We follow up on AI music by showing what I’m building with Suno after years away from instruments and recording gear. I share a playlist of AI-generated tracks that range from personal tributes to parodies, plus a few pointed messages about voice, truth, and what can’t be faked live.
• why I moved from physical instruments to Suno AI music creation
• where to find my Suno page and the growing song list (https://tinyurl.com/JLDonSUNO)
• how I use AI for both serious themes and parody songwriting
• why AI voices make live performance unrealistic right now
• “Life and Living” as an open-book message about choices and healing (based on https://tinyurl.com/LifeAndLivingSeries)
• tributes for deployed service members and my dad’s band
• holiday humor with “tear in my green beer” and a Cinco de Mayo party track
• pro-life themes and protecting the most vulnerable
• keeping humor alive through lame puns
• letting people breathe and giving others freedom
• a sports-themed diss track aimed at “Mediocre Max”
• support for law enforcement and first responders in “Back The Blue”
• faith-driven lines about truth and authority (based on https://tinyurl.com/ChristiTutionalistEduSeries)
• “facts and details matter” as a push for context in journalism

A Short Story: A Lasting Legacy? book Trailer
Welcome And AI Music Follow Up
SPEAKER_01Hello, welcome to another episode of Pristitutionalist Podcast. I am your host, Joseph M. Leonard. That's L-E-N-A-R-D. It looks French. It's not, it's Leonard without an O. Thank you for tuning in. As Graham Norton used to say on his show. Let's get on with the show. Welcome to season three. I'm checking my notes, episode 145. No sooner did I record last week's episode. Actually, full disclosure, recorded in February when that guest was a no-show, and I went out with the AI Music Topic. Well, this week, Saturday, March 28th, 2026, I'm doing AI Music Follow-up. A follow-up to that one. Yeah, actually recording this one in March, but no sooner did I record that, and then I started more seriously playing with the Suno AI music system to record since I sold off my instruments and recording equipment and you know PA amp and guitars and keyboards and all that stuff. Sold it off years ago when I went on disability. I did write bad. So I come from a musical family. I did spend some years writing and recording music. I've got nothing available digitally from that time to play for you. I never got a record deal like Dan did in their three albums. I didn't record full music. I wrote recorded music. Well, I don't have the equipment anymore, nor do I have the energy to put into something like that now, but AI music is available. So I started playing with anymore. And I will hack on some AI A music. Some lyrics that I wrote. And some other songs on Zuno. You can find I can't talk again. TinyWorld.com slash J L D on Suno. Suno S-U-N-O. So tinyworld.com slash J L D on Suno. I'm piling up quite a bit of music there now, actually. Some silly, some serious. I basically wrote a song, compiled a song for each of my life and living series of books except Terror Strike. Until books two through four, and actually the fifth one in that series that will be my 13th book overall. I've written a song in a dance called Roller Coaster. So I've wrapped up quite a bit of music. Some of it is very serious stuff. And a bunch of parodies. I think the AI music is great for fun and silly parody stuff. Pretty good. What are you gonna do? You can create music and you could create a video to go with it, or the pseudo system will compile a music video, which is actually basically a lyric video. Along with the song, as a song is playing with a video it produces. And I have some of them tinyurl.com slash ctp on issue. Some of them are out there. I will track some on at the end of this episode. So this is gonna be a short recorded segment. And I'm gonna play some of the songs. Some seriously. I'm planning one parodies. A parody for Cinco de Mile. A syncharie parody gig. A play on the country song. There's a tear in my beer. Well, there's a tear in my green beer. I also had one for oh I'm looking at my notes. I didn't put it down here, Sacco DeMile, St. Patrick's Day. I thought I did another holiday one. I'm forgetting offhand here now. Maybe I'll tack that one on to Red Friday for remembering one deployed. Very good, serious song. Life and Living based on the Life and Living book series. A tribute to my dad and his band. Uh We Hear The Cry. I wrote for the I'm part of Upper Down River Michigan. Trying to make no fear of what else I might need to do for you to hear maybe a couple more. You can't see this live. I didn't have real people music. I didn't record it with my instrument. I don't