR THEM TO COME IN ILLEGALLY, A CRIMINAL ACT, SO YES EVERYONE/ANYONE HERE ILLEGALLY IS CRIMINAL BY DEFINITION OF EXISTING LAWS) YOU WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR ANY/ALL FEDERAL AID (of any kind, for any reason; as money is fungible)!!!  Period, SIMPLE start!!!



PLUS: We must STOP allow LEFT to Twist/Abuse Terms/Language spelled out (Criminal Illegal Aliens) in existing Law. They are NOT "Undocumented Immigrants" they are by Statute already "ILLEGAL ALIENS!"

An update (Tue. Nov. 19th 10:20ET) to/for this Section. With all the BLUE CITY Mayors and BLUE STATE Governors now promising to RESIST the Federal Govt from DOING ITS JOB UNDER THE LAW some of them 1) should be Charged with Aiding/Abetting CRIMINAL ACTIVITY and (2) while we are waiting to Deport many, they should all be sent to those Sanctuary Cities and let them deal with them why they await Deportation. Balloon those Cities by 10%-50% of their current Population sizes and let them deal with the consequence of their Sanctuary Status to/for CRIMINALS. Just as FL and TX Gov's sent them some times and they "complained" about - after they said they would WELCOME THEM! Hypocrites.




3) RETURN TO BUDGETS Act - demanding House/Senate DO THEIR FUCKING JOBS and PASS A BUDGET and no more CONTINUING RESOLUTIONS shit!

If we HAD cut our Budgets (LOL, I said "Budgets" as if they do those in DC anymore) by 1% (Penny on the Dollar) within a reasonable period of time we would at least (with, as happens, Wages rise and Profits go up meaning more and more into Treasury) be at a "Balanced Budget" (but, of course, our Deficits and Debts are now ever more enormous and we need bigger than 1% across-board cuts to achieve not just BALANCE now but SURPLUS in order start paying down Debt or CLOWARD AND PIVEN (Cultural Marxist destruction of USA desired) design of Left USA will go BANKRUPT). Today it would have to be the Nickel or presumably "The Dime" (10%) plan; but instead we must pick/choose some areas for greater cuts (OR ELIMINATIONS OF COMPLETE UNCONSTITUTIONAL AGENCIES, returning those Powers to THE PEOPLE and THE STATES as our Founders intended).



[ Update to number 5, before I even outline it.... Trump has already announced there will be creation of DOGE (Dept. Of Govt. Efficiency) task force headed by Elon and Vivek. Congress needs PASS THE BELOW ACT to give it legitimate Congressional Authorization and backing and connection back to the Congress to/for creating CUTS BILLS where the Executive Branch (but, as EB the POTUS does have Authority already to MANAGE THE AGENCIES and Budgets are CIELINGS ON SPENDING there is no Law or Constitutional INSISTANCE that they SPEND ALL MONIES ALLOTED they can spend up to. Again, a Ceiling, NOT a Floor! But, also, again, JUST to give this OFFICIAL CONGRESSIONAL BACKING! ]
5) Creation of (for Elon, Shark-Tank Kevin O'Leary, and others) GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABLITY COMMITTEE (aka: #DrainTheSwamp Act) to offer related SPENDING CUTS A to Z items to/for Congress as ONE PAGE ONLY specifics (not too many on one sheet, excuse to be Rejected then) for the Congress to Debate AND SHOULD  Pass to CUT SPENDING (present, and into future) and beyond that CLOSE ENTIRE AGENCIES that are UnConstitutional (yes, like, Department of Education and return back to States and Parental Rights)). Item (19) below talks more about CONSOLIDATE SOME AGENCIES/DEPARTMENTS and eliminate REDUNDANCIES (esp. NO LONGER NEEDED Federal Paycheck DeepState buffoons only ever do is move paper around to justify their keeping their Paycheck coming).

Item 5 update (from FascistBook): David Truly  (in "League of Deplorable Gentlemen" Group) #5. Important idea - this effort needs to have stringent, ambitious time demands else it could linger on trying to achieve perfection. 47) The What Really Defines A 'Bi-Partisan' Bill Bill/Act. Yes, seriously, you have seen a few sub-mentions among the other items about TWISTING OF LANGUAGE and/or DOUBLE-STANDARDS of application of a term or NOT! So, seriously, we need this DEFINED in/by Law! No Bill in Congress can be "considered" and/or "called" nor "Reported as" being "BI-PARTISAN" unless it garners 10% "Sponsorship when Registered/Submitted for said Body (House or Senate) consideration" AND/ALSO same definition applies "if/when passed into Law having 10% other than own of the Primary Party providing submission and/or majority Votes for passage." SAD, this has to matter, but sadly it does as many are SUCKERED by potentially MISLEADING LABELING of what a Bill is (the Mis-Titling that always happens, to lie about main content trying HIDE within a Bill) and too the "SUPPOSED" support it does or does not have - Public opinion can, often may, be swayed, by MISREPRESENTING!!!

