• The Democratic Party's welfare approach creates dependency rather than pathways to self-sufficiency
• Misinterpreting "judge not" from Matthew 7 ignores the call for righteous judgment after self-examination
• True Christian love has both firm and soft sides—both necessary for spiritual and societal health
• Christians must vote according to biblical principles and actively engage in politics
• "Inaction is an action"—2 Chronicles 7:14 calls not just for prayer but for turning from wicked ways

[ChristiTutionalist Politics podcast begin Show intro]
Welcome to ChristiTutionalist Politics podcast aka CTP in association with TheLibertyBeacon.com and I am your host Joseph M Lenard and that's L E N A R D CTP is your no muss no fuss just me you And occasional guest type podcast as Graham Norton would say let's get on with the show
[ChristiTutionalist Politics podcast - Segment 1]
JOSEPH M LENARD (HOST): Hello gang, a brief introduction to the show. Frank Tull will be joining me in a moment, but we had technical difficulties and if you're seeing behind the scenes video, you can see I didn't even put on my cream screen for this quick introduction, just to let you know, yes, the video will be chopped up, yes, the audio will be chopped up because we had technical difficulties, I didn't want to scrap it, we haven't started over, so this is all kind of piecemealed together, okay, again on video you can see the ugly couch, exactly why I used the green screen to hide the ugly couch. As I joke, you can see all the notes and everything all over, I'm not a hoarder, but I am aslob as you can see on the video, okay, let's get out with the show! As Graham Norton would say, hello everybody, welcome to another episode of Christian Shores Politics, today I will have with me Frank Tull, well before I bring on Frank Tull, you all know my lame bad humor, so yes of course, I've already given him a hard time and joked about whether he was the latest member of Jeff Rotal, the band of course he's not, or maybe a direct descendant of the original Jeff Rotal, the band was named after that created the combine, if I have my history correct, something for the farm at any rate, I don't pay that much attention to the band anymore, so that kind of part of history has fallen out my ears to make room for other important things, but yes, Frank Tull reached out to me and I'm glad he did in which it says Frank Tull is black America of the problem, as a black conservative Christian I can provide your audience with a different perspective, Christians must vote their face as I talk about on the show all the time, or we are to blame for the result, yeah I also say inaction is an action, if you don't so good you will be complicit in the reaping of evil that follows, America needs our guidance, not our submission, black Christians are the most deceived question mark, let's talk about it, so indeed let's talk about it, welcome to the show Frank,
FRANK TULL: glad to have you here, hey good to be here thanks for having me on, I'll tell you what, I don't know if many people are old enough to get the Jethro Tull joke, yeah I don't
JOSEPH M LEANRD (HOST): know, Jethro Tull has recorded an album in ages, I know Ian Anderson, the lead singer and flute player has been recording solo stuff, that might go past a lot of people, try to be educational, maybe people will look it up and learn some history, right? Hey there we go, and be exposed to some pretty good music too, I was a big fan while growing up, the first concert I ever went to friend in high school was going to go to Jethro Tull Cobo Hall back when in Detroit they bursting out live tour with the big old balloons that they tossed into the audience, I went with them, those parents drove us up to Cobo Hall, dropped us off, saw the concert, picked us up after that, but at any rate we're not here to talk music, right, let's get, well before we get down to the serious stuff, see what they did there, try to keep it clean out of Christian show, right, about black America, tell us about you, where were you born and raised, where you are now, all that kind of nitty gritty, 411 for our old folks, you know what that is, man that's funny, 411 is now
FRANK TULL: old, and that's something that used to be what we said the young people say, now once again, thanks for having me on, my name is Frank Tull, I was born in New York but I was raised here in Dallas Texas, my family came here when I was six years old, so I consider myself a die hard Texan, I'm a die hard Cowboys fan, so on and so forth, wait a minute, wait a Cowboys fan, this
JOSEPH M LEANRD (HOST): discussion is over, just kidding of course please continue, try to say it quickly and move on before
FRANK TULL: you jumped on it, because we're having a tough time right now as a Cowboys, but anyway, I'm a pastor, I started a church here in Dallas 18 years ago, I became ordained as a bishop, four years after I started the church, so I am actually on paper, officially a bishop, I go by pastor, it travels better, some people especially white people who they really don't get the whole bishop thing if you're not in the Catholic church, and so I normally go by pastor, but I'm not caught up on titles, you can call me Frank, no worries, it was a die hard Democrat, all of my life raised Democrat, my mom was a huge Democrat, we didn't talk about it, it was this is what you are, this is what you're going to be in of conversation, all the way through my 20s, I was a strong Democrat and would actually have moments of banter going back and forth with Republicans and conservatives that I would debate it, and I would defend it, I thought I knew what I was talking about until I had basically a road to Damascus moment where someone asked me, can you give me a biblical example to support