have a backup hand that I can go on to work with and perform these live. Each tune has a different voice. So each tune is almost as if it's a different code. I couldn't perform these live, even if I had a backup band. And less of my foundation. The voices created by the AI system. So unless you know what the AI actor that has celebrities, actors, and actresses all worried whether they were gonna lose their jobs now. They didn't care if you might lose your job to AI. But now AI can make a movie. But unless if we get a Hillie Norwood and maybe a fake brother Tommy Norwood to videos to make real true music videos of these and project them on a screen to do a concert. These are all just internet dunes. Nothing that can be performed live in lots of live man decided to cover it. I wanna let you read it. I want you think the quality of AI music is so without any further ado, I'm going to just play back to back to back some of the songs I created in hardware. Some of the lyrics are mine, some are filled in either rock. AI rock helped me write lyrics in one song, I forget which one. And I liked it. I I joked joking with rock about doing a song, and Rock came up with a set of lyrics. I said, okay, I'll compile that on Pseudo for you and create it. I don't remember which one of the dunes it was that I did. But in the song details of each, I say if I created some of the lyrics, Suno AI helped, or Rock AI may have helped, each of the songs is the Suno Music System's music. Two different musical styles. That's the benefit of the AI. They can mimic any style. At any rate, here's some of the songs. Take care, God bless, love you all.
SPEAKER_07All our lights on display, every choice that we're giving, writes another page today.
SPEAKER_15Open book on the table, dogged hope, coffee stain.
SPEAKER_07Some days I feel so able, some days I'm stuck in my pain. Sold in the balance, so we so good, so good. Try to tilt that scale.
SPEAKER_17Like we always said we would make humanity better. More we're giving than we took.
SPEAKER_07Real sister, real brother, I love in this open book. Little things that we're doing, carry further than we see. One kind word in the ruin place. A quiet, stubborn seat. I've been wrong, I've been selfish, I've been blind to what you feel.
SPEAKER_13But every time I get helpless, you remind me we can heal. Soul in the balance.
SPEAKER_06So we so good.
SPEAKER_09So good.

A real sister and brotherhood life. All our days an open book, pages staying with what we've given, and the things we took, tiny choices, turn the river, shape the ground. Every whisper comes back as a louder sound. What you're gonna do, you can soak good, let it grow through you. Lift one hand, let it lift to make humanity better. That starts with you, right? The ending too.
SPEAKER_09You can soak good, let it grow through you.
SPEAKER_03Real sister, real brother. Oh, make you madity better, that starts with her. See that stranger might be me on a different day. I sit fray. See that anger, just a hug that lost its way. Let it grow. Lift one hand, let it lift to make you badity better, that starts with a style and twice the end of you. So good, let it grow through you feels just the real brother. Make you badity better, that starts with We don't need perfect, we need best a little last step, step and that's the lift. Love is the language with the senses from the bread in the busted balance.
SPEAKER_15What you gonna do? You can sold it, let it grow, through you. Lift one hand and it lifts who make you bad, it'd be better that starts with you.
SPEAKER_11Under the dawn of the day, boots on ground miles away, we just open, we just pray. Letters and not restie, hearts on sleep, truly believe.
SPEAKER_06Where the rest of the night alone, to let the real command home, we won't be able to bring up, we won't be able to put it, last week, too much to the best sweet just in the hallway to the test on the box, do you know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_11I can lift your roofstack, but I can lift your leg I can walk your footsteps, but I can't stay away in Sky You are come on You are not for God.
SPEAKER_16We wear red every Friday for you.
SPEAKER_14It keeps us strong.

Squeeze and joy out of that squeeze box in his hands. Angels twirl halos tilt when they all start to stand. Dad's up there leading the heavenly poker band. On earthy sign, those posters pack the hall on Friday nights.
SPEAKER_18Now every star's a paper lantern swinging gently in the light.
SPEAKER_20Dad's up there leading the heavenly poker band, squeezing joy out of that squeeze box in his hands. Whoa, if you listen in the silence, you'll hear them clap along the stand Dad's up there leading the heavenly poker band.
