The Case Against Hyphenated Americans

Issues of race came up also during that show, so let me address it. I'm gonna call this episode hyphenated America. Hyphenated Americans. W was it John Wayne or was it someone there's no such thing, or if you're a hyphenated American, you're non-American. And this is timely now, too, because of the 14th Amendment birthright citizenship discussion. The jurisdiction thereof. You are not an American if you lend uh fealty to another jurisdiction in culture. Yes, no problem. I'm in the Detroit area, we've got Mexican town. Ham traffic used to be known as Little Poland. Parts of Windot that I'm actually, and there's a Polish section, a German section, Italian section, blah blah blah blah blah. I myself have said many times, I am of descendancy, my heritage, my culture over the years, the family lineage, Italian, German, Polish. I am not an Italian American or a Polish American or a German American. I am an American. And those who immigrated here from those nations before in my family became American citizens and were Americans, not hyphenated on the Yeah show. I didn't have time to ferret this out and why I'm doing this here. My friend, Phil Stargil, I mentioned him during the show, happens to be a black American.

Black American Versus African American

I don't care that he's black, not white. He could be pink polka dotted. What matters Martin Luther King Jr.'s style, the content of his character. And I mention Phil Stargell as a black American who on his show, he is host of Abolitionist Roundtable. The title too, right? GOP, the abolitionist party formed to end slavery, abolitionism, freeing blacks from slavery. This whole notion of African American. He wasn't born in Africa. He doesn't use African American term. He rejects it rightly. You can't be African American. If you're a black American, be proud of being a black American. There's nothing wrong with the word black. Phil, me, Bruce Florey, co-host, uh Ron Edwards, uh, whites and blacks and every shade in between who got together to go downtown Detroit to protest outside the NAACP convention. Why? Because you can't be for the advancement of color people. And it's not offensive. It's in the name. They used it to create the name. They have not changed the name. It's still the NAACP, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. Deal in the substance, not the Olympsky deflection, distraction, cultural Marxist bullshit tactic. Oh, focus on the game. No, let's talk about substance. Why were we protesting the NAACP? Not because we're against black people. It wasn't black people protesting black people for the sake of protesting black people. It was protesting the NAAPACPs helping fund Planned Slaughterhood. Margaret Sanger, the mother of eugenics, that the Nazis adopted in Germany. And Hitler Clinton still praises to this day. And Planned Slaughterhood to this day that she formed to help weed out the lessers in her mind. And in her turn, eugenics the lesser races, including black people in her mind, the NAAC funding the Planned Slaughterhood, Sangers created organization to slaughter black people, which still today slaughters more black children as a per per capita as a percentage of overall society slaughters more black people than any other disproportionately percentage-wise. So you can't be for the advancement of colored people if you help fund the slaughtering of colored people. That's what we were protesting. And I didn't have a chance to bring this up during the Yeah podcast. It was supposed to be a lighter podcast when we got into serious stuff, but Phil, black American, rejects the African American thing and talks about it on his abolitionist roundtable show all the time, whamradio.com, Saturdays 9 to 10. Nothing wrong with being black American. If you're a hyphenated slashed American, you don't fully give yourself over to the jurisdiction thereof of this nation. You have mixed allegiance. Pathetically corrupt, as I call it, woke tard, cultural Marxist, Alinsky bullshit, deflection, distraction tactic. Focus on the term that we want to change, not talk about the substance.

Equality Versus Equity And Power

Neil Mammon, an actual, real African American. He was born in Ghana, Africa. A white guy born in Ghana, Africa. He came here, he became a citizen. He's a real African American because he wasn't actually born there. He has a right to go back and become a citizen of Ghana rather than America if he so chose. The term is not a problem or offensive if he uses it, but to the awful affluent white female liberals who get offended on everybody else's behalf. But what about Elon Musk? I mentioned on the show, Charlie's Theron. Oh, you don't get any whiter than that, pale female American. She's an African American. She was born in South Africa, migrated, became a US citizen. She was actually born in Africa. She's an African American. The whitest white you can get. If you're a black American born here, you're not an African American. I am not an Italian American. Appreciation Not Appropriation In Culture