JOSEPH M LEANRD (HOST): your fans? Amen, talk about community, biblicalness, free will, want to be our brothers keeper versus communism, which is forced and theft all the time, big difference, big difference, big difference,
FRANK TULL: and I find that now when I ask people who are Democrats that say they're Christians, I ask them, can you give me the scriptures, but I don't want to get ahead of our conversation, began to debate, and I found myself, you know, oh, earth to Frank, you seem to have froze up, let's see if that clears up, you know, stand flat, but it couldn't defend what I, I publicly,
JOSEPH M LEANRD (HOST): you froze there for a second, but I think it picked right back up in the sentence you were, you were telling, so they're saying, so we'll be okay, I'll try to clean that up in the audio part, and in fact, let me make myself a note again, the lame humor, so three things, one, better to be the bishop than the pawn, right, throw a chest joke in there, you're a pastor, now they present or a present or, but I'm bummed, right, and then the other one is you're Frank Tull, but you're here to be totally earnest, but I'm bummed, how many times have you heard that joke, right? I know you would have heard it a million times, but again, I can never pass on the lame stupid humor in word play no matter how corny it is, but indeed at any rate, yes, you nailed it, the show, Christitucious, talk about it all the time, biblical community, and we can point to all kinds of scriptural references that make that point, they cannot regard in communism, Jesus was not a socialist, render unto Caesar other than Matthew seven is the second most twisted and distorted out of the context, saying there is, Jesus didn't say hand over everything to Caesar, right, we are as Christians to be our brothers keeper, to take care of widows and orphans through our free will, biblical community, we are to want to do that, not be forced to do that, and we will be judged whether we do do it or not, yes? That is correct, there you go.
FRANK TULL: And you know, you just you really touched on something, I don't know what direction you want to go in, but when they start talking about that with Trump and the Republicans don't want to help poor people, that's because they don't understand the biblical definition of poor. Jesus said that if a man doesn't want to work, he shouldn't eat. See, Jesus doesn't view, and the Bible never views the person who does not want to work as being poor. He views the widow, the orphan, person who cannot take care of themselves, that's who we're supposed to help. The guy who does not want to do anything does not want to work, it has a lazy spirit upon him, that that's not the person we're supposed to give our arms to, that's the person we're supposed to give instruction, advice and direction to. Now, somebody who is mentally unstable, that's different. Yeah, we should help them, but the widow, the orphan, the person who cannot take care of himself, that's who we're supposed to take care of. So the Democrats beat up Donald Trump because he doesn't have that passion to just help everybody. No, he wants to create an avenue where we can help ourselves. And that is the Bible in a nutshell that God wants us to use our gifts and our abilities so that we can see what God put us here, the purpose that he put us here on this earth for. And that's why I say black people are the problem because we continue to support the Democratic Party. They thrive and continue to be in the White House because we continue to support them. They continue to be the mayors of these cities because we continue to vote for them. They continue to be the governors of these cities because we continue to vote for them. We are the problem that
JOSEPH M LEANRD (HOST): we've got to wake up. I don't want to say a mender that because if I as a white guy agree with you,
FRANK TULL: he'll call me racist, of course. And that's true. But it's sad. It's sad but true that you can't say anything. Barack Obama can stand out there and tell black guys, hey, you need to vote for Kamala because she's black. But if you were to tell, you need to vote for Trump because he's white, oh,
JOSEPH M LEANRD (HOST): oh, heads would be exploding. Yeah, and there's no less racist what Barack did or as I call Obama, he's more a Maoist than he is an American capitalist free market guy, a constitutionalist for sure. But yeah, back to point to what you said, Atlas shrug and ran, right? Like the Bradford colony. It's why we tried communism before the word was even created and Karl Marx came along. And it failed because as Jesus said, the poor will always be among you. That's not an economic statement. It's not a governance statement. It is as you laid out, there will always be some who refuse to do anything for themselves. And biblically, we don't have obligation to them.