SPEAKER_18Rest well, poker king. You are not forgotten. You're still a thing. Heard one of your tunes on radio the other day sing.
SPEAKER_20You and Richie, your brother, to dancing in the hereafter, not done, just a new chapter. Dad's up there leading the heavenly poker band. Squeeze enjoy out of that squeeze box and it's in ho. If you listen in the silence, you'll hear them clap along the stand Dad's up there leading the heavenly poker band.
SPEAKER_06But I feel you there already changed. Screaming glowing software. I hear more than numbers, I hear a new light. I'm an apologetic controller. It's our duty to stand on this side for the least of things. I will raise my voice how we hear their cries. From down deep inside, we hear their cries, we keep them safe, keep them alive.
unknownOh yeah.
Lame Puns And Keeping Humor
SPEAKER_06Sunday shoes, school shoes, puddles you ain't jumped in. After at the table, birthday candlelight, all that in a whisper, hidden out of sight. I'm unapologetically pro-life. It's our duty, stand on this side for the most fragile. I will lay down my pride. We hear their cry from down deep inside. We hear their cries, we keep them safe, keep them alive. When they say you're just a choice, I'll call you by your name. When the world grows cold, alive will take the blame. I'll be your defender while you're small and quiet. Love will be our answer. Every single time. For the voiceless child, I will testify. We hear their cries, down deep inside. We hear their cries. We keep them safe. Keep them alive. We hear their cries. We keep them safe. Keep them alive. We hear their cries. It is our duty to protect the most vulnerable, no more vulnerable than children, whom I am without apologies, prolife. We hear their cry. Keep them safe. Show them they alert. I'm unapologetically prolite. It's our duty to stand on this side for the voiceless child. I will testify. We hear their cries from down deep inside. We hear their cries. We keep them safe. Keep them alive.
Letting Others Breathe And Be Free
SPEAKER_17Jamie can be crazy. But I love this. I really win this lame. Jamie can be crazy with his pants, my man. I really let that jump big big fun. If it make you groan, then it can't adjust one. Cause I lame little fancy look good one. Jamie can be crazy with this one so again. Last till we cried and we start to plugin. If you land a flop, we still haven't fun. Cause I lame little pants, a good one. Oh yeah. Walking to the bar, say, bottom the rum, you say yeah I did enough. I say I'm just begun. Connelly like the corn meals. We like poker bread. I put the joke on the plate, you put your palm on your head. Who ready for a bad line? I read. Who ready for a worse one still? Oh no, if you grow, that's the punchline. That's the whole big thrill. We laugh at the fail. We rewind the run. Cause the joke on the joke is the real big one. I ring another joke, big big fun. If you make you grown, then it can't adjust one. Cause I lame little pun still I go good on. Jamie, if I be ready with these one's dug and laugh till we cry, then we start up again. If you land up flop, we still having fun. Cause I lame little pun still go good on. Need to keep a sense of humor. Even a lame pun is a good one talking and joking. Sorry, man. Of that joke. Some a big fan that makes me crazy. With all these lame puns. Again, I said alright. Lots of fun.
SPEAKER_13Here's a cup from you.
SPEAKER_07Like it's something true.
SPEAKER_13But love's not in the lecture, it's in the space between the way you let their silence stay soft and unseen.
SPEAKER_15Let them breathe. Let them be.
SPEAKER_04Let them wonder where you can't quite see.
SPEAKER_07We are truly free. When we can get more than we get, just leave.
SPEAKER_13Guide every step, every turn.
SPEAKER_15But some roads must be lonely for the lessons to burn.
SPEAKER_13Sometimes the strongest kindness is just to let them leave.
SPEAKER_04When we can give more than we can just be.
SPEAKER_16So could be free. But more importantly, also allow others to be free to be themselves. Do not be overbearing. Let others breathe. Let them be free to be what they want or need to be.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. Hey, Maxine Surzo. Mediocre Max. Welcome back to the day, baby.