WHY DOES THIS MATTER? May seem SILLY to/for some at first. DOES LANGUAGE MATTER? Does TRUTH/HONESTY in Reporting matter? How many times does The Left LIE about this?!?!? A Bill, for example, the USSenate AMNESTY FOR ILLEGALS BILL (they called "Immigration Reform" had ONE (many would call RINO) Republican Sponsor. Meanwhile, in past, other times, 3 or more Democrats may have joined as Sponsors to/for/on GOP led Bills but yet (of course, NARRATIVE SELLING to aid/abet #CommieFasciSocies-ocrats by most of the #ENEMEdia) the use of the "Bi-Partisan" label ignored. SO, we need an Official, proper, shall always be applied, LEGAL DEFINITION!!!!

48) The SAVE SOCIAL-SECURITY Act. It is TIME to get SERIOUS about shoring up SS without need for Tax Increases and or CUTS to those depending on SS for their entirety of Income in their latter years of Life. Time for MEANS TESTING. No-one should, NO-ONE CAN, be stripped of their SS, but that will happen in future if we do not FIX THE SS SYSTEM NOW from its trajectory toward BANKRUPTCY! No-one can have their SS completely stripped as it is a TRUE/REAL ENTITLEMENT (unlike most Govt. Programs Left TRIES pretend and calls an Entitlement) since people pay in via FICA and therefore ENTITLED to receive back.

But Means-Testing will Save the SS System. Those with Pensions, Investment Income, 401 Programs, that also pay them in excess of $100k per year can very easily AFFORD to help preserve the System for others whose EXLUSIVE RETIREMENT INCOME comes from the SS System. Those earning $100k+ a year can/could/should have their SS Check paid at an 80% value. Those over $250k outside Income a %70 value and those $500k+ a 50% value. Anyone over $750k+ at a 25% value. As their Income declines, the SS would re-adjust to each BRACKET for then any year new Bracket going forward.



And, obvious, THE ABILITY FOR SOME TO OPT OUT of SS payments entirely for any Period they choose if they know they do not need such SS Payments yet.

This is SIMPLE, Common-sense solution, without SLASHING BENEFITS ACROSS BOARD or a TAX INCREASE on/in/with FICA System - at least for another 30 years or so at which time ADJUSTMENTS may be needed to be looked at again. WAITING until the System is BANKRUPT (as some want) would lead to MASSIVE/MAJOR CUTS and/or TAX INCREASES to shore it up then as early as in the 2030's as currently predicted/projected!!



49) The Time to make the Death Penalty actual DEATH PENALTY again Act. Also, Act should make Federal Felony to Kill a LEO and punishable BY DEATH PENALTY. 50) The Redefine Presidential Pardons Constitutional Amendment process start Bill.  You cannot sit on a Jury of a Relative - how the Hell is the POTUS allowed to Pardon Family?!?!? Mothers/Fathers (including In-Laws), Brothers/Sisters (including In-Laws), Sons/Daughters (including In-Laws), Spouse/ExSpouse (including In-Laws), and/or SELF, should be explicitly EXCLUDED from Pardon eligibility!

UPDATE (Tue. Dec. 24, 2024): Now not only has Biden Pardoned or Commuted sentences of Mass Murderers but too two China Spies! Which now lends to need add: US-House OR (not and) US-Senate MAY OVER-TURN any POTUS Pardon via 3/5 Majority Vote! BOTH could take up Votes, and either reaching the 3/5 requirement would then NULLIFY the POTUS Pardon (or Commutation)!



51) The FISA Reform Act
I'm just gonna leave that one here. People either know, or they don't and they need do some of own Research what it is and WHY the over-reach and abuse must be reigned as use against USCitizens in violation of DUE PROCESS and RIGHT TO FACE AN ACCUSER. And, overall, as part of previously outlined PATRIOT ACT Reform (items 19 and 45, separately and in conjunction with) needed.
