I didn’t plan this episode. I just pressed record.
There is a specific kind of quiet that happens when you realize the person you were a year ago is gone. This episode is a look back at the "space in between" : the messy, unglamorous middle where you’re forced to let go of old versions of yourself to make room for who you’re becoming.

I’m sharing the parts no one really talks about: the moments of feeling deeply out of alignment, the weight of family complexities, and the reality of navigating legal and emotional hurdles that I never saw coming.
There’s no "perfect formula" here. This is just a raw reflection on growth, learning to trust the unfolding, and finding the courage to stand in my own truth, even when it feels uncertain.

Whether you’re in the middle of your own shift or just need a reminder that change is possible, I hope this encourages you to take a breath and reconnect with your own journey.