SPEAKER_06Hated to see you go. Now can't wait to see you out. Can I find you to bounce? Way too much, you pout. Tiger side gonna cheer and shout. You stomp on the mound like a runway dancer. All that glare in your stare, still no answer. All your mouth prancer, curling in the tantrum, fans in the back row, laughing at your phantom. Three rings in your ears, but I see rust. Grips all sweat that slide I lost trust. Every full count, hands start to tremble. You peek at the scoreboard, see your own era, assemble. You bark, you curse, you flex, you pose.
SPEAKER_05But every big spot that heartbeat shows. We read your tales from the upper deck seats. Same old wind up, same old defeat. Maxine shirts, mediocre max, big top, small stats.
SPEAKER_06You stomp, you shout, then you collapse. You just a mount princer spinning this track. Maxine shirts, crowd scream, cap. Every heart swing, echo when it cracks. You ain't the monster they said you were. You just a name on a warnout, sure.
SPEAKER_05Hey, Mount Prancer and Toronto blue. You sure ain't the guy we once knew. V's Lorek America's do. May 1517, show down your area, it's gonna brew. Chirp like a blue jay, how so absurd? You paste that dirt like the cameras owe your favors. Actin' like a legend, living off the vapors.
SPEAKER_06Detroit bats grinning, they read this chapter. Waiting for that hanger to float in after. Tropano bats bringing nothing but laughter. You spit, you snarl, try to sell that terror. But your heat lost teeth. That's apparent in the errors. You argue every call like the songs you thrown. But the ball up the yard that was straight up bone. They change your name, just the time there gears. Wait, goodbye early in the fifth this year. Old highlights play like a distant dream. Right now, you just fuel another team's meme. Maxine shirts, mediocre max, big talk, small stats. You slump, you shout, then you collapse. You just a mount brand suspending distract. Maxine shirt, crowd scream, cap. Every heart swing, echo, when it cracks. You ain't the monster they said you were. You just a name on a worn-out shirt.
Back The Blue First Responder Song
SPEAKER_05Toronto Star, just a keystone cop car. Carnie PM more like night night circus clown. I'll Terry Aphorto the Lord, such a boy, y'all's playoff hopes. Nope. On the road, just sell a dwell abound.
SPEAKER_06Think you wanna throw a punch, but you're not per sailor drunk. Your boat already sunk, you hide in your own supply. Your wet already gon' dry. I like a baby, you're not even maybe. This moan, bitch, you wanna distract back. But you've already been served, the ultimate real distract. Just to purify your D-Rap, this stuff, whack crap. Sorry, not Suri, you slowy a Ferrari. You can glare at the dugout, you can curse at the sky, but those rockets in the gap. Tell a different kind of lie.
SPEAKER_05You can pound on your chest like the ace came back. But the scoreboard keeps receipts on every swing you lack.
SPEAKER_06Maxine shirt, mediocre max, big talk, small stats. You stomp, you shout, then you collapse. You just the mount brands spinning distracts. Maxine shirt, crowd scream cat. Every heart swing, it go when it cracks. You ain't the monster they said you were. You just a name on the wall, now sure.
SPEAKER_05Taking hate, they can play tub, they can wine, but I'm showing up. But the buzz, I'm making a statement, J Star.
SPEAKER_06Whoever you move, keep pouting, pout Coffee's cold on the kitchen counter, boots by the door, it's 4 a.m. Kiss on the cheek.

SPEAKER_06We've got you covered, you hold that line, we're holding you. Yeah, we back the blue sirens cry on a small town highway.
SPEAKER_19Radio crackles, unit response. Fire in the sky, there's a family waiting.
SPEAKER_11You don't think twice, you just carry on. We back the blue.
SPEAKER_08We stand beside you in the long dark night. You're driving through from the car that chills to the ones that save you. Run straight in when the rest take you away.

SPEAKER_06Back to blue, then every first responding with freaking heart. We've got you covered, you hold that line, we're holding you.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, we back to blue bats, a little bag, the turnout gear. Every brave heart out there fighting fear when the world feels like it's coming unglued.
SPEAKER_06We see you, we need you, we love our Elios And our first responders, keeping us safe from the lawless that I found. We back the blue, we stand beside you in the long dark nights.