FRANK TULL: That's right. I know you've heard this example before, have one person pull in a wagon or two people pull in a wagon and two people riding in the wagon. It's only a matter of time before everybody says, hey, why can't I sit in the wagon? Why do I have to be the one pulling the wagon? And then before you know it, everybody's sitting in the wagon and the wagon's not going anywhere. That's what happens in society when you try to have a communist society. If people start saying, why should I be a doctor and go to school and get all the education when I'm going to make the same amount of money if I didn't do it? If I if I'm just the janitor, that's why it does not work. And here in America, that's why we're in such a bad shape because we put so much money into programs that don't encourage people to get out of the program, to get out of the program, to to start their own thing, to be more independent, it encourages them self-replicating. It encourages them to stay on it. The more kids you have, the more money you get. The man, I agree with you whole
JOSEPH M LEANRD (HOST): heartedly. Exactly. The left measures their fake compassion, which is really about power and control over people. Buying folks, if you constantly give them things, they'll vote for you. Right? Teach a man to fish. You know, he becomes self-sufficient. But if you keep giving them somebody else's fish, they'll vote Democrat. Right? And again, back to the Bradford colony. Exactly. We're talking human nature. This isn't new. This is for all time since the creation of man happened and we fell. Part of our poor character, as Martin Luther King Jr. would say, many poor character side of wanting to be lazy and just be taken care of. And like I've said, the Bradford colony, same thing. Exactly. More and more felt they could climb in the cart and still get the left-wing communist term equitable share, even if they did nothing. And as you said, less and less people decided, why am I working so hard to pull the cart? Got in the cart and indeed the cart wouldn't go. Thankfully, Bradford was still in charge, ditched the Mayflower Communist Compact, instituted individual rights and freedoms over collectivism, private property, all those things that went on to make America the greatest leader of all nations of our time. Yes?
FRANK TULL: Yes. I don't know the demographics of your audience. If I had to guess, I'd probably say it's majority white. What I'm hoping will come from this is those people who listen to this, who are white, those people who listen to this, who are Indian, those people who listen to this, that are Hispanic, they're non-black, that they will share with their black friends, hey, either have them listen to this or say it to them. That black America has got to
JOSEPH M LEANRD (HOST): oh, froze up again. Black America has got to stop, as he said, I'm filling in until he unfreezes again. He's still frozen. And of course, in the audio, I'll clean some of this up for the video behind the scenes. You get it as it happens. Kind of raw, uncut here. Still waiting for Frank to unfreeze, to not an ongoing problem. But indeed, as I say, I don't know, Frank could hear me or not. I'm going to keep going here. There's nothing, nothing. Martin Luther King, Jr., content of character, character matters. And Frank bumps off. Hopefully he'll try coming back in. It doesn't matter black, white, or pink polka dotted. This has to do with personal character versus victimhood. I am a victor or are you a victim? As Frank was, I don't mean to be more in his mouth, but I think it's safe to say where he was going with that. We'll just kind of hang out here, pause. If you see a cut in the video, I'm going to hang out a while, do nothing. Hopefully Frank jumps back in. Try to give Frank another minute or two to potentially come back in, or we'll have to wrap up and make this a really short show. Since Frank's not back is enough to reiterate point I've made all along, this has nothing to do with skin tone. This has to do with content of character. There are lazy people among all the groups, all the tribes, all the subcultures of humanity. And as I spoke with Kevin McGarry, founder, co-founder of Every Black Life Matters, racism itself is a cultural Marxist construct. It was created not that long ago, because we are but one human race. I'm doing that again with both hands. One hand, one finger, we are but one human race. We are indeed, yes, some subcultures and subclasses from various different regions, but we are all one human race. Racism is a cultural Marxist construct and idiocy meant by the left, by the Marxist, by the communist, by the Maoists, the commie-fashi blend that is the left today to divide and conquer. In Christ, are you a victor or are you gonna constantly let people continue to convince you you're always a victim. And it's the same thing with anti-Semitism. I had this conversation the other day with somebody blaming an entire subculture for your inability to get your act together and accomplish anything is dodging, it's deflection, yet to blame all Jewish people, you know, the trope, there's a Jew behind every corner and under every rock somehow keeping you down. Like they've got nothing better to