of in the Polish. I live in the Polish area of Weingat, even though my grandfather on mom's side was German, my grandmother on mom's side, Italian. They moved into a Polish area of Weingat. Our Lady of Montcarmer, considered a Polish church. Everybody goes, they're white, black, uh, Polish or not. But for the most part, the heritage of the church founded by people of Polish descent in America. Not Polish Americans, Americans who happen to have lineage from Poland. And there's the difference. Detroit, Mexican town. Great. You love that it's there. It haven't been there recently. Chinatown in Detroit, uh Greek town in Detroit. All these places are great little cultural enclaves. It's not appropriation for me as a non-Greek to go to Greek town and engage in uh enjoying Greek pizza. And that's what Detroit style square pizza really is. It's actually Greek style. It's not Detroit. It came from Mike Illich, Little Caesar's pizza chain founder, a descendant from Greek heritage, creating the Detroit style out of Greek town, the Greek pizza. It's square, much more sauce, far less cheese. In fact, when I go to Greek town and order the pizza, I insist on extra cheese because I don't put enough of it on. No problem. A German festival? A Mexican festival? Uh a purple people, a yellow polka dots festival? Fine, no problem. But call it Italian Americans festival? I got a problem with it. I that's hyphenated Americanism. I have a problem. You want to uh honor Italian culture of which I am part of descendancy of and from? I love gnocchi. For those of you who know what it is, Italian or not. Italian festival? Perfect. Italian Americans festival, big problem. Big, big problem. You're saying you have allegiances elsewhere. Fourteenth Amendment. Jurisdiction thereof. You must submit you are either an American or you're not. And if you're not Phil, black American. It doesn't matter that he's black, he just happens to be black. So what? So what? Purple polka dots. So what? Content of character. Unlike the left, I don't consider you to automatically be the defined stereotype, the box vegan, the left is the racist. Oh a black person, they must fit in their identity politics box. Because if you don't think a certain way as a black person, you have to be part of the group as they insist you be part of, not Martin Luther King Jr. style individual character. They can't deal in real language and terminology. It's a choice to murder a baby, but you can't have school choice. You can't decide on what life. And yes, G.W. Bush, it was the law that first enacted to start to ban incandescent bulbs. Fred Upton, who we've thrown out of Congress here in Michigan, a Republican, primary sponsor of that. But since then, we Republicans have been trying to lift the eventual elimination of incandescent bulbs. We believe in choice. The left socialized medicine. No, one size fits all. They decide what's best because it's not like the Nazis who invented it. It's not about your health, it's about power and control over you. One size fits all. No choices, no options. They don't want you to have choice. They don't want you to have any freedom. You must act the way they expect you to act. You cannot be an individual thinker for yourself. The heck did I say I was gonna call this? Oh, hyphenated American. So again, the point. Yes, we can honor cultures. Beyonce. Where are you left? Oh my god, Beyonce! Black woman, she dyed her hair blonde! That's cultural appropriation! That's not natural for a black American. If she wants to dye her hair blonde, more power to her. If she wants to pretend to be a country artist, more power to her. And even her own fans rejected the idiotic, oh, I'm a country artist now, idiocy. But that wasn't appropriation. Well, you might argue it kind of was. It's like, well, how can I sell another album? How can I get new fans? Maybe let's try some country songs. Let's do country music. Now, it could be appropriation purely for profit motive's sake, or let me dare argue, maybe I'm from a family of musicians. Dad, Tezander Jr. and the Polka Kings had a three-record deal. But maybe Beyonce really loves country and has been dying to do a country album. It wasn't just a plan, a scheme to sell a bunch of new albums to a bunch of new people who would otherwise not normally buy her music. Well, it flopped. But okay. Blame her for trying? No. But we have a right to reject and not buy the music. And most people rejected and didn't, but that didn't stop the left-wing award shows for DEI, not equal from anyone coming together. No, DEI separatism, DEI identity pollies. Oh, we gotta give the black woman who did a country album awards. Even though it didn't sell. Nobody like does no left-wing bubble. DEI woke is garbage, gotta give her the awards. Can we please stop? And the answer to that for the left is no, they can't stop. They can't help themselves. Anti-Americanism, anti-Semitism, anti-Western culture, anything that tears down the West, the wokism, the pathetical corruptness, everything is about destroying, not building, the left never builds, they only destroy. You got the one guy, Denesta Souza, all the elected Democrats of the South, racist, all the Democrats in position of leadership of the racist organizations. How many of them switched? Less than one percent. There was no big party switch. You on the left today still peddling segregation. Black only dorms, black-only graduations. It's all Olympsky, cultural Marxist identity politics, divide and conquer bullshit. That's not eporabus unum. That's not diverse inclusive or equitable by separating them. That is divide and conquer bullshit. Segregationist, as Wallace said, segregation now, segregation then, now, segregation forever. You're still promoting segregation. Back to Biden. But this moment, I'm not going to engage in Biden derangement syndrome and say, oh, well, that's clear racism, and we gotta be offended on behalf of the guys that wasn't offended. That's the awful affluent white female liberals always offended on behalf of everybody else. GTFO, FTFU, go away. If and when there is real offense, people being truly accosted and affronted, they can defend themselves. And I will happily join with them. Black, white, or purple polka donnet.