SPEAKER_08You're driving through From the car that chills to the ones that save you.
SPEAKER_06Run straight in when the rest stay away back to blue. And at the first respond to praying hard. We've got you covered, you hold that line, we'll hold you.
SPEAKER_10People break you when no one sees. So I lift their names up. Every burden I can't face. Let it rise like kisses. Every hurt to your voice. I'm sending thoughts and presents over every broken heart, every family, every soldier, every shadow and it starts. When this world crowns its pretenders, I remember what they preached. Our fathers wrote it down forever. No kings, but King Jesus over me. Jesus is changed.
Beauty Spectrum Love Song Set
SPEAKER_13Oh church people, cross still reaching past the skies. Ancient promise, still the answer to our Christ. From the field and valid force, to the pure millionists. Same confession on us. Same open.
SPEAKER_02But I watch the way your eyes miss be.
SPEAKER_06From the shy little smile that you tryna mute to the way you light a room, and I won't have to frown out. Nothing special in your bedroom shoes. Eternally cute in the way you move. Oh, beauty in the eye, in the eye of a beholder.
SPEAKER_02And I can't get over you.
SPEAKER_06Sunday sweats and hair up halfway. Coffee on your lip. You say you're a mess today. Then you show up dressed in that midnight blue. Elegant as if the world waits on you. Beauty in the eye, in the eye the beholder. Every time you turn every page I read slow, you're an intriguing cover on a quiet shelf. Put the words inside, you rearrange myself from nervous and simple in your thrift store shoes. To effortless grace when you slip in the room. Oh, beauty in the eye, in the eye the beholder. And all I see is you. From ordinary days, eating take out food to the dresser makes a whole street turn for you. From I'm hard to love, whisper like it's true. To a masterpiece that only grew beauty in the eye, in the eye of the beholder. And my choose you Beauty in the eye. A beholder.
SPEAKER_02From plain Jane the feminine cute to a leg and look to Andreak and cover on a book to Drop that gorgeous spectrum.
Facts Context And Real Journalism
SPEAKER_06You called yourself plain as a paper plate. Shoot up nail secondhand shooters to laughing so loud, they all look cute. You think you blend in fade in the hall, but every tiny freckle rides on the wall. Beauty lives on a spectrum of your face. From just okay to eye, can't look away. Every angle, every awkward phase. All of it counts, all of it stays. From under eat cover, the heart seen a flood of your every shape from simple to amaze. Beauty lives on a spectrum of your faith. Beauty lives lost, blossom of your fate, cherry on your tongue, ribbons in your room. Then one day you walk in silk, neckline whisper eyes like guilt. They stare too long and you shift your weight. Is this too much or is this just laze? Beauty lives on a spectrum of your face. From kinda sweet to I can't look away. Every angle, every stolen gaze, all of it counts, all of its face. From under each cover, the hearts in a flood of yod. Every shape from quiet to a blaze. Beauty lives on a spectrum of your face. Oh beauty lives on a spectrum of your face.
SPEAKER_11Red phone big screen.
SPEAKER_06Another cheap trail for an empty fee. A quote in a box. Clip from the stream. Cut out the doubt. Facts matter, details matter. Draw the line between reality and the lie. Click fade everywhere. Headlines off to see that. Details matter, context matters. Reality and truth matters.
SPEAKER_05This dream matters more to real journalism than just transcribing what someone plays. Need give me on today's Twitter attention spans. Crowd in a frame.

SPEAKER_06Look, they all agree But you trimmed every word that didn't fit the name. History is a map, not a mood today. You can't build every road just to win the page. I want more than a headline. Give me dates, give me dates, give it time. Tell me who, tell me how, tell me why.
SPEAKER_08Facts matter, details matter, draw the line between reality and the lie. Stop, just stop and what's the claim. Ask the question in the game.
SPEAKER_06Context cuts through the confusion. Collide through the delusion. Details matter, context matters, reality versus delusion. I won't move in the headline.
SPEAKER_04Give me names, give me dates, give me time. Tell me who, tell me how, tell me why.
SPEAKER_09Make the story match the sky who won't win, where the why.