do in life, but to sit around and conspire and spy on you and hold you down and sadly, somewhat true. Now the broad brush here, I'm not talking about all black people, but indeed as Frank was speaking to some in the black community and the victimhood mentality even today. Oh, there's a white guy under every rock and around every corner, behind every tree. All they got to do all they is to spy on you and conspire to hold you down. It can be a convenient excuse. Again, in Christ, are you gonna attempt to become a victor or do you just want to continue to listen to white leftist liberals who want to keep you down. They are the ones really holding you back and constantly trying to convince you you're a victim, you need white liberals or you don't amount to anything. And that's both. In this country, we have freedom of opportunity, equal opportunity. And yes, yes, yes, of course, there are some bigoted people out there still, of course, not denying that, not in the least, but the degree today compared to what it was 50 years ago. Come on, I mean, do you not see it? The Jesse Smollett hoax and other hoaxes. It is so hard to find nowadays that the left has to manufacture it to keep you upset, to keep people divided. When are we going to all wake up and come together as Frank was saying, listen back, I'm not putting words in his mouth. He didn't have the time to reiterate some of these things, but indeed, we're on the same page here. And it's not just as Frank was talking about, he was addressing some in the black community. It's the same in the white community. Some people lazy, don't ever want to do anything. Also, try to claim victimhood. In some cases, white racist, constantly blaming black people for somehow causing them to fail. It's absurd. It's ridiculous. In our modern day and age to use the cultural Marxist construct. Yes, there are still some races out there. Again, check the Kevin McCarry every black life matter episode to go along in conjunction with this. Apologies for the video. I think I'm going to just go ahead and leave in as I've said before, raw, uncut, you me, low key, part of the reality that you get here. Okay, say you all take care God bless. Okay, welcome back, Frank. Call apologies. Had some technical difficulties. I tried rambling a bit waiting for Frank to come back. So, but here we are. Okay, continuing while you were gone, Frank, I was rambling. This isn't a black thing or a white thing or people with pink poked out its skin thing. All subclasses have lazy people who will just claim victimhood rather than try to better for themselves. Yes, white who blame blacks, blacks who blame white bunch of people who are anti-Semitic and blame Jews, etc, etc, etc. Right. This is kind of the bottom line we're dealing with here. 100%. But what I was saying is,
FRANK TULL: well, first of all, let me address that. You're right. No matter who it is, Indian, Puerto Rican, it doesn't matter. There's going to be some people. That's why, like you said earlier, God said the poor will be with us always because there are going to be some people always going to be lazy who have no desire, be the one doing all the work. They want to let other people do the work. And I don't care if it's adults or children. There are kids in the house who don't want to do anything. I have five kids. And out of my five, there are two of them. I got to keep pushing them. I got to keep pushing them or else they'll let everybody else do all the work.
JOSEPH M LEANRD (HOST): It's being a good Christian parent to let them know. No, you don't get to beg out of everything and be lazy. Reality is going to hit you when you're an adult. Eventually, you got to get off your
FRANK TULL: hindsight and do things. That's right. You know, the generation now, they don't do that. They don't make kids mow the grass. The moms out there mow the grass or she pays somebody to mow the grass or she doesn't make the kids wash the dishes. She'll wash them or and that's why we've got what we've
JOSEPH M LEANRD (HOST): got in this new generation. You're responsible the young adults. Yes, not painting a broad brush. I'm not saying the whole Z generation or whatever. I joke, I joke. The Y generation as in why are you here and you're worthless. It's a joke. It's true of some not all I'm just killing right but making a point
FRANK TULL: as you are 100%. We're in a society now where people don't want you to criticize. People don't want you to say anything about them. So it's not being uncovered. Not being uncovered that this is a problem. We've got to stop doing everything for everyone and we've got to start making demands on people. I was able to, you know, earn a college football scholarship where a lot of my friends weren't because at night I was working out in the afternoon. I was working out on weekends. I was working out. I was willing to do what was needed. But there were a
