A Personal Health Hiccup

watering long enough to be able to record this important video, but apparently not. Uh my right eye is weak. The whole right side of my face is weaker due to about with Bell's palsy in the past, one of my many health issues. And uh fibromyalgia is one of my health issues, and uh recently I rubbed a cream on body parts to deal with the fibromyalgia pains, and it has menthol as well as other things. I didn't clean up my hands well enough after that, and I got some of that near my right eye. And it keeps watering like crazy. It's burning, it's stinging, it's watering. Anyway, so we'll soldier on. This is an important video. I was recently trying to get rid of that green screen issue in the upper right corner there if you were noticing it a little fuzzy. Okay. I'm trying logos. Not logos, logos. Greek.

Logos And The Meaning Of Speech

The Greek didn't have a word for speech. I was just reminded of this by someone today. So I felt it necessary to record this temporary video exclusive. It will probably air across all my station's audio platforms too soon. Uh, this is too good to pass up. Logos. They didn't have a word for speech. I'm sure many of you probably already see where I'm going with this. Logos, logic, reason. You have a right to speak. You were expected to speak truth, reality, logic, reason, not unic not pedal unicorn fart fantasy delusional nonsense. That is where our right of free speech ultimately came out of and was derived from. Logos, logic, reasoned thought to speak truth to power. We all heard that term, right? Not speak unicorn fart fantasy delusion. My truth! But it's my truth. No, no, there is the truth, and then there is your fantasy that you're an emotional, hysterical snowflake idiocy wants to try to cling to. That's not true. That the my truth, no, no, no. So that's the meaning of the First Amendment. You were never given a right to libel or slander or speak to lie, cheat, steal, to commit fraud, to get ahead, to benefit yourself at the expense of all others. You have a right to speak the truth not to commit fraud. Fraud is on our books for a reason. So is libel and slander on our books for a reason, and we've gotten so far away from that. Our right to free speech is rooted in logos. Logic, reason, truth, reality. Not fraud, libel, slander. My truth is what I prefer. No, that's not what the right of free speech was rooted in, and we've gotten long away from that. Where are the prosecutions for fraud? Where are the prosecutions for libel and slander? We have so weakened that, and even the RICO laws, racketing uh what's the I? RICO, conspiracy, racketeering something, conspiracy organization, RICO laws. When people come to conspire to defraud others, that's not a right of free speech. That is fraud, that is libel, that is slander, that is punishable under the law, even with our free speech right, because you have the right to speak the truth will set you free. But yet, we've gone so far away from our foundings, uh, the brilliance of our founders, and I myself too, I forgot the word logos. I was so happy when someone brought it up again, and the importance for this video or this show, this episode to talk about this. I don't uh know my eye again. I apologize again. I'm sorry. The bell's palsy weakens right eye so much, and when it gets irritated and upset, it waters like crazy. Not much I can do about it. But yes, you have a right to speak, but you're expected and had always been expected to deal in truth and reality. Our justice system, and it's why who was it? Was it Adams that defended the British soldiers

Justice System And Finding Truth

uh regarding the Boston massacre? Because there was the fog of war and confusion. We want to punish guilty, but the role of justice is to get to not social justice or oh my truth. No, the root of justice and the everyone has the right to a defense is to get to the truth, reality, not fiction, not narratives, not legal maneuver gamesmanship. Oh, well, you shot the person. We all saw you shot the person, but we're gonna exclude this or that or the other thing. Yes, there are protections for the admittance or the inadmittance of certain things, whether with a warrant or not, but there are also written into the law exigent circumstances where a warrant is not needed. There's an impending potential of harm. If someone goes into the school and shoots up, you don't need a warrant to open their backpack because it could contain a bomb or more ammo or something that could cause further greater harm. The exigent circumstance in that situation, then you need a warrant to go search the car to go. Well, there might be exigent circumstances there even, but to search someone's home. And generally that's not a problem. Judges are at the end of a phone now, they're not a pony ride three days to the next town over to get warrants. Instant communications, so we can get a judge and get a warrant to search people's houses in a matter of moments' time. There's no do excuse me, no delays there anymore. But why have we forgotten all this? And of course, the left wants it forgotten. Because the left are the ones, of course, what, always peddling spin. Delusion, unicorn fart fantasy, this notion that the words they said are somehow mean something different today. No, they don't. The Constitution says what it says, and it means what it says, and our founding fathers backed it up in their writings. We don't have to guess. The left wants to change, depend on what the definition of is, Bill. No, no, it doesn't. Facts are facts. Unicorn fart fantasy delusion is unicorn fart fantasy delusion. It has no place in a courtroom. You have a right to put up a legal defense of your innocence, not the right to get out of your guilt by hook and crook and tricks of underhanded legal maneuvers. That's not what any of that meant. And it all, it all goes back to, it all hinges upon logos, logic, reason, not libel, slander, and fraud. So I'm gonna end it there. I I need to go put a hot patch on this high to try to get it to stop watering.

Stop just type in what they claim. Ask the question, name the game. Context cuts through the confusion. Cold light through the delusion clickbait everywhere. Headlines off the ceiling. Facts matter, the details matter, context matters, reality versus delusion. History matters more to real journalism. I want more than a headline. Details matter. Write it clear, make the story, max the sky. Make the story match the sky. Detail the real who, what, where, when, why? Speak well, like this play. The truth has gotta matter for both you and me.
