The FCIP Act Proposal

Stop criminal identity politics. Or stop criminal identity politics. We need a law. I propose a new law. Hello. In Congress or even in Lansing here in my own state of Michigan. It is half due time for the FIP Act. What are the details? Well, they're simple. They repeal all hate crime legislation. Oh my god, we can't do that! I can hear some people screaming. How about we get serious on all crime rather than making up and presuming in tech? Now, I get it, in a lot of cases hate is motivating some of the crimes, there's no doubt, but the hate crimes, of course, have gotten quirked and distorted and being applied in certain cases, not in kick other cases, while the FCIP Act eliminates all that uh uh judgmental. I don't want to use that word. We need more criminal judging and prosecutions cutting all the games being played with the applications selective. That's there's the term I'm looking for. Selective enforcement. Yes, I almost said right. I caught myself Yes. I was gonna say right again, I know I'm doing that too much. Right, right? Now I'm doing it on purpose as a joke. let's bring back mandatory sentencing. Let's get tough on all cri- An assault is an assault, whether it's a white on a black person, or black on a white person, or what brought this on? I saw on TV. Stop Asian hate crimes! Yeah, I want to stop all crimes! How about we get tough on all criminals? Whether an assault is on an Asian or an assault is done by an Asian to a Latino? It doesn't matter! Time to bring back mandatory sentencing! So these liberal activist judges, these soft gun crime judges, these weak Democrats cattle criminals crowd can't script the laws anymore, and we actually lack criminals of fault, rape, murder, whatever all these crimes need to have minimum. And another part of the problem we have before creation prosecutors, we are getting away. We need to work in the law a way to bring back three strikes also. If this is an article, if they are arrested for not even three strikes, not a two strike. If they are arrested for a second time for a kid, you didn't have a thought in the way you will you and there is a free other crime you want to be called criminal prosecutors.

Mandatory Minimums For Violent Crime

I thought you left it. And people who use guns must be project united. But you keep dismissing the gun charges and demand more gun laws when you won't enforce the gun laws that are there. Someone comes in for assault with a deadly weapon and you let them plea away the simple assault and put them on probation, and what do they do? They get the message they're soft on crime. I can continue to assaulting people with weapons, and nothing will happen. Will the shit FCIP Act stop the criminal identity politics act will eliminate that? You must, you will, you shall prosecute in the second okay. I don't even want to go there on the first offenses. We know they're playing away. We know they're picking and choosing. This would allow that. No longer allow them to continue to pick and choose. And the last part of the act would be putting in place a simpler impeachment removal process, not just for liberal activists, soft-down crime judges, but behavior prosecutors. If they fail to follow the new law, they shall not if we feel like it, they shall be removed. We had people back home to my P A and we actually have then they are not out to repeat offenders. Crime will drastically go down because crime is usually committed by repeat offenders over and over. And if they're not on the street, they can't be re-offending.