JOSEPH M LEANRD (HOST): lot of guys who were not that in Christ, you were going to be a victor. Now they victim. Amen. I hate quoting Joel Osteen there because his church, I consider more a church of woke a humanist club. You can't just preach the fun stuff of the Bible. You've got to preach like this showed us the tough laws parts also. The money changer table throwing over the Matthew calling people snakes and vipers and children of hell and false guides. Right. Fake Christians today as I share a meme often would call Christ a Pharisee and too judgmental and reject him. Right. It's judge not really it's condemned not. I think we already covered this because there's more to Matthew seven than those first seven words and other scriptures that tell you to judge all equally, biblically, including yourself remove the law from your own eye. Right. So yes, we are supposed to judge biblically. People want to leave all that is my friend pastor Sean Todd of Wham radio often says on his the intersections. So he likes to say not your normal fluffy Christian show. And he's right. They want the peace love sinkumbaya around the fire all day every day, all night long, the toga wearing sandal wearing hippie hacky set. Jesus want to leave out the tough love parts. And that's not dealing with the whole Bible. Yes. Correct. Well, the thing is that
FRANK TULL: there's just one love, but there's two sides to love. There's a firm side and then there's a soft side. There's there's when you hug your kids and tell them they're perfect, they're beautiful, they're amazing. That's one side of love. And then the other side of love is telling them, hey, get off your backside and make that happen. Hey, you're eating wrong. I need you to eat better. I need you to exercise. I need you to take care of yourself. See that it's all love, but there's a tough side to love that people don't want to embrace. I had a conversation with a woman we were debating the same issue. And and she was saying that Trump is too judgmental. The Republicans are too judgmental. And that the Bible says we shouldn't judge. And I said, I'm not, you know, trying to throw this in your face. But have you ever actually read the chapter yourself? Or did you just hear somebody say the Bible says, and she's like, Oh, you're trying to embarrass me. I said, no, no, no, I'm a pastor. I've read the whole Bible a bunch of times. It's not about that. I said, the reason why is he got to give you revelation when you read it yourself, he'll give you revelation for yourself. And I said exactly what you just said. The Bible never says don't judge. The Bible tells us that by the same measure that you judge, you'll be judged. And I'm okay with that. The Bible also tells us that take the log out of your eye before you take the spec out of someone else, take it out, but make sure that you're looking from the right perspective that you're not perfect either. If a man who was 50 years old says he wants to marry a woman who's 20 years old, and that that woman is his daughter, is it okay for him to marry her? Judge Michael. She goes, no, it's not okay. What if he's been fixed? So he can't get her pregnant? No, it's not okay. Exactly. I told you you're being judged mental.
JOSEPH M LEANRD (HOST): Yeah. That's why I say over and over. It's not coincidental. And it's not at all ironic, really, that Matthew seven, they will only take the first seven words. Judge not less, she be judged. Read the rest of the sentence. That's good. That's good. Right. Exactly what we're talking about here. So I'm glad you came back. We certainly had a lot more productive discussion here. I try to keep shows 30 minutes. I don't know where we're at now with all the technical difficulties. So, but I think we covered a lot and pretty much what we needed to anyway. Let's go ahead and wrap it up. Do you have a website or where could people reach out to you at? Well, they can buy my book. It's
FRANK TULL: Bishop Frank Estol. Actually, the book title is Pastor Frank Estol. His name on there. And it's Christians must vote. Christians must vote. They can get it on Amazon. I'm on Instagram. I'm on
JOSEPH M LEANRD (HOST): Facebook and it's Bishop Estol. Can make sure I get that in the show. No, thank you. I'm a lot. I talk about all the time on the show. 30 to 50 million supposed Christians. I don't either registered or registered and don't vote. So I talk what you're talking about in Christians must vote also. So thank you. I'm glad I forgot with all the difficulties here to bring up the book. Hopefully people check that out because indeed two chronicles 714 even. Pray. Yes. But no, it's not enough. It's not only what to do because then it goes on to say, turn from wicked ways. I shall hear help heal your land. Turn means we all have to get off our butts and do things you must sow to reap shall be known by fruit. Not your online hot air rhetoric that does nothing. Are you doing things because yes, you will be judged as the rush song says. If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice. Right. In action is an action of itself and you are complicit in the evil. You allow so that we all reap 100% and I'm going to say brother and I know there'll be people freaking. Oh my God, the white guy called the black guy a brother. We have brothers and sisters in Christ. To make another point because I know when the show drops, there'll be less disloons out there. Oh my God. Did you hear what trying to distort what we've talked about here out of context? That's right. All right. Thank you, Frank. Take care. God bless.